“Melissa is the absolute best. Caring, understanding of dogs, highly responsible and responsive. We couldn’t ask for a better person to take care of our pup.”

“Absolutely fantastic daycare for my little pup Bella! She had so much fun and Caitlin was excellent in both planning and keeping me updated on how she was doing throughout the day! Would definitely recommend especially if you have a younger dog who needs a playmate during a long day at work 🐶”

“Bacon had so much fun at Matthew's place. He fell asleep on my lap on the way home. This was the first day care for Bacon and the experience was wonderful! We are looking forward to the next stay! Thank you!!!!!!”

“Dad was an amazing doggy daycare host for my 1 year old Golden Retriever. We recieved frequent updates with photos of her at the park and sleeping at his home on the couch. We would definitely make another request in the future. Thank you!”

“Lily had a great time at daycare with Lindsay and Steven! They have a lovely house with a yard for the dogs to play, and I could tell they gave great attention to lily all day.”

“We’ve been hesitant to use rover and drop off our 5 month old puppy with a relative stranger, but Stephen put us at ease right away! He is kind, communicative and responds instantly. His dog and the few other pups he has on any given day are playful and sweet. We will be asking Stephen to watch our dog when the need arises. Thanks!!!”

About: When I was just a little kid a big parrot flew into our house, and I kept it as a pet from the age of 6 to 18. Then when I went off to college my parents took care of it. After college I helped take care of my sister’s dogs. And I lived with a girl for a while who owned two cats that I took care of so I have lots of experience with different animals. I even used to own a guinea pig at one point in my life. So my entire life has revolved around taking care of pets. So I figured this would be a great job for me. I’m extremely loving and caring and will treat your pets just like I would mind. I’m a very loving and caring person. I currently am unemployed. I’m looking for a job, but as of right now, my schedule is fully open. So please hit me up whenever I need the money. Well, besides the basics like feeding them and making sure they’re going to the bathroom and drinking water, I always play with them. Show them attention when they want attention and don’t show them attention when they don’t want attention. I’m pretty good at reading body language of an animal. I love playing with dogs and cats. I know it’s important for them to get out their energy so they can have a good night sleep. I love going on walks. So I also do that in anything else like taking them to the dog park
“Kelsi and Piper are so great! We have a young and very energetic puppy and Kelsi seemed to really bond with him and he came home so tired! Piper, her dog, is the sweetest! Can’t wait to go back!”

“Michelle was fantastic! Our dogs felt completely comfortable with her, and she kept us updated throughout the day with messages and photos. We really appreciate the extra care - she even took them on a walk.”

“Callie always takes amazing care of Salem (and also sends the cutest photos of him!). He always enjoys his time at Callie's place and is eager to rush towards the door whenever we go to drop him off”

“Patty was an amazing dog sitter as usual! She goes above and beyond to make sure Winston is happy and well taken care of. I can’t thank her enough for dog sitting on such a short notice. Thanks again Patty!”
About: About Me Hi! I'm a proud Colombian, a lifelong dog lover, and I work entirely from home in the coffee business. I am also a dog mom to a high-energy Australian Cattle Dog! I have always found something incredibly special in dogs—their unconditional love brings immense joy to my life, and I absolutely adore having canine coworkers to keep me company during the day. As a pet parent myself, I know how hard it is to leave your furry best friend behind. My goal is to be a trustworthy, reliable sitter who gives you total peace of mind and makes your dog feel completely at home! 🧠 Mental Enrichment & Training Because I raise a working breed, I am an expert at keeping dogs mentally stimulated! To make sure your dog is happily tired, I utilize: -Sniffing games & hide-and-seek -Stuffed KONGs & lick mats -Interactive dog puzzles -Simple obedience training and fun tricks (upon request!) 🏃♀️ Active Lifestyle & Exercise I am a very active person by nature. Depending on your dog's energy levels, I love providing exercise through: -Long walks & runs -Endless games of fetch -Nature hikes -Dog park visits 💖 Attentive Care Every dog is unique. I am highly attentive and more than happy to follow your specific instructions and accommodate any special needs, diets, or routines your dog requires. Because I work from home and my job in the coffee business is very flexible, I have plenty of time to dedicate to your pup throughout the week! They will rarely be left alone and will get plenty of attention, playtime, and regular potty breaks during the day. I am also fully available on weekends, which is when my dog and I usually head out for fun adventures to local dog parks! I live in a spacious, dog-friendly apartment in Ballard. While it is an apartment, taking your dog out for quick, frequent potty breaks is incredibly easy! My neighborhood is a dog's paradise—we are surrounded by beautiful local parks and dog parks, giving your pup plenty of safe, green spaces to explore on our walks. I treat every guest dog like a member of my own family, and ensuring your dog feels safe, secure, and relaxed in my home is my absolute top priority.
“Watched my pup last minute, and worked with me when things ran late. Seems like he had a great time. Will definitely think of them the next time I'm visiting town and need a place for my boy to hang out.”

About: Experienced Care for All the Dogs :-) I’ve spent more than 15 years working with and training horses and dogs, including raising and training my own dogs from puppyhood. Over the years, I’ve developed a calm, structured, and relationship-based approach that helps animals feel safe, understood, and comfortable in my care. I’m happy to help with both ongoing routines and occasional support when schedules get busy, travel comes up, or your dog simply needs an extra walk or check-in. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else, and I care deeply about creating a positive experience for both pets and their people. I’d love to meet you and your dog to see if we’re a good fit. I currently work from home, stepping out to walk my dog or to run errands. I also take Hank to the dog park every morning from 9 - 10am, as it's a stone's throw away. Once I get to know your dog and with your permission, dog park visits may be an option. Because of my experience, I’m often able to quickly assess a dog’s comfort level, energy, communication style, and individual needs - whether they need more structure, more patience, a slower introduction, reassurance, or simply space to settle in. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each dog as an individual and adapting my approach to help them feel secure and successful. For boarding and in-home care, I prefer a quieter, lower-volume environment where dogs can receive more personalized attention. I pay close attention to routines, feeding instructions, medication needs, exercise levels, and behavioral cues to help dogs feel as comfortable and settled as possible. You can expect: • dependable and professional communication • regular updates and photos • close attention to your dog’s routines and needs • thoughtful, individualized care I’m especially comfortable with: • anxious or sensitive dogs • senior dogs (who are mobile - I'm in a townhouse) • high-energy dogs who benefit from structure • puppies and younger dogs learning routines • dogs who need patience, consistency, and calm handling My approach is calm, attentive, and grounded in trust and consistency. I understand how important routines, communication, and environment are for animals, and I strive to create a positive, low-stress experience while they’re in my care. I offer: • dog walking • one-off or occasional walks • repeat weekly walks • drop-in visits • overnight boarding in my home • daytime companionship and care
“SJ is a blessing! My little beagle spent the day with her and had a blast. Within 10 min she had calmed his nervousness and mine. Her updates made me smile and reaffirmed that Knox is in the best possible care. Thank you soooo much SJ!!”

“Dylan was very responsive and took great care of June. She was so excited to see him, I could tell she’s in good hands. Dylan took her on a few nice walks and she got to see the Cherry Blossoms bloom too”

Olympic Manor dog parents share their Rover experiences
Bodie had the best day ever staying with Eleni! She sent tons of pictures throughout the day and even got my picky pup to eat all his food! It was clear that she loves animals and takes very good care of them. We would love to have to her watch him again!

Jenny and Ryan were awesome sitters for our dog Reign! They accommodated a last minute request and were easy to communicate with. Reign definitely had a good time in their company—she was zonked on the way home! I will certainly reach out to work with them again in the future.

This was a last-minute booking and she was super accommodating—even did a quick meet and greet which I really appreciated. Communication was great the whole time and made everything feel easy. She took great care of Taco and was really patient with him, which meant a lot. He came back happy and relaxed. Her dog Leo is also great and very friendly, so that was a nice bonus. Would definitely book with her again!

Rari absolutely loves her time with Bonnie so much so that it seems like she never wants to leave when we pick her up 🥲 Bonnie is the best and takes care of Rari as if she were her own. She is constantly providing updates and pictures during each and every sitting. 1000% recommend her to anyone who wants the best for their pup! We love you Bonnie!

Elise is the best! Super communicative, adheres to all instructions, and most importantly she’s a really kind human. Elise takes great care of our dog Reign, who gets so excited as soon as we pull up to her door! Elise has been flexible with our timing and easy to work with. We are thrilled to have found her in the Rover network!

Tiffany took great care of my dog. I was so thankful that she was willing to watch him despite the early drop off and late pick up my job requires. She was great with communication and sent me pictures of him throughout the day. I can tell he had a great day because he didn’t seem to want to leave when I picked him up 😂 I would absolutely recommend Tiffany for any dog sitting needs.
