About: I have worked as a professional dog walker for 5 years. It is the best job ever. Dogs are adorable and hilarious, yes, but the part I really love is trying to understand the motivations behind each dog. I know, food and walks, duh! But since adopting my high-anxiety dog 6 years ago, I have realized there is so much more to the doggie brain. Dog park trips are like an anthropological study for me!! I like to think I'm the Jane Goodall of dogs; I'm flattered when they confuse me for one of their own. Living among the canines has come very naturally to me, and frequently worry about the diminishing appeal of the human world. My mother has legitimate concerns that I'll never find a husband. Some have called me a dog whisperer, to which I say "Have you ever met a dog that whispers?" You can think of me more like a translator. Booking with me helps fund my education so that I can one day save the world. My dream is to help troubled kids find the peace and compassion that I have found in my love for animals. I currently work from home and have open availability. If your dog cannot be left alone, they won't be. My own dog does not like to be separated from me, thus I'm comfortable arranging my life around the needs of dogs!! I use extreme care in assessing the environment to experience it the way your dog is, thus better understand behaviors and antecedent cues, and what is reinforcing the behavior.

My cat (Meru) absolutely adores Diana, and that is definitely not something that can be said about most people. Every time I leave for a trip it’s a relief to know Meru will be well taken care of by Diana. She’s one of the few people I’d trust to watch my picky cat.
Brooke did a wonderful job taking care of our three kitties while we were on our trip. She sent pictures of them every day and left us notes with all of the things she did for them during her drop-ins. She was so sweet and caring and our kitties grew very fond of her. If we take another trip in the future, I will be sure to hire her again, the peace of mind that she allowed us to have while being away was priceless ❤️
Kaitlyn did a great job checking on our kitties while my husband and I were out of town. She has excellent communication skills and made sure to keep us updated throughout each visit. One of our cats is somewhat standoffish, so it's important to us that any visitors or sitters respect his personal space, which is exactly what Kaitlyn did. Fei was incredibly communicative and so sweet with our cats. She is clearly a lover of animals, and I felt immediately comfortable having her take care of our two kitties for a week while we were gone. She sent regular pictures and seemed to get to know their personalities quite quickly, she asked great questions on our walk-through and I really appreciated her communication and attention to detail. I would absolutely book her again and recommend her highly!
Yucong was wonderful with my pigeons and tortoises during my trip, even befriending my blind pigeon. One of my tortoises had a procedure prior to my trip and Yucong sent me updates on Hugo's eating habits and pics of his food bowl when his appetite changed. He also asked questions when the directions I provided weren't clear. My animal's space and my living room were so immaculate when I got home, I was delightfully surprised! I really appreciated his willingness to and diligence in looking after my little friends, especially since tortoises and pigeons are a bit atypical.
