About: I’ve been an animal lover my entire life and have always felt a strong passion for animal care & welfare. Thanks to this, I have developed a wide variety of experience with all sorts of animals — cats, dogs, fish, rodents and reptiles, just to name a few! I am currently a student working toward a goal of joining vet med with 15+ years of personal experience caring for my own animals alongside friends and family. About: Raised around dogs (and cats) and would love to care for your pets in my home or yours. Comfortable with senior dogs as well as others. I am retired and available any time. I would need a couple of days' notice, preferably. I live in an apartment with a beautiful dog-walking area and nearby parks to walk in. I no longer have pets of my own, having just lost my 17-year-old Rat Terrier. I am comfortable with all dogs and cats. I can administer medications and make sure they feel safe with me. About: Ive grown up with cats and dogs my whole life. I spent a lot of time with my cousin being a breeder taking her dogs to shows, I have learned how to take care of dogs and how to approach the ones that can be a handful at times. I work a full time Monday- friday job but on my lunches I can stop by for check ins and walks and after work as well. Weekends are always open too. About: I've been a pet care professional since 2016. It is the best job ever! Dogs are adorable and hilarious, yes, but the part I really love is trying to understand the motivations behind each dog. I know, food and walks, duh! But since adopting my high-anxiety dog 6 years ago, I have realized there is so much more to the doggie brain. Dog park trips are like an anthropological study for me!!
