“Daisha and her husband were amazing!! My dog Xena does best in a household where she is the only dog and I’m so glad we found Daisha! We did a first introduction about a week or two before the dates booked so they could meet and get familiar with each other which went well. While Xena was boarded they sent pictures and updates at least once a day explaining how she was doing and adjusting. Thankfully Xena was comfortable and there were no problems but I’m certain if there was, we would be able to find a solution. Overall I am extremely happy I booked with Daisha and her husband and would definitely book again!!”

“Maria is caring, intuitive, and very knowledgeable about dogs. My baby boy, Weegee, is almost 15 years old. He’s a chihuahua mix. His hearing isn’t great anymore and neither is his eyesight. He was welcomed into an active house of small dogs his size. Maria gave him his meds diligently while I was gone, and even took him to the vet while I was gone for blood in his urine. She did this on her own because I was camping with no cel service, WiFi service, internet, email, texting or communication of any kind. (She asked me through the Rover app what to do, but I didn’t get the messages.) She got him on antibiotics and anti-inflammatory meds, and made a VERY positive impression on my vet. She is a caring person who loves dogs. She even gave me some pill pockets to give him his meds at no charge. Highly recommended if you have a small dog. Be aware that she may be sitting other dogs as well.”

About: My 3.5 y/o corgi, Kiko, would tell you I love all dogs, almost too much. For the last 13+ years, I’ve been fortunate enough to be responsible for at least 1, and most of the time 2 dogs of my own. While I have no formal training or certifications , I’m great with puppies still learning a routine, senior dogs who need a strict routine and everyone in between. I’m a very calm human so even nervous dogs are comfortable with me. I currently work from home, so I’m really good for dogs who require a little extra attention or struggle being left alone for long periods. I have a spacious two bedroom apartment with one flight of stairs and a nice balcony/patio for bird watching and sun bathing. When Kiko is here, we go on at least 3 walks a day, weather permitting, and make regular trips to various dog parks to see his friends throughout the week. When he’s not, we’ll still walk a lot but maybe fewer dog park visits unless that’s your dog’s thing too. If the cheapest sitter you can find is what you’re looking for, I’m not your person. However, under my watch, your dog will be safe, extremely well cared for, and loved like they are my own. Your dog will get the same care if I’m at your place and I share custody of Kiko, so his presence is not always guaranteed.

About: I have had pets ever since I can remember! My parents currently have two golden retrievers and two kittens that are well-loved. We raised the dogs since they were puppies, and our former cat was with us until her old age. About: Since being on my own, I have had some fur baby in my life. Both puppies and elders will be well loved here. We have a deep relationship with our own animals. All are fully vaccinated and attend their annual health checks. We also love on them when they ask us to, meeting their mental health needs as well. Husband is still working from home with no return to the office in sight. And we are a currently a multi-generational home. There will always be some human here to care for your furry family member. We have a huge, secure, fenced backyard and two dogs of our own. Your pup will be well exercised here and will come home exhausted (and maybe a little dirty). We also love cuddling with our fur babies, and will welcome any (reasonably sized) dogs onto our bed if that is where they feel comfortable, or we have room for a crate or any dog bed you want to bring. We feed our pooches 3x a day. But we find that most guests have a 2x per day routine, and will continue to hold your home routine. We also give oral medication to one of our pups, once a day.

About: I've loved and cared for dogs for 20+ years — and it's the senior and high-needs ones that have shaped me most as a caretaker. I've worked professionally as a dog walker and sitter, volunteered on a farm tending to sheep, pigs, and cows, and have logged years of animal care across a wide variety of contexts. I currently care for Momo, my 11-year-old mini poodle rescue, who requires daily medication, mobility support, and consistent patience with separation anxiety rooted in past trauma. I have a fully fenced yard, a one-story layout with no stairs to navigate — especially important for senior or mobility-limited dogs — and gate separation available so visiting dogs can be in the mix while still having their own space. Crates are available if needed. I keep pet cameras throughout the home so I can monitor remotely on the rare occasion I'm out. All dogs have dedicated feeding stations and I'm happy to accommodate varying meal times and dietary needs. Animal CPR documentation is posted in the home, an emergency vet is less than a mile away, and I have reliable transportation should anything come up.

About: My family has always had dogs and over the last 10+ years I have provided care for them. I have cared for my own pets, as well as many other pets on Rover with various health needs and abilities. This includes older dogs and cats, those with health/medical issues/needs, those who need medication, as well as those with other types of support needs. I genuinely get so much joy from spending time loving on the sweet fur babies of this world and look forward to ensuring that while you are away, your fur babies feel loved and well cared for :) I am generally free Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, but may be able to make other days/times work occasionally! I often work from home Monday & Tuesday so those days can be more flexible depending on the week. I can occasionally do longer term stays (up to a few weeks), as long as there is a good set up for me to work from your home part time, so feel free to reach out about longer stays as well. I am flexible, and I prefer to hear from you about how you would like your fur baby to be cared for. I am happy to do whatever is easiest and most comfortable for you and your pet(s) :) I am very communicative, professional, respectful of your space and thoughtful in my care and won’t be afraid to ask questions and keep you updated on how things are going!
About: I’ve been a caretaker of animals for most of my life! Experience with: Puppies, Kittens, Disabled (Blind, Deaf and Amputated pets) and Senior animals. I have administered oral medication and eye drops to cats and dogs. Breeds I've taken care of: Tabbies, Domestic Shorthairs, Labs, Doodles, Golden Retriever, Shih Tzus, Terriers I am a teacher, so I have a lot of flexibility in the summer months (June 25th-August 22nd). About: Hello! I am so excited to meet your furry friend. A lover of all animals, I have had pets my whole life (including dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, and goats!) In my professional life, I have three years of experience working in a rescue setting (I understand animals from this background- shyness or aggression issues welcome), and one year of experience in a vet hospital. Aside from that, I have plenty of personal experience- with cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies. My own void kitty (black cat) is 14 years old with kitten energy and is the queen of my house. As she deals with thyroid issues, I am comfortable administrating medications. I additionally live with two sassy Shiba Inus so know how to wrestle a stubborn dog is needed! I LOVE senior animals and while I haven't given cats insulin in a long time- I am willing to relearn. Currently, I am going to school part-time, but being as my classes on online- my day is pretty flexible! I can stop by up to three times a day currently or even a full day if it's a necessity. My time with your animal is 100% with your animal- no distractions. I am willing to do whatever you need for them! Toss a ball, feed treats, talk a walk, send photos, reinforce training- you name it! I also am familiar with senior care and some special needs such as mobility assistance.
About: I wasn’t around dogs until I was a young adult and I immediately fell in love. They’re so sweet and funny and adventurous and they all have such different personalities. It’s exciting to see how they interact with new people and new environments. I’m lucky enough to not need to work a full-time job so I get to focus on doing what I enjoy, which is being around animals! It takes a lot of trust between you and the animal, so my approach is always very calm and slow. I don’t want to over excite them or scare them because that can trigger reactivity or cause harm.

About: My 3.5 y/o corgi, Kiko, would tell you I love all dogs, almost too much. For the last 13+ years, I’ve been fortunate enough to be responsible for at least 1, and most of the time 2 dogs of my own. While I have no formal training or certifications , I’m great with puppies still learning a routine, senior dogs who need a strict routine and everyone in between. I’m a very calm human so even nervous dogs are comfortable with me. I currently work from home, so I’m really good for dogs who require a little extra attention or struggle being left alone for long periods. I have a spacious two bedroom apartment with one flight of stairs and a nice balcony/patio for bird watching and sun bathing. When Kiko is here, we go on at least 3 walks a day, weather permitting, and make regular trips to various dog parks to see his friends throughout the week. When he’s not, we’ll still walk a lot but maybe fewer dog park visits unless that’s your dog’s thing too. If the cheapest sitter you can find is what you’re looking for, I’m not your person. However, under my watch, your dog will be safe, extremely well cared for, and loved like they are my own. Your dog will get the same care if I’m at your place and I share custody of Kiko, so his presence is not always guaranteed.

“We gotta say, we’ve had rover sitters before (some good, some not so good) but Gregg by far has exceeded all of our expectations. We asked him beforehand if he was okay with one of our reactive and pulley dogs, and he said he was. We set up a meet and greet before booking and both our dogs took to Gregg immediately. He just had such a kind, warm demeanor to him, and although we had other meet and greets scheduled throughout the week, no one even came close to Gregg. The booking itself was exactly what we thought it would be — amazing. Gregg was very communicative, with constant updates/photos/videos throughout the day, was very attentive towards both of our dogs needs, kept them engaged throughout their stay, followed all instructions on feeding/walking times, and even kept a close eye on one of our dogs paw chewing. When we came to pick them up, it was very clear they had a blast with Gregg, and even bonded with him as well!!! Couldn’t have asked for a better sitter, and because of that, we are just so grateful to have found him!!! He is going to be our go-to sitter going forward, and we know our dogs can’t wait for their next adventure with Gregg!!!”

About: I've been pet sitting of a variety of breeds & sized dogs for over 13 years. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to check in with, feed, stay overnight, and play with their pets. I currently work from home full-time unless I am scheduled for out of town trips. I would have time for your pups. I am available most days, weekends, & overnight stays. I live in a cul de sac, and I have a fully fenced large yard. I would need your crate and / or dog bed for any overnight stays.
