“What a kind and generous family! This was Winston's first stay with Amanda and Noah. I was glad he was staying with a family who owned and know Frenchies as they have their specific needs and energy level. Amanda had shared about her previous Frenchie who passed a couple of months ago and said it was wonderful to have Winston spend some time with them now, especially with their children and dog. Winston had some of his classic GI challenges in a new environment and I received detailed information each day. He received lots of cuddles and love. I was not at all worried leaving him with Amanda. She also shared some tips on food choices and nutrition from her previous experience as a Frenchie owner. Winston came home clean, relaxed, happy and well. I definitely will request Amanda and Noah to take care of Winston in the future. Great find!”

She also took extra care to ask about Lucy's medications and how best to keep Lucy cool on a couple of unusually hot days. Her young daughter gave Lucy lots of attention. “Philip was exceptional at watching our puppy Charlie. While we were gone, he’d send us pictures of Charlie, my kids loved seeing him while we were gone over two weeks. He took him on walks, played with him and let him lounge on his couch together. Very last minute I asked if Philip would be okay administrating medications to our dog that he needed and he was very flexible and had no issues doing so. Our go to guy for future needs. Trooper just spent 2 weeks at her house and had a great time playing with her whole family! Ponyo is very conscientious and provides great care. Meadow took fabulous care of our reactive dog. She clearly has a lot of experience with dogs and understands how to help them feel secure and read their body language. We had the unfortunate situation of having our sitter bail on us a few days into our trip abroad and she stepped in and helped us trust her to take care of our baby in her home. She communicated regularly and clearly enjoyed spending time with our doggo. She made her busy life fit his needs. We will definitely be booking with her again.
Justine and Zak took excellent care of my dog, Maggie. She ended up having a medical issue during their stay and they appropriately kept me updated and took care of her as best they could while I was working on coming back home. They were so sweet and attentive and have even checked in to see how she’s doing after I picked her up. I would definitely rebook again when she’s feeling better!
Dennis and Gloria were incredible with my senior border collie Ozzie! Great at photo updates and communication. Took him to multiple dog parks over the three nights, and even gave him a bath when he decided to play in the water on a walk. They definitely went above and beyond! My dog slept for a full 24 hours after I picked him up—obvious that they kept him engaged.
Namiko and Shannon go above and beyond! This was our pup's second stay in theor cozy home; last time for one week and this for two. Both times he has been given such good care with plenty of walks, playtime and pampering. We also got lots of photos and updates and quick responses when we just wanted to check in. 100% recommend! 😊
I can only say great things about Ori. He was easy to work with for scheduling a meet and greet, and I quickly could tell that he would be fantastic with my two dogs. I had to be completely offline for several days while on a trip without cell service. Ori kept in great contact before and after, making sure I knew everything went smoothly as soon as I was back in service. My pups were happy and content the entire time, and came back to me looking great. Highly recommend!
If I could give Ponyo 10 stars, I would! My dog, Roo, was supposed to stay with her back in June, but due to him having two emergency room visits, I ended up needing to cancel the day before his stay. Ponyo was so understanding of the situation -- she worked with me with such empathy and I could feel her concern even just through texts as she checked in on him multiple times after his visit. When I had an impromptu trip come up this month, I knew I wanted to book with Ponyo if she was available and thankfully she was! She did an amazing job with Roo. She sent lots of photos and kept me updated on how he was doing throughout the day and evening. She was also really great about tending to his velcro personality with many lap and bed cuddles, and it was clear Roo made a new best friend. It is evident through her interactions and reports on Roo and how he interacted with other pups and with her kids that she understands dogs so well and knows exactly what to do to make them feel happy and comfortable during their stay. As I'm typing this message, Roo is sleeping soundly from having such a good time. I would recommend Ponyo in a heartbeat. Thank you so much Ponyo!
Anna J is the best dog sitter. She took care of Gordie just the way we do, and I could tell from the photos that he was 100% happy, healthy, and at ease. Anna sent me ample photos of Gordie eating, sleeping, playing and on walks in the sunshine. Gordie was so evidently happy that I worried a little bit he may want to stay with Anna when we came to pick him up -- two weeks later! Gordie was ecstatic to go home with us, but I am assured he will enjoy his next stay with Anna. We simply could not have visited our daughter in Norway if it weren't for Anna J.
Harper was wonderful with Ember! Ember had a great time during her long stay, and we felt very comfortable knowing she was in such good hands. Communication was excellent throughout the stay, and we really appreciated all the regular updates and photos. We would absolutely recommend Harper and would be happy to have her watch Ember again!
We are so happy we found Meagan! She treated Kona like she was one of her own. We received so many updates and photos, we immediately felt at ease and knew our baby was being well taken care of! Kona had a great time playing with Baker, going for multiple walks, and getting so many snuggles and play time. It honestly was just the best to see someone care for Kona the very same as we would! Highly recommend Meagan and we will be using her services again!
Quanying is great at communication throughout the boarding process. She took lots of photos of my pup and made sure I was comfortable. Though, she does not speak English, she was still able to communicate with my effectively and has other family members in her household that can speak English on her behalf. I would highly recommend booking with her!
AJ and Seohyeon were wonderful Rovers for our 25lbs cocker spaniel mix, Joey. Responses were quick, photos were shared, and they did not hesitate to ask us questions regarding Joey's care, which we appreciated. We felt safe leaving our dog with them and could tell they gave a lot of attention to Joey. We would not hesitate to book with them again.
