Stacey was very understanding of our situation, and arranged a meet and greet shortly after our first correspondence. Our dog, Rae was very shy, but Stacey was patient and calm around her. When we were away, Rae hid in her crate and wouldn’t come out. Stacey texted us to let us know the situation. I recommended that she should just go ahead and leave her, but she was determined to break through Rae’s fear. I got a text a little later with a photo of Rae on her leash, and looking calm and relaxed! I was so appreciative of the extra efforts that Stacey took for Rae, so we could enjoy ourselves at my niece’s wedding.”
