“Sara is fantastic! She was a true friend and companion to our ‘big handful’ for 7 days, and her care for him and our home showed through in her communication, the photos she sent of their adventures, and the notes she left at the end of her stay. We never had a worry, and we know our big goofy boy had a great time with her. We give our highest recommendation of Sara!”

About: I am trained in animal welfare by AZA accredited institution, and committed to keeping your pet safe, happy, and comfortable. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and ages, and I am ready to help active dogs burn off energy with walks, run, and play. I am a long time pet owner and my first dog care experience came from my pet cockapoo "Felix". I base my daily and weekly routine around the wants and needs of the animals I am caring for to ensure their comfort and wellbeing. I keep pets comfortable by providing care in their own homes, following their routines exactly as instructed and communicating with owners as needed or wanted. On walks or trips to parks, I ensure safety with double checking leashes, getting to know the pets temperament, and staying cautious.
“Stuart took amazing care of my dog, Denali, while I was out of town. He was reliable, communicative, and clearly great with dogs. Denali loved him! I completely trust Stuart and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable and caring pet sitter.”

“Tim was incredible with our dog Pepper! I completely recommend him either no reservations at all. He took such great care of her—she was safe and healthy and also got a lot of exercise and had so much fun. He gave thorough updates everyday with beautiful pictures. This was our first rover experience, and Tim’s care set our minds at ease. Thank you!”

“Julie is great! She’s very personable, easy to talk to and I can tell she loves animals. My dog Millie was very comfortable when we left after Julie came over. She sent pictures and gave us updates while we were gone. I would not hesitate to have her come back again.”

“John’s fantastic! And, a go-to sitter! He’s routinely punctual, attentive, respectful and a great communicator. All of my many pets quickly take to him which is a testament to his experience and skill as a sitter.”

“Brandy took much good care of my fur babies who can be a bit of a pill. She sent me pictures and kept me updated as to how they both were doing. She took great care of my place and she made sure to bring in a very large box that was delivered to my door thank you! I have another booking coming up and I’m happy to know my dogs and home are in great hands. Highly recommend using Brandy if you want someone who is great with dogs and will take good care of your home.”

“Hunter was really nice and professional. We have a really difficult GSD that most people would be intimidated by, but Hunter was really patient with her and actually gained her trust much quicker than I expected. I definitely would recommend him for your next sitter”

“Brooklin did an excellent job taking care of our two dogs while we were away. She hadn't seen them since December but they remembered her and were so excited to see her! She gave them lots of walks and attention and even took them on a few excursions to local parks. We appreciated all the photos and she left the house nice and tidy! Thanks again :)”
“Kaitlyn was very communicative and respectful of our home. One of our cats behaved differently than we expected - hiding under a bed. Kaitlyn let us know what was happening and adjusted the care plan based on our feedback. She went above and beyond: brought in packages for me, handled the pets' dirty dishes, and reset the linens when she was done. Thank you Kaitlyn!”

“Stephanie took excellent care of our Boy. She left our house extremely tidy and was so great with communication the entire time she was there. I highly recommend Stephanie!”

“Emily took excellent care of my senior dog and handled his anxiety and attachment to routine with kindness, understanding, and patience. She was communicative and responsive, and she takes the responsibility of caring for a pet seriously. I would absolutely book her again for pet sitting!”
“Brittany & Megan watched our three dogs which is not an easy task! They are amazing communicators sending pictures and videos multiple times a day which made our 7 year old very happy! We came home to a clean house and three happy pups! I would highly recommend them and hope they can watch our pups again!”

About: Hello! I am so excited to meet your furry friend. A lover of all animals, I have had pets my whole life (including dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, and goats!) In my professional life, I have three years of experience working in a rescue setting (I understand animals from this background- shyness or aggression issues welcome), and one year of experience in a vet hospital. Aside from that, I have plenty of personal experience- with cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies. My own void kitty (black cat) is 14 years old with kitten energy and is the queen of my house. As she deals with thyroid issues, I am comfortable administrating medications. I additionally live with two sassy Shiba Inus so know how to wrestle a stubborn dog is needed! I LOVE senior animals and while I haven't given cats insulin in a long time- I am willing to relearn. Currently, I am going to school part-time, but being as my classes on online- my day is pretty flexible! I can stop by up to three times a day currently or even a full day if it's a necessity. My time with your animal is 100% with your animal- no distractions. I am willing to do whatever you need for them! Toss a ball, feed treats, talk a walk, send photos, reinforce training- you name it! I also am familiar with senior care and some special needs such as mobility assistance.
“Christina did a great job watching my Charley for a few weeks! My cat needs someone around a lot, and it's clear from her mood when I returned that Christina spent a lot of time playing and cuddling with her. Christina also made sure the house was tidy when I returned and communicated with me regularly about how Charley was doing.”

“Joyce is a gem. She was communicative, responsible, and left the house looking better than she found it. My pup is a mini Aussie and he loved having her Aussie stay with him. They seemed to do very well together. I felt so much relief knowing that my pup was being well-cared for while I was traveling. I will definitely use Joyce again!”

“Madison is a gem! Professional, trustworthy, and a true protector for our dogs. She communicated beautifully throughout the week and handled everything with grace. Chacha and Khai were so well-cared for—we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!”

“Ellie helped me out tremendously when I contacted her just a half a week before I had to leave town for a work trip. She managed my 12 year old dog and 6mo. old large breed pup with grace and ease. I appreciated her daily check ins and pictures, and it was a relief to find someone trustworthy to stay in my home. Will definitely reach back out to Ellie with future booking requests!”

Burien pet parents share their Rover experiences
We previously booked Sarah for a few short stays but this was our first overnight stay we had with her. She communicated well and was accommodating for our pups and provided pictures and updates while we were away 5 days. Our pups looked happy when we came home and our home was left clean. Would definitely recommend and will definitely have her watch our pups again! Thanks Sarah!

I didn’t wanna leave a rave review because I don’t want Lisa to get so busy that I won’t be able to book her but I’m compelled. She was amazing! Took my dogs out three times for a walk during her housesitting visit. Great communication. Sent me a lot of pics. I know my dogs can’t wait for her to come over again. Highly, highly, recommended.
My pups had never, ever been without me or my wife since they were 8 weeks old. And when my wife passed a year ago we have still not been apart for even a day. I had to take a trip and needed them to stay. Stuart read up on my pups breed and was very conscientious about the fact that he would be the first person, outside of me that they would have caring for them. It really made a difference in my stress level, and my pups were happy and well upon my return. My apartment was also in good order. It was a very good experience. Thanks Stuart.

As always, Emily is reliable and dependable, and takes wonderful care of our house and precious dogs. We can’t imagine having anyone else house/dog sit for us. Her communication is excellent and she’s flexible and adaptable i.e. when we had to ask her to feed our son’s gecko :) we highly recommend her!

We had such a great experience with Annika! Communication was frequent and thoughtful from start to finish, and we received so many pictures and updates that made being away so much easier. It was clear our dog was happy, comfortable, and well loved. We also came home to a very clean house. It truly felt like everything was taken care of. We are so grateful and would absolutely recommend Annika to anyone looking for a reliable, communicative, and genuinely caring dog sitter. We will definitely be booking with her again!

Jenna was great with all our animals! They all did very well with her and she was able to earn the trust of Bixia, who is still mostly scared of new people. It was really great knowing that she was taking care of our pets! We would definitely recommend her and hope to be able to have her house sit again!

Stephanie watched my dogs for a week while I was out of town. She stayed at my place with them so that they kept to their normal routines. She was great, gave regular updates, and left the house in perfect order. The dogs really liked her! I would definitely use her services again.
