About: I’ve had (and loved) pets of all kinds my whole life. I’ve always especially felt a connection to dogs, and have a great deal of experience with them. I worked in dog grooming while getting my degree in biology at the University of Washington, where I worked will all different breeds and ages of dogs. I’m used to working with the smallest to largest breeds, in addition to young puppies to seniors who require extra care and medications. About: I have been taking care of dogs consistently for 6 years now. I have 3 dogs of my own, - 9 year old Shiba and 2 & 3 year old Pitbulls who I love very much. I take them on daily walks around the neighborhood and park everyday. I worked with a dog trainer with one of my Pitbulls and I have implemented everything I’ve learned from them daily on my dogs. I treat every walk with my dogs as a training session to better their overall quality of walks and life! I am a student pilot but when I am not flying or in school I tend to have a lot of free time and I’d love to spend it with some 4 legged friends. I am available 7 days a week from 6 AM to 3 PM. About: I’ve taken care of pets all my life from a blind/deaf Havanese, to a reactive corgi, and an excitable boxer puppy. I’ve spent the most time with my childhood dog who was blind/deaf for the last 4 years of his life which gave me great experience in dog with special needs/senior care. About: I previously owned a German Shepard and mallinois mix and currently own a GS. I love having my very active pup but also love when he's a couch potato. I have experience with reactive breeds and behaviors and know how to safely accommodate for those behaviors. I also have a small plastic pool for pups to play in. Dogs have access to fully fenced yard with use of dog door. They are able to come and go as they please. I do close the dog door at night. I installed anti dig guards around my fence to prevent pups from trying to dig under. My house has central air conditioning as well as portable ac units if needed. I have a live camera in the back yard. You will have 24/7 access to camera. There is an option to veiw past recored events for that day. I have motion activated lighting throughout the back yard. Pet waste is removed from yard multiple times a day. I don't use crates or kennels. If your pup feels more comfortable being crated at night you would need to bring their kennel from home. Otherwise i let the dogs sleep where they want. I have plenty of dog beds for them. Most of the time i end up with all the dogs on my king size bed. My cat is dog friendly and is an indoor/outdoor cat.

“We boarded our dog Yogurt with Kai for two weeks and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was a long stretch of time for Yogurt to be away in a different environment but Kai took such great care of her and made the transition smooth. From the regular updates and photos Kai sent, we could see Yogurt gradually relaxing and eventually feeling right at home during the stay. We would absolutely trust Kai again for future stays!”
“Our dogs had a great time with Amy. One of our dogs was on a strict schedule of antibiotics and a solution that you had to squirt into her throat. Amy followed our vets guidelines and finished off the medication cycle while we were away! They were very happy and wiggly when we picked them up! Amy sent us great pictures of our puppy doing all their favorite things like napping, sleeping, and lounging! She has a great backyard too!”
