Safety, trust & environment

In your home (house sitting): I keep your pets' normal routine intact in the environment they already know, and I care for your home with the same attention I give them. You come back to calm pets and a clean, secure house. For cats: Litter boxes stay clean, hiding spots are respected, and I never force interaction — shy cats come to me in their own time. If yours needs medication, an inhaler, or subcutaneous fluids, that's familiar territory. In my home (boarding): Your dog stays in a calm, dog-proofed space with access to a fenced play area and hiking trails. Dogs are supervised at all times and always leashed on walks — no exceptions. I follow your feeding, medication, and care instructions exactly as written. Because I have no pets of my own, there's nothing for your dog to compete with or react to. Comfort I keep everything on hand for a comfortable stay: extra bowls, a spare leash, towels, and grooming supplies. Your pet is welcome on all the furniture except my bed. Information Maryna K. would like to know about your pet

To provide the best care, I like to know your pets' daily routine and feeding schedule, any medications or health conditions, behavior around other animals and new people, house rules, and anything that helps them feel comfortable — favorite toys, commands, sleeping preferences. For dogs: leash habits, recall, and how they do on walks. For cats: where the litter boxes are, hiding spots, whether they're indoor-only, and how they usually react to someone new in the house. The more I know, the more seamless the experience is — this is exactly what we'll cover in our meet-and-greet.

A typical day

Morning Potty break and breakfast on your pets' own schedule, with medications if needed. Then the first real walk: usually 30–45 minutes around the neighborhood or on the trails. Cats get fresh food and water, clean litter, and whatever morning attention they're in the mood for. Midday My husband and I both work from home, so there's no long stretch alone. Another potty break, play: tug, fetch, or puzzle toys for pets who'd rather think than run — and quiet company in between. Afternoon Second walk, litter check, and your photo and video update goes out. Evening Dinner on schedule, evening walk, then wind-down: brushing, a chew, lap time for the cat, and calm company. Last potty break before bed, lights out at their usual bedtime. In households with both dogs and cats, each gets their own rhythm: walks and play for the dog, quiet time and lap time for the cat, without anyone being crowded. Everything flexes to your pets, not the other way around. Seniors and anxious pets get a gentler version: shorter, more frequent walks and more rest. Puppies get more frequent potty breaks and shorter sessions. Approved treats and small extras: light grooming, paw cleaning, cleanup — as needed.

Pet care experience

I've cared for dogs, cats, and other pets with medication schedules, inhalers, and senior care. I'm insured and bonded, certified in pet first aid and CPR, and comfortable with oral and injectable meds. I don't have pets of my own, so all of my attention and love goes to your pets. Because I work from home with a flexible schedule, your dog gets a calm, consistent environment focused on both physical care and a relaxed state of mind. About Me Caring for animals is something I genuinely love. I've built long-term relationships with pet families by prioritizing safety, comfort, and trust. I'm organized, respectful of your home and routines, and follow your instructions closely so your dog experiences as little disruption as possible. How a typical day looks: 🏃 3–4 daily walks, lots of play, companionship and cuddles in between 🛋 House sitting that keeps your pets' routines exactly as they are — and your home clean and secure when you get back 🏠 Boarding in a calm, dog-proofed home with access to a fenced play area and hiking trails 📸 Daily photo and video updates, so you feel connected to your dog's day 🍖 Quality treats (with your approval) and extras like paw cleaning and light brushing My goal: I want you to enjoy your trip and not to spend it wondering how your dog is doing. Before booking, let's set up a quick meet-and-greet (in person or virtual) so your dog can meet me and I can learn their routine and needs in detail to make sure it's a great fit. 💌 Questions? Message me anytime! I typically reply within 15 minutes.

We had such an amazing experience with Maryna and her husband! We were able to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing that our dogs and our home were being well cared for. We appreciated that they sent updates and photos every day of all the play time, walks, cuddles and belly rubs that were happening 😊. We came home to two happy and relaxed dogs and a well cared for home!

Maryna took great care of our cats. We had a tough situation for her. Our cats had been having some behavioral issues and we had to make last minute adjustments to their care. She handled it all really easily. We also have a very shy cat that has asthma. I was thinking he wouldn’t let her give him his inhaler for days, but she was able to coax him out of hiding within 24 hours and give him his inhaler. She was great with communication and handled our tricky situation with grace and professionalism.

Maryna cared for our two dogs for a week and the experience absolutely exceeded our expectations. Prior to the stay we had a meeting where we were very impressed with her knowledge and questions so we were confident she knew what needed to be done. She was receptive to our dogs unique needs which included ensuring medicines were delivered on time. We were extremely impressed with the excellent communication and frequent updates. Throughout the week, we could see our dogs bonding with her. We highly recommend Maryna and will happily rebook with her for our future needs.

I cannot recommend Maryna enough! She did an outstanding job caring for our pets while we were away. Not only did she handle everything with professionalism, but she also went above and beyond to ensure our pets were happy, healthy, and well-cared for. One of the standout aspects of her service was that she sent daily pictures and updates to reassure us that our fur babies were doing okay. It really gave us peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. She looked after our dog during the challenging Fourth of July holiday, which is always difficult because of the fireworks. She made sure to give our dog her necessary prescription medication for anxiety, brushed her teeth daily, took her on walks, and kept her calm and comfortable during this stressful time. On top of that, she also took incredible care of our two cats and made sure they were happy and loved. Not only did she care for our pets, but she also kept our house in great condition. Coming home to a clean and tidy home was so nice. All in all, Maryna exceeded every expectation we had. She is reliable, caring, and an absolute professional. If you’re looking for someone to trust with your pets and home, she’s the one! 🐾
