She has an extremely well-maintained and safe environment for dogs to run around and play all day. Our dog got to socialize with so many others, I really think this place is a doggy haven. Furthermore, Janessa is extremely kind and professional. She left us with daily video and photo updates of our dog enjoying himself. Our dog unfortunately also became ill very soon before the stay. We had to reconsider our plans at first and Janessa was very respectful. We ended up continuing with the plan but our dog required extra care and attention that we didn't initially expect. Despite this, Janessa handled everything with ease and content, including taking our dog to the vet when another unexpected medical issue occurred during the trip. She truly made us feel like our pet was in extraordinary care, which put us at ease and let us enjoy our time away on a highly anticipated trip while knowing our dog was happy and well looked after. I don't see myself using any of the local Kennels or boarders again after this experience, which was so much better than any others. She has them beat in service, professionalism, level of care, and pet experience.”
