Xiaoli did an absolutely amazing job taking care of my husky Jackie. I’ve honestly never seen Jackie this happy, relaxed, and excited after staying with someone. Throughout the entire stay, Xiaoli constantly kept me updated with lots of photos, videos, and detailed explanations about how Jackie was doing, which gave me so much peace of mind. What really stood out was how genuinely caring and attentive she was. She treated Jackie like family, paid attention to all the little details, and even gave her a bath before pickup — which was such a wonderful surprise. Jackie came back looking beautiful, happy, and clearly very loved. I highly recommend Xiaoli to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and truly passionate about dogs. Loic and Kristen are terrific dog sitters - this is my second time with them. Zorro loves to go on walks and that seems to match their family’s activity level well. I received many photos of Zorro taking walks and looking for wildlife and they understand how to manage Zorro’s leash reactivity. They are excellent communicators and seem to have enjoyed having Zorro around (and they confirmed that she’s a really easy dog to sit…. aside from the leash reactivity issue, which is very common with rescue dogs). I will be looking to book them in the future, if they are available.

I was in a total panic when my regular sitter wasn’t available, and Jeremey came through. He was incredibly accommodating from the start, communicated clearly throughout, and followed every instruction to the letter. As a senior dog mom, that level of care matters more than I can say. He genuinely relieved so much of my stress. Lily came back calm and happy. Highly recommend!
The best dog sitter on Rover. My golden retriever, Bella, loves to stay with over there. It’s truly a vacation for her. Ya-Han is also very professional and communicates very well. She is very detail oriented and follows all my directions. Her family is great too and dotes on Bella while she’s there. She is literally the best and puts my mind at ease.
Xiangyu and Vicky took great care with my senior dog, Charlie. I had lots of specific directions for grooming, feeding and activities for Charlie since he is getting dementia and they made him (and me) very comfortable. I had been struggling with who could care for him and am so happy to have found them. I will definitely use them again in the future!
