9. Kevin S.
“I have been a star sitter on Rover for several years. Kevin and I lived together for 2 years and during this time he helped me with my dog and with dogs I was sitting for through Rover. Recognizing his talent and genuine passion for working with dogs, I encouraged Kevin to sign up with Rover when he moved to Burien. His natural affinity for dogs and his exemplary care make Kevin a wonderful sitter for anyone seeking reliable and compassionate pet care services. Kevin has dedication and enthusiasm when it comes to caring for dogs and dogs simply adore him. Kevin possesses a gentle and calming energy that resonates with dogs, creating an environment where they feel comfortable and at ease. Kevin's commitment to animal welfare drew him to do volunteer work with the Olympic Peninsula Humane Society. Not only did he generously give his time, but his efforts were so impactful that they eventually offered him a full-time position doing dog training, care, and vaccinations. This experience has provided him with valuable insights into animal behavior, health, and overall well-being. I wholeheartedly endorse Kevin as a pet sitter. His genuine love for dogs, combined with his experience, dedication, and gentle demeanor, makes him the perfect choice for pet owners seeking a reliable and caring individual to entrust with their furry family members. Rest assured, your pets will be in the best of hands with Kevin.”

About: I've had 2 dogs from puppyhood until gone to doggy heaven. Both jack russell terriers. I do love and welcome all breeds . I can provide good long walks if needed. Over the years, I have learned everything from the Trainer Ceasar Milan. I love dogs and love seeing them happy. I have a large fenced backyard when I anm not out annd anbout in long walks with them. I have 7 year old who has been around dogs since days 1 and can't wait to play with them. I'm remote, working from home during weekdays, I love talking long walks at least twice a day around the neighborhood or at the park close by I have a large fenced Yard just in case with plenty of grass. I just prefer to take them on walks to ensure healthy bonding. I'm ok with them roaming the house when I'm there and I have a large portable crate if I need to run errands. There is a running water fountain at all time. and a doggy bed for their comfort.

11. Ashley S.
“Ashley has watched after my cats many times and she has always provided exceptional care. My boy cat is very skiddish and does not do well with new people, but she has been very patient with him and he has grown to love spending time with her!”

12. Isabella E.

“Isabella is a very good dog caregiver! She is flexible, easy to talk to, and most important my dog love her. We started with having her being the walker for my dog and they just became best friend right at the spot. She cares and goes beyond of all. If you live in the neighborhood, she is definitely one I highly recommend!”

About: I grew up with 2 dogs, a black lab and a Maltese, in home and currently have a senior cat who’s 11 years old. I love working with animals of all kinds and I’m always looking forward to meeting new ones! I currently work part time on Thursdays and Fridays, and have a second job set up Mondays and Tuesdays, but I can look after animals on weekends and on Wednesdays leading into Thursdays. I’m always quick to an animals needs; whether it’s feeding, needing to go outside, wanting to play, bathing, etc. I have been around animals for a big majority of my life and always put my care for them at a high standard.

14. Eric M.

“Eric filled in last minute for us with a situation that required some sensitivity and tact. He was communicative kind and punctual. Our dog was very happy in his company. He fulfilled every expectation we had.”

15. Laura C.

“We had a very busy day and Hoko was home alone most of the day today, I was preparing for another graduation and needed someone last minute to walk Hoko, Laura was great and I truly appreciate her accepting our request on such a short notice.”

16. Lara S.
About: I’ve been around animals of all kinds since I was born. I started my life with a dog (a sweet golden retriever named Rebel who taught me how to walk!) and as I grew older I came to love all kinds of animals. Over the years I’ve had dogs, cats, hamsters, mice, horses, mules, ducks, and chickens, but my dogs have always been my closest companions. My current dog, Oso, is a wonderfully playful fellow and he absolutely adores other dogs. I am happy to bring him along during drop-ins or walks if your dog is social! In my experience owning several dogs over the years I’ve dealt with both very young and very old dogs and have experience administering medication if need be. I would love to take care of your pet! I currently work from home and my schedule is very flexible as I am my own boss. I would be happy to do drop ins or walks any time of day you prefer! If I am entrusted with taking care of your pet, I will treat them like a part of the family! My dog Oso is very friendly and social and loves having playmates to visit. As for drop ins or walks, I will provide any specific care requested as per your request and your dogs needs!

17. Sam H.
About: I'm a cat parent myself, but grew up with many different animals, including a wonderful dog, and help care for my friends' pups on a regular basis. As I'm new to town, I'm currently on the job hunt and have plenty of time to come hang out with any furbabies in need of company and care. I have my own cat that I've raised her whole almost-13 years now, and grew up with many animals in the house from cats to dogs to rabbits and guinea pigs. Any time I'm at a friend's house, it's commonly known that I can be found in whatever room the cat(s) are in, attempting to win over even the shyest ones (and have a very high success rate, at that).

18. Morgan B.
“Morgan is great with dogs and cats. He has a big heart and wants to have his own pet right now but isn’t able to with his current situation, so caring for other people’s pets is perfect! He’s a fabulous uncle to his fur nephew (1 year old corgi). Energetic, diligent, responsible, and a dedicated dad, Morgan would make an excellent pet companion.”

19. Julie E.
“Julie is one of the most caring and loving people I've ever met. Conscientious, trustworthy and always on time. She has always had a passion for animals and thoroughly enjoys caring for them. She will give any pet good loving care.”

20. Kacie H.
“My dog loves Kacie! He always gets so excited to see her when she comes over. She's taken him on walks a few times and she sends me cute pictures and always wipes his feet when they get back. I haven't had the opportunity to use her for dog sitting yet but would absolutely trust her to take good care of my pets while I'm gone!”
