I was nervous, for I’d never used Rover or left my girl with someone in their home before, but Desiree put my mind at ease with her obvious love of dogs and talent with interacting with them. Desiree is sweet, communicates efficiently and clearly, and provides such a wonderful second home environment. She sent adorable photos of my doggo throughout my vacation, which made the whole family happy! “Tootsie had a blast at Lorena’s! She was fortunate to have another boarded small dog to play with, and got to play chase in Lorena’s backyard any time she wanted (normally she only gets to do this at the dog park)! Lorena and her husband, like my daughter, allowed Tootsie to sleep in their bed, for which we were grateful, AND because they both work from home, Tootsie had company 24-7 (her dream come true, and something she does not even get at home)! Lorena is definitely our new go-to for boarding.”

“Karen and I cared for a cantankerous Frenchie with more than his share of health problems for about seven years, until he passed. He was a standoffish guy, but she won him over with treats and patience. He required quite a bit of care, and Karen was always on top of it, keeping his pills organized, monitoring his condition, concocting tasty treats for hiding pills, and making sure he had all the walks when he felt up for it, and affection when he wanted it. His quality of life was much better for her presence.”

“My dog had a great time at Jill’s house for a long weekend. We had flight delays and Jill was super flexible letting him stay over an extra night. Great communication and photos too!”

“Nikki was a wonderful host for our Shiba Inu, Yoshi while we were out of town. She was extremely flexible with us on drop off and pickup times to accommodate our schedule, and great at communicating throughout the stay. We got lots of pics of the fun they were having. I really appreciate that Nikki was able to work thru some challenges with Yoshi not wanting to share toys with her dog Walter, she found a solution that worked well and allowed them to play great together. When we picked him up it was clear Yoshi and Walter had become buddies and he was a very happy dog at Nikki’s place! It was our first time using Rover and we are very grateful to have had such a great experience right away! Thanks Nikki and Walter!”

“Brandon watched our sweet pup while our family had a two week vacation in Europe. I was nervous to leave our guy for so long- he’s getting older and can be pretty anxious. Brandon made me (and our boy) feel so at ease! His constant communication, funny anecdotes, and cute pics really helped me relax and enjoy the trip knowing that our guy was in good hands. He and his partner took him on lots of adventures and showed him so much love. To top everything off, our flight home was cancelled and we had to extend our boarding reservation. Brandon was super flexible and took the stress out of the last minute change of plans. I highly recommend Brandon and would be happy to have Kiwi in his care anytime!”

“Alex was AMAZING from the beginning. Scheduling the meet and greet he had places to go AND sent an address with Google Maps which helped me a lot because I'm still learning my way around town. After I dropped Mylo off he sent lots of pics which were great especially because Mylo had a HUGE smile in them or looked totally relaxed and happy. He took him for out for runs/walks and gave him lots of quality time. I couldn't be more pleased; I would definitely book with him again. Thank you Alex! ”

“Anthony did amazing! He went out of his way to text me pictures and videos everyday! He also was willing to meet with me before my trip and see how my Yorkie and Pom warmed up to him! Bella is 10 my yorkie and has never really been away from me so I was worried! I got them back today and they are so happy and are in the same condition I left them! He does an outstanding job! I would totally recommend him and will use him in the future!”
