Pet care seamlessly integrates into our daily routine, making it a natural and enjoyable part of our lives. My day begins early at 7 a.m., which is the perfect time to feed and walk the dogs, ensuring they start their day with a burst of energy and happiness. Throughout the day, while I'm engaged in activities like cooking, there's always a watchful eye on our furry guests.

Information Quanying L. would like to know about your pet
Thank you for considering us to care for your beloved dog while you’re away! 🐾 To help us provide a safe, happy, and comfortable stay—and to make sure we’re the right fit—we kindly ask pet parents to share a few details before booking. **Barking Habits** How often does your dog bark, and what usually triggers it? Occasional barking—such as when someone knocks on the door—is completely normal. However, we are best suited for dogs who are generally quiet and rarely bark. If your dog tends to bark for prolonged periods whenever they notice a person, animal, sound, or other activity, we’re afraid we may not be the best fit for them. **Medical Needs** We generally prefer to care for dogs who do not have medical needs during their stay. However, we do have experience administering simple oral medications if your dog takes them easily and is otherwise comfortable to care for. If your dog requires medication multiple times a day, more involved medical care, or a special diet requiring extensive preparation, we may not be able to accommodate them at this time. We would, however, love to welcome them in the future once they have recovered or their care needs have become simpler. **Social Behavior** How does your dog interact with other dogs and people? Do they become anxious in certain situations or around specific people, animals, or sounds? Are they protective of their food, toys, or personal space? To help keep our rates affordable, we may care for more than one dog at a time, particularly during peak seasons. If you prefer your dog to be the only dog in our care, please check with us before booking. Single-dog stays are generally available only during non-peak periods, such as weekdays, and availability is limited. We’ll be happy to review our calendar and let you know whether we can accommodate your request. **Other Helpful Information** Is there anything else we should know about your dog, such as escape attempts, incomplete potty training, destructive behavior, or an unusually high energy level? We are generally best suited for dogs who do not display these behaviors. Please share any relevant details honestly so we can determine whether we can provide the right environment and level of care for your pup. Thank you for sharing this information in advance. It helps us make sure your dog feels safe, happy, and comfortable throughout their stay—and allows us to confirm that our home is the right fit for their individual needs.
A typical day
I usually start my day around 8am by making breakfast and feeding your dog. After breakfast, we'll head out for a morning walk around 9:00-10:00 am to get some fresh air and exercise. During the day, I typically cook and do some gardening around the house, so your dog will always have company and never be alone. Throughout the day, I'll take your dog out for potty breaks according to your specified preferences, ensuring they are comfortable and happy. In the evening, we'll have some relaxation time, and I'll give your dog plenty of attention and care. Before bed, around 10:00 pm, I'll take your dog out for a final potty break to make sure they're all set for a restful night. With this routine, your dog will have a balanced mix of activity, companionship, and relaxation, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Paws&Play: Perfect Stay @ Greenlake
Pet care experience
Thank you so much for considering our home for your precious dog during your time away. It's truly an honor for us to have the opportunity to provide a loving and attentive environment for your furry family member. Our home stays cozy and comfortable throughout the year, with air conditioning to keep your dog at ease no matter the season. My name is Quanying, but you can call me Ying for simplicity. My family and I share a deep love for dogs, a passion that grew stronger after our own dog heroically saved us from a potential fire hazard years ago. Having lived in China for many decades, my husband and I recently moved to Seattle to be closer to our son, an engineer. Adapting to a new life here has been a journey, but finding joy in caring for pets like yours has made it so much sweeter. It reminds us of our cherished pets back in China and brings our family closer together. We assure you that with us, your dog will receive all the love and attention they need and will never feel lonely. Whether your dog enjoys leisurely strolls or spirited runs, we're excited to make each moment with them enjoyable and fulfilling. Please don't worry about any language barriers. While I am still learning English, I am proficient with translation tools to ensure clear communication. Your dog's comfort and happiness, and your peace of mind, are our top priorities. We look forward to the possibility of welcoming your dog into our home and heart. If you have any questions or special requests, please feel free to reach out.

Wonderful and kind sitter! Very transparent and will provide you with tons of pictures of your pooch to let you know how they’re doing. Highly recommend!

Great communication. My dog was well taken care of. We were sent many photos and would definitely book again. Thank you so much!

Another 10/10 Stay with Ying! Our dog Bruno loves her and she takes such great care of him + keeps us updated with lots of photos and videos throughout the stay! Will definitely be reaching out again next time we’re out of town! :)

Quanying was not only a lifesaver for me with a last minute boarding request - but is now someone I will trust implicitly with my dog and will be a go-to for any kind of dog care. She is extremely communicative, sharing lots of helpful updates and photos. I can tell she truly loves caring for dogs as if they are her own, with dedicated care and exercise unique to each dog. I am so grateful to her and would recommend her to anyone!
