“Michele is great! We're a new client but I'm definitely happy to have her on my short list for dog walkers :) She's quick with communication and sent a few fun picks of my dog on their first walk together.”
“Had a great experience with Jeannie. They were very communicative and sent lots of pictures. Cats are very happy and litter boxes, water and food are all in good shape. Will definitely use again.”

“Harley did a great job with our kitties on super-short notice, including giving our cat Max his pill and doing a late night appointment. She was quick to come by, meet the cats, sort things out, and is very positive. And the kitties seem to like her! We'll definitely reach out to her again in the future.”

“John shared plenty of photos of our dog, Finley, showing that he was well cared for and happy. He showed up exactly on time and stayed for the duration requested. We will be using John again and I would recommend him to my friends.”

“Our dog walker is fantastic - the dogs adore her and are always excited to see her. She has really developed a special bond with them over time. They eagerly greet her at the door, ready for belly rubs. Thanks to her consistent presence and confidence, they have established a great routine. We will definitely think of her whenever we need a sitter, she truly is the best!”

“Ashley did a great job caring for my cats while I was in Asia! She wrote good notes in the app every day, included extra photos and videos, and she really seemed to bond with my cats! They seemed to trust her which I appreciate. I also had a bit of an issue and she ended up fitting me into her schedule sort of last minute, which I really appreciate. She was a great sitter. I would absolutely book her again!”

“Kizzie is our repeat cat sitter of choice. Flexible, proactive, super good with our kitty, we always arrive home to a happy, healthy, well groomed fluffball! Thanks Kizzie!”

“Paul, was absolutely amazing! Our cat Auggie loved him. We could have had a better sitter and we will absolutely have Paul take care of our pets in the future. I highly recommend him to anyone!”

“Carrianne is amazing. She sends so many great updates, photos, videos and our cats absolutely love her. She’s so good with both of our cats who have very different personalities.”

“Maura was absolutely incredible and was so sweet to our girls. This was our first time using rover and Maura literally gave us the perfect experience. She was always on time, took care of the girls’ needs, and send us detailed updates! We loved that she took time to play with them and they warmed up to her quickly which gave us a lot of peace of mind. She was such a blessing while we were gone!”

“Lucas is the best! Our two big pitties love him, and he went above and beyond to get to know them before his first drop in with us, even though we booked it last minute. Lucas clearly knows and loves dogs and it made us feel so safe being gone for the day. Thank you dude!”

“Rachael has saved the day! We are staying in town while we sell our home and look to buy another and we needed someone to look in on our pups midway through the day while we are at work. She was there to the rescue! She came to meet us in advance and quickly settled in with our two sweeties, sending us lovely photo updates and just generally keeping us in the loop. SOOOO glad we found her!”

Jeannie goes above and beyond. I can’t say that enough. She took such good care of our kitty!! She’s played games with her and gave her so much love and attention. She also did extra things while we were away, even asked if she could take the trash out for us on trash day! She’l thinks of everything and is so thoughtful! It didn’t take long for our cat to warm up to her and we feel so much better about leaving knowing our cat is under the care of Jeannie. Thank you Jeannie!!!

Harley was amazing and I definitely would use her again to watch my cat on our next trip. She was always timely in replying to messages and arrived when she said she would. I felt that she took great care of my cat and was able to administer his meds. I appreciated the extra time she spent for a meet and greet. It really help me to feel comfortable leaving my pet in her care

We absolutely loved Mikaela, and so did Ronnie! This was our first time leaving our kitten home alone, so we were a little nervous, but having Mikaela take care of her was such a relief. She was reliable and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. She also took the cutest pictures of Ronnie, which we loved getting! We would definitely trust Mikaela with Ronnie again and highly recommend her!

This was our second booking with Ivanna & Jacob after being very happy with their service on our first booking. They're a pleasant young couple and took great care of our collection of our three furry babies - our cat and the cats belonging to each of our two daughters - on both occasions. We absolutely recommend them!
I cannot begin to express how amazing Hailey is! On her last booking with me my kitty got very sick, she took initiative and made sure she got to the vet emergency room and kitty ended up needing emergency surgery. Some other pet sitters may not have been so observant or disregarded what was happening. I truly believe she saved my kitty's life. Hailey is an absolute Angel and I am so grateful for her!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Boulevard Park. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
