“Daisha and her husband were amazing!! My dog Xena does best in a household where she is the only dog and I’m so glad we found Daisha! We did a first introduction about a week or two before the dates booked so they could meet and get familiar with each other which went well. While Xena was boarded they sent pictures and updates at least once a day explaining how she was doing and adjusting. Thankfully Xena was comfortable and there were no problems but I’m certain if there was, we would be able to find a solution. Overall I am extremely happy I booked with Daisha and her husband and would definitely book again!!”

We used to foster dogs until we decided to become permanent dog parents to our two Golden Retrievers! I worked in a veterinary hospital for 18 years off and on then moved on to working for and then owning my own pet sitting/dog walking company. I have done that for the last 16 years. I now work full time from home with a flexible schedule. I am comfortable administering medication, fluid treatments, and injections. (Additional cost) I was raised with chihuahuas to bullmastiffs, so size is not a factor I require all families to be open to my 16 year old daughter tagging along, if necessary. About: Since being on my own, I have had some fur baby in my life. Both puppies and elders will be well loved here. We have a deep relationship with our own animals. All are fully vaccinated and attend their annual health checks. We also love on them when they ask us to, meeting their mental health needs as well. Husband is still working from home with no return to the office in sight. And we are a currently a multi-generational home. There will always be some human here to care for your furry family member. We have a huge, secure, fenced backyard and two dogs of our own. Your pup will be well exercised here and will come home exhausted (and maybe a little dirty). We also love cuddling with our fur babies, and will welcome any (reasonably sized) dogs onto our bed if that is where they feel comfortable, or we have room for a crate or any dog bed you want to bring. We feed our pooches 3x a day. But we find that most guests have a 2x per day routine, and will continue to hold your home routine. We also give oral medication to one of our pups, once a day.

In my professional life, I have three years of experience working in a rescue setting (I understand animals from this background- shyness or aggression issues welcome), and one year of experience in a vet hospital. Aside from that, I have plenty of personal experience- with cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies. My own void kitty (black cat) is 14 years old with kitten energy and is the queen of my house. I LOVE senior animals and while I haven't given cats insulin in a long time- I am willing to relearn. “My 2 year old Springer Spaniel Boxer mix, Edie, had a wonderful time with Jana and her family! When I normally leave Edie at her doggy daycare to travel, she barely eats and seems anxious when I come to pick her up. Not the case this time! Edie ate all the food I had packed for her along with all the treats! She loved running around and puppy style wrestling with Hazel! Jana gave me updates twice a day with pictures and videos of the ladies playing. I truly do believe that Edie had a dog vacay with Hazel and Jana!”
