Our dog had unexpected foot surgery just before his stay so his foot was taped and he was on several medications but Brian's family took it all in stride and were very communicative as well as attentive to Luke. When we were delayed in our return due to ferry complications, Brian and family were very accommodating. Overall, it was a super positive and pleasant experience again and I highly recommend!”
