“What a kind and generous family! This was Winston's first stay with Amanda and Noah. I was glad he was staying with a family who owned and know Frenchies as they have their specific needs and energy level. Amanda had shared about her previous Frenchie who passed a couple of months ago and said it was wonderful to have Winston spend some time with them now, especially with their children and dog. Winston had some of his classic GI challenges in a new environment and I received detailed information each day. He received lots of cuddles and love. I was not at all worried leaving him with Amanda. She also shared some tips on food choices and nutrition from her previous experience as a Frenchie owner. Winston came home clean, relaxed, happy and well. I definitely will request Amanda and Noah to take care of Winston in the future. Great find!”

About: Ever since I was a child I have loved animals and they love me. I often find myself being followed by cats when I 'm on walks or being approached and greeted by dogs at parks. They give me a sense of calm and I enjoy giving them and their humans reassurance that they are well cared for. I currently have one large Cane Corso and one small Persian Himalayan...guess which one is the boss? I hope you will entrust me with your furry family to provide them with what they and you need. My daily schedule is rather flexible so I am able to adjust according to your needs. Whether it's a consistent schedule or as needed, I’m usually able to accommodate. As a guest in your space I always respect your needs and requests for the furry family! I'm happy to do walks, play in the yard or relax and play inside.
“Samantha went above and beyond in caring for my two special needs kitties over 15 visits while I was away. I was scared to leave them in someone else’s care for the first time but, after the first couple of visits, it became clear that they were in excellent hands! I received detailed updates during every visit and all of the instructions I left for things like administering medication to one very spicy tortie, portioning food when of the cats is a food thief, and keeping the litter box clean were followed perfectly. With every visit came a bunch of pics I looked forward to daily; Samantha has a knack for timing them right as the cats pull the funniest facial expressions (like, wallpaper-worthy). I’m grateful to know they were offered lots of cuddles, affection, and playtime. When I got home from my trip a day later than planned due to TSA delays, Samantha was able to accommodate the additional time and I came home to two happy cats and a tidy litter box + food & water bowls. I’ll definitely be rebooking the next time I travel :)”

About: I’ve been taking care of neighborhood dogs and dogs that my parents friends have had since I was in elementary school, and I have an 11 year old miniature poodle mix that I trained myself but I’ve always loved dogs of all breeds. I have experience working with tiny and huge dogs, anxious dogs, reactive dogs, high energy dogs, special needs dogs, untrained dogs, heavy pullers, and puppies of various ages. I’m also quite strong and can handle big/rambunctious/reactive dogs with ease, so you wouldn’t have to worry about whether or not I can safely handle your dog. I’m currently back from college for the summer and don’t have a lot going on (aside from taking care of my own dog) so I’m home and available all day most days (aside from when I occasionally go stay with my long term girlfriend for a weekend or so). I decided to start working with Rover because I love animals and I’m happier when I have such a fun reason to get some exercise and leave my house :) I have a large grassy (and freshly fenced) in backyard to play in and make sure to routinely check the integrity of the fence and that there aren’t any potential hazards in my backyard. My dog is quite the lounge-around-inside-where-it’s-cool type, so if you would want your dog to have some off leash time in my backyard, even reactive and dog aggressive dogs wouldn’t have issues because they wouldn’t be anywhere near my dog. I also make sure to follow house rules and instructions to the letter (and am strictly no shoes in any house ever) and keep my clients updated on how things are going with photos, videos, as well as update messages. All potential clients are encouraged to meet up with me before entrusting their pets to me, and if you have any interest in your dog having some off leash time with me in my backyard I would be more than happy to give you a tour. Not only those things- but any other requests you may have that can help give you peace of mind when it comes to entrusting me with your fluffy loved ones are encouraged.
About: I am comfortable with any dog, no matter the breed, age, activity level, or behavior! If your pup is dog friendly come join us for daycare! I offer pack walks with my pup as well as solo walks! I have experience with senior dogs as well as puppies and various behaviors/temperments! I have volunteered with shelter dogs in the past as well as experience working in daycare facilities and grooming salons! I currently am working as a junior groomer and typically am home all day during my days off unless I have something planned! During daycare we spend lots of time playing and going on adventures! All furniture is dog friendly and there is a fully fenced, private yard for dogs to access whenever they want. Meals are served in separate rooms to keep everyone safe and happy. Cats are welcome here too - the entire upstairs can be closed off so they can have private space away from my dog with no risk of accidental escapes outside.

About: When I was just a little kid a big parrot flew into our house, and I kept it as a pet from the age of 6 to 18. Then when I went off to college my parents took care of it. About: I have been trusted with friends and families fur babies for almost 8 years, and had many years living with dogs as well. I have experience giving medication, caring for dogs in times of stress and anxiety, and of course going on daily walks. I have stayed overnight with dogs whose parents are out of town and I have experience with bigger dogs, as well as smaller breeds. I have also cared for a wide array of personalities as all dogs are very different, I enjoy learning about each dog I meet and how to have a good time with them. I work part time and have plenty of mornings available for pet care, I only work late nights once or twice a week and am almost always available after 8/9pm if needed. I am often going on a walk daily and bringing a dog along with me is even better! I am always making sure to cater to a dogs wants and needs, whether that be outside time running laps and playing fetch, or having down time inside and just hanging out. I understand that each dogs needs are different and being able to provide them with a fulfilling day is something I love!

About this sitter: Daycare: In my home with myself, boyfriend and puppy James. Must get along with puppies and ideally want to play. We work remotely so will be home all day with your pup and can provide 2-3 walks and yard play time. Overnight: Dogs are welcome to sleep in the bed or wherever they prefer. They’ll be around me, my boyfriend and puppy. Would be ideal if they like to play, and must like puppies. We go on three to four walks a day and play in the yard once or twice a day. My puppy is very high energy so we are active a lot. Why I love dog sitting I have loved dogs since I was a knee-high. I picked out my first loveable mutt, a German Shepherd, Chesapeake Bay Retriever mix, when I was in 6th grade. Since then I have always had a four-legged friend of my own. Meet my pets: James the miniature schnauzer About my yard Have a fenced front and back yard and I'm able to take your pup outdoors for a walk around the block as often as he/she needs. My experience administering medication Yes, I have had to administer medication to many pets, though I do not have experience with injections. I work full time remotely, and your dog will join me and my puppy on our daily walks and play time in the yard. We love hiking on weekends as well so if they like that let me know! Otherwise we can find other fun things to do. Also big fan of breweries on the weekend so also let me know if you or your dog aren’t comfortable with that many people around, etc. I have a fenced front and back yard and a puppy if my own. About: I have over 20 years of experience working with animals both personally and professionally. I worked professionally at the Tulsa Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals from 2005-2008 and became the manager of puppy care. Upon returning to Seattle, I volunteered for PAWS Animal Shelter in Lynnwood, providing foster care for kittens that required bottle feeding, as well as litters too young or too sick to stay in the shelter. My former pets include three rescue cats (one with special needs), and one rescue dog. I currently have a 5 year old American Pit Bull Terrier / American Bulldog that I also rescued from PAWS Animal Shelter about a year ago. We love going for walks and hikes together, and visiting Sniffspots around the Seattle area. I love caring for animals and will treat your animals like I treat my own. I do not have any pets in my home, anymore. I am able to care for multiple pets including cats, dogs, reptiles, guinea pigs and aquatic pets in their homes.
About: I have had dogs, large and small, young and old since childhood and was the neighborhood pet sitter growing up. I'm a proud German Shepherd mama who would love to add a short term or extended stay buddy for Miss Ziva. Now that I work from home full time, my pupper needs a friend! We'd love to meet your fur baby. Don't let my baby's size fool you, she's a huge lover. I would prefer my home but can make arrangements to come to you! My dog is a free range dog in the house, but can adapt to changes depending on our guest. Definitely will respect your fur babies routine. We do have a dog park at my complex and would accommodate any anxiety issues. My 15 year old would give your baby extra attention as she is a regular Nana Nurse.

About: We're new to Seattle after moving from North Carolina, and we'd love to meet some new four-legged friends! Between the two of us, we've spent our lives around animals. We both grew up with dogs as beloved family members, and today we share our home with cats and a rabbit. While we adore our own pets, we miss the joy of spending time with dogs and would love to give yours the attention, exercise, and affection they deserve. Lucas is a former dog trainer with experience understanding canine behavior and reinforcing good habits using positive interactions. Des is happiest with a tennis ball in hand and is always ready for a game of fetch, a long walk, or plenty of belly rubs and cuddles. We enjoy caring for pets of all sizes, breeds, ages, and personalities—from energetic puppies to gentle senior companions and everyone in between. We also have experience with cats, rabbits, and other small animals. We're comfortable administering oral medications and have experience giving subcutaneous fluids to senior cats, so we're happy to care for pets with extra medical needs. Although we can't host pets in our apartment, we're available for walks, drop-in visits, and house sitting in your home. We'll follow your pet's routine closely, treat your home with respect, and send regular photo and video updates so you can relax knowing they're in caring, capable hands. Every pet is unique, and we'll make sure yours receives the love, patience, and individualized care they deserve. We can't wait to meet you and your floofy family member! We both work remotely and have flexible schedules which means we can work around your pet's routines and needs. Fitting in multiple visits or walks per day is not a problem. Safety is my #1 priority when it comes to my own pets and it will be with yours as well! Dogs will always be on a non-retractable leash (I have my own, if you do not) and we will be sure to follow whatever house rules you have in place. Cats will never be allowed outside unless that is something you prefer and specifically request.
