I was hesitant in general leaving Roo with a new person for a night since he is so young (3 months old) and learning a lot of new things, but he had a great time with Anna and she loved him as if he was her own dog. Prior to the boarding, she was very communicative and was happy to answer my questions. She offered a meet and greet, which was appreciated since I was nervous about him not being with me. Once he was there, she sent lots of photos and checked in regularly to let me know how he was doing. She also gave him a little sweater to wear, which was sweet. Most importantly, I appreciated how she took my/his puppy concerns seriously (ex. using potty pads instead of going outside since he wasn't fully vaccinated yet) and was very accommodating to him to make sure he stayed safe and happy. I would highly recommend Anna if you are looking for someone who will help your dog feel loved, comfortable and safe in their care while you're away. Thank you Anna for taking such great care of Roo!”
