About: I’ve had a dog in my house for most of my life. I’ve had very small dogs and giant breed dogs. The largest was 110 pounds. I have volunteered with the ASPCA in the Bay Area. I also have volunteered for many years at the Humane Society in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania as well I’m a huge dog lovers that make our own food. There are also two parks within walking distance from our house. So when your pet stays with me, I will be able to take them to an off leash area multiple times a day. I am an early risers. Your pet will be at the dog park before 6 AM. We play at the dog park that early and take care of our potties. After that, we will come back home, and have our breakfast. The rest of the morning is watching me and my partner clean up and prepare for the day. A mid afternoon break to go back to the park and play off leash. If the park is full, I usually just take a long walk. I try to make sure that they get a couple long walks a week, just so they can get their sniffing in. In the evening, a much longer trip to the park to play. I generally feed dinner around 5 PM. Then cuddling and hanging out for the rest of the evening. I am usually in bed before 10 o’clock I will make sure that all small items that could be chewed up by animals is kept put up. I have many chew toys for the to play with to encourage playing with toys versus destroying property.

About: I've been a pet care professional since 2016. It is the best job ever! Dogs are adorable and hilarious, yes, but the part I really love is trying to understand the motivations behind each dog. About: I’ve grown up caring for animals of all kinds, including large-breed dogs, cats, chickens, and horses. I have especially extensive experience with large dogs and senior pets. I recently lost my Doberman Pinscher at nearly 15 years old, and we currently have a 14-year-old Siberian Husky. As a stay at home mom, I have a flexible daytime schedule and am home much of the day. My routine mainly revolves around school drop-offs, pick-ups, and after-school activities, which leaves me largely available during the morning and early afternoon when many pet owners are away at work. This gives me plenty of time for walks, drop-ins, playtime, feeding, and pets who need a little extra attention throughout the day. I’ve spent my life around animals and understand that every pet has different boundaries, routines, and comfort levels. I’m comfortable with large breeds, senior dogs, crates, mobility needs, and pets requiring extra care. Our home has fully fenced front and back yards, indoor and outdoor security cameras, and baby gates that allow us to safely separate pets from other dogs, children, or food when needed. We also have dog beds, toys, and plenty of clean water bowls available for their comfort. Our children have been raised around large dogs and understand dog safety, including respecting a pet’s space around food, beds, crates, and while resting. I’m happy to follow each owner’s normal routine and household rules so their pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while they’re with us.

“We booked Lance again for Hammer after a great overnight stay last time, and this time it was for two nights while we were out of town. Once again, he did an amazing job! Hammer came home happy, clean, and well cared for! even down to his paws, rolls, and yes, even his bum! 🐾😂 Lance was flexible and kind enough to let us pick Hammer up really late at 11:30pm, which we truly appreciated. He also sent photo updates whenever he could, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. We’re so grateful for the care and attention Lance gives Hammer, and we’ll definitely continue booking with him. Highly recommend!”
