Xiaoli did an absolutely amazing job taking care of my husky Jackie. I’ve honestly never seen Jackie this happy, relaxed, and excited after staying with someone. Throughout the entire stay, Xiaoli constantly kept me updated with lots of photos, videos, and detailed explanations about how Jackie was doing, which gave me so much peace of mind. What really stood out was how genuinely caring and attentive she was. She treated Jackie like family, paid attention to all the little details, and even gave her a bath before pickup — which was such a wonderful surprise. Jackie came back looking beautiful, happy, and clearly very loved. I highly recommend Xiaoli to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and truly passionate about dogs. I’m patient with shy or nervous dogs and focus on keeping them comfortable. I also send regular updates and photos so pet parents feel reassured while they are away.

A typical day includes walks, playtime, feeding, and lots of attention. I like to keep pets on a routine so they feel relaxed and comfortable. Dogs will enjoy outdoor walks, light exercise, and play sessions depending on their energy level. For calmer pets or senior dogs, I provide a quiet space to rest and gentle interaction. I also spend time brushing or caring for their coat if needed. Throughout the day I make sure they have fresh water, potty breaks, and plenty of affection. I always send photo updates so pet parents can see their pets happy and safe.
