About: When I was just a little kid a big parrot flew into our house, and I kept it as a pet from the age of 6 to 18. Then when I went off to college my parents took care of it. After college I helped take care of my sister’s dogs. And I lived with a girl for a while who owned two cats that I took care of so I have lots of experience with different animals. I even used to own a guinea pig at one point in my life. So my entire life has revolved around taking care of pets. So I figured this would be a great job for me. I’m extremely loving and caring and will treat your pets just like I would mind. I’m a very loving and caring person. I currently am unemployed. I’m looking for a job, but as of right now, my schedule is fully open. So please hit me up whenever I need the money. Well, besides the basics like feeding them and making sure they’re going to the bathroom and drinking water, I always play with them. Show them attention when they want attention and don’t show them attention when they don’t want attention. I’m pretty good at reading body language of an animal. I love playing with dogs and cats. I know it’s important for them to get out their energy so they can have a good night sleep. I love going on walks. So I also do that in anything else like taking them to the dog park

About: We're new to Seattle after moving from North Carolina, and we'd love to meet some new four-legged friends! Between the two of us, we've spent our lives around animals. We both grew up with dogs as beloved family members, and today we share our home with cats and a rabbit. We're comfortable administering oral medications and have experience giving subcutaneous fluids to senior cats, so we're happy to care for pets with extra medical needs. Although we can't host pets in our apartment, we're available for walks, drop-in visits, and house sitting in your home. Cats will never be allowed outside unless that is something you prefer and specifically request.

About this sitter: Daycare: In my home with myself, boyfriend and puppy James. Must get along with puppies and ideally want to play. We work remotely so will be home all day with your pup and can provide 2-3 walks and yard play time. Overnight: Dogs are welcome to sleep in the bed or wherever they prefer. They’ll be around me, my boyfriend and puppy. Would be ideal if they like to play, and must like puppies. We go on three to four walks a day and play in the yard once or twice a day. My puppy is very high energy so we are active a lot. Why I love dog sitting I have loved dogs since I was a knee-high. I picked out my first loveable mutt, a German Shepherd, Chesapeake Bay Retriever mix, when I was in 6th grade. Since then I have always had a four-legged friend of my own. Meet my pets: James the miniature schnauzer About my yard Have a fenced front and back yard and I'm able to take your pup outdoors for a walk around the block as often as he/she needs. I work full time remotely, and your dog will join me and my puppy on our daily walks and play time in the yard. We love hiking on weekends as well so if they like that let me know! About: Over the years, my husband and I have shared our lives with all kinds of dogs: farm dogs, little dogs, a Great Dane in a studio apartment, and now our Mini Australian Shepherd. We have learned and refined our dog ownership skills over time, finally investing in professional training for both our dog and ourselves in 2025. That experience shaped the kind of care I offer today. I believe dogs thrive with clear structure, consistency, and calm communication. I strive to provide the kind of boarding experience I wish I could find for my own dog, where training, routines, and boundaries are respected while you're away. I work from home full-time, so pet care fits naturally into my day. We have a large, fully fenced backyard, daily walks, and a very friendly Mini Australian Shepherd who enjoys canine company. Your dog won't be left alone for a typical workday. I do leave the house for school drop-offs and pick-ups, errands, or weekend activities. Dogs should be comfortable being alone for a few hours. Because I have both a young child and my own dog, I only accept dogs that: -Are friendly with children and other dogs. -Are up to date on vaccinations and flea prevention. -Can comfortably settle into a family home.

She also took extra care to ask about Lucy's medications and how best to keep Lucy cool on a couple of unusually hot days. Her young daughter gave Lucy lots of attention.
