“Michelle was great! Our girl was relaxed and sleeping when we picked her up at end of day and smiling in the photo from their walk. We would be happy to have Michelle watch Soleil again in future.”

“Sheena did an excellent job providing daycare for my pup, Hati. Hati was able to socialize with other dogs in a more personalized environment, play and be her silly self. This is so important for my partner and I since we work 9-12 hour shifts. Sheena sent us pictures of Hati having fun and an overall review. I’m beyond grateful for her services and would recommend Sheena to anyone.”

“Cathleen is a kind and compassionate animal lover! She’s great with my Buggs! They’re an adorable mess and she is charmed by them in the best of ways!”

“We are so grateful to have found Felix! We asked him to help get our high-energy puppy used to in-home daycare, and he has gone above and beyond from day one. Before starting, Felix provided a detailed, thoughtful plan of how he intended to introduce Loki to his routine, which immediately put our minds at ease. After each session, he follows up with thorough feedback on how it went. He even takes the extra time to share practical tips and exercises we can practice at home to help Loki feel more comfortable in new environments. Loki is a work in progress, but Felix has been incredibly patient and genuinely willing to work with him to help him get the support he needs. We couldn't ask for a more attentive or dedicated dog sitter!”

“Hannah has been a the most amazing gift to me. She takes great care of my puppy and gives her all the love she could ever need. Her husband takes my puppy on field trips to the mountains. It’s truly a blessing. Highly recommend”

“We love Lorena! My dog is always so happy and excited to see her. I know he feels safe and at home during his stays. When he comes home he’s always calm and relaxed like he’s had the best day. We feel so lucky to have found her!”

“Maisie had a wonderful day with Carmen! This was our first time leaving her with anyone for any amount of time besides the vet and she did wonderfully… Carmen and Taco are very welcoming and made her feel at home! Loved all the photo updates too!”

About: I have always intuitively understood and naturally connected with dogs throughout my life. I have personal experience raising my own dog from a 2-month old puppy to the well-behaved adult he is today. My balanced approach will allow your dog to have fun adventures, while establishing firm boundaries that they know not to cross. If you have any training you're currently working on with your dog, I'm happy to maintain it to keep consistency. Overall, I am a physically active person who will make sure your pup gets plenty of exercise and love! I already have an active daily routine with my own dog (walks, dog park, hiking, running, play dates) - I am capable of watching multiple dogs based on prior experience and currently have capacity to take on more through Rover. I currently am not working and doing school online so I should be home most of the time. A complimentary 30-minute Meet & Greet is required for any services that are for extended durations (daycare, boarding, and house-sitting) to ensure mutual fit for all humans and dogs involved...if an additional Meet & Greet is needed, it will be charged at my regular dog walking/drop in visit rates. The meeting spot will be at my home for daycare/boarding (your home for house-sitting). During this time, I will give a tour of my place and discuss the house rules - I'll also be making initial observations on how your dog interacts with my dog, as well as how they respond to a new environment. Dogs who defecate/urinate or are scared/anxious (shaking or hiding behind the owners the entire time) during the Meet & Greet are likely not a good candidate for boarding/daycare at my place and I would recommend booking the house-sitting service instead at that point. Similarly if you already know your dog is not consistently potty trained (needs to use pee pads/diapers, excited/scared pees, pees or poops to mark indoors), reliably crate trained (whines/barks/scratches in an enclosed space, needs to sleep in the bed with a human, require 24/7 attention, separation anxiety, etc.), teething/chewing things they shouldn't, excessive barking/whining and reactivity, etc. house-sitting be the best option for all parties involved. If the initial Meet & Greet at my place goes well, daycare services can now be booked. If you want to proceed with boarding, I require at least one daycare booking as a trial in order for me to monitor and assess your dog for a more extended period of time without the owner present. This will allow me to confirm your dog is fully potty and crate trained in my home, as well as no destructive tendencies/separation anxiety or excessive barking/whining/chewing. After the trial daycare, I will make a recommendation on if your dog is a suitable candidate for boarding at my home or if house-sitting would be a better alternative instead. Please know that this decision is strictly based on my professional opinion of what is best for your dog vs. financial incentive from my end. With house-sitting, I can take on dogs of all sizes as well as any cats that need care. For boarding, please provide your own crate/playpen so your dog is more familiar with it. To clarify, I do NOT plan on keeping your dog in a crate or playpen 24/7 like a kennel or larger boarding facility. However, if your dog is having trouble acclimating to a new environment (i.e. having multiple accidents or exhibits destructive behavior), they need to be crate trained as a backup. I will initially have them crated overnight and when I go out to run quick errands or am unable to supervise them - after they've demonstrated the ability for me to trust them, I will slowly give them more free reign and access to more sections of my house. It is in the best interest and safety of all dogs and humans in the environment to be more restrictive upfront (as well as protecting the home I own, furniture, and other property). For all my services, I will NOT be able to accept dogs with current/past history of aggression as I am not equipped/trained to deal with those types of situation from a liability and safety perspective.
About: Over the years, my husband and I have shared our lives with all kinds of dogs: farm dogs, little dogs, a Great Dane in a studio apartment, and now our Mini Australian Shepherd. We have learned and refined our dog ownership skills over time, finally investing in professional training for both our dog and ourselves in 2025. That experience shaped the kind of care I offer today. I believe dogs thrive with clear structure, consistency, and calm communication. I strive to provide the kind of boarding experience I wish I could find for my own dog, where training, routines, and boundaries are respected while you're away. I work from home full-time, so pet care fits naturally into my day. We have a large, fully fenced backyard, daily walks, and a very friendly Mini Australian Shepherd who enjoys canine company. Your dog won't be left alone for a typical workday. I do leave the house for school drop-offs and pick-ups, errands, or weekend activities. Dogs should be comfortable being alone for a few hours. Because I have both a young child and my own dog, I only accept dogs that: -Are friendly with children and other dogs. -Are up to date on vaccinations and flea prevention. -Can comfortably settle into a family home.
“Chau was an awesome dog sitter! She took us super last min, and made sure my pup got great care. Got photos and updates through the visit which I appreciated.”

“Watson had a fantastic time with Alexandria and her pups. She did a great job at sending updates and photos throughout the day, and I felt very confident in leaving my little guy in her care. Would 10/10 recommend!”

“I had my pup over at Yinqi’s for daycare and it was a great experience! Yinqi is very pleasant and communicative and she sent me updates throughout the day. Hazel seemed to have a great time over there and I’d definitely book again!”

About: I’ve been caring for pets and house sitting since I was a kid, with over 15 years of hands-on experience including formal pet care and training. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and if I hadn’t ended up in tech, I probably would’ve become a vet! I work from home full-time, so your pet will get plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. I also have a fully fenced backyard, which is perfect for safe playtime during boarding stays. I have experience with pets of all ages and needs — from energetic puppies to senior dogs who just want a calm, cozy environment. I live with my fiancé and our 2-year-old mini doodle, Bear. He’s about 15 lbs of pure sweetness and loves other dogs, but he’s also very good at giving space to pups who prefer a quieter vibe. If you’re considering boarding, I always want to make sure you’re fully comfortable with him sharing the home. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priority! Work from home, daily care with a wide open schedule! Always happy to go on daily walks and keep your pet company throughout the day. I have a fully fenced yard and a sweet little doodle to keep your pet company. I also work from my computer, so quick to respond to messages and happy to send photos of your pet’s visit!

“Darlayna sent us tons of pictures and videos during Copper's stay, it's so comforting. Was really easy to set up pickup and drop off times too! Copper was well-looked after.”

“Absolutely fantastic daycare for my little pup Bella! She had so much fun and Caitlin was excellent in both planning and keeping me updated on how she was doing throughout the day! Would definitely recommend especially if you have a younger dog who needs a playmate during a long day at work 🐶”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - North College Park
Andrew was great with our 13 year old Buddy. My daughter was getting married near where he lives and he picked Buddy up at the venue and dropped him off there when the reception was over. Thank you Andrew for letting us enjoy the wedding and know that Buddy was in good hands during the celebration.
Stephen made our first experience with Rover really seamless! We needed daycare for our dog Suki and she came home happy and exhausted from a day of play. We appreciated that he did a meet and greet to ensure that it was a good match. Communication was great and we really appreciated getting photos of Suki's play throughout the day. Overall I would highly recommend Stephen and his family!

We are so grateful to have found Felix! We couldn't ask for a more attentive or dedicated dog sitter!

Kathryn was great with my dog Zeppelin. Zeppelin can be a little dramatic and anxious when being dropped off but Kathryn took him out for a walk to keep him busy and helped him settle in for his stay. She shared photos and was easy to communicate with, I'll definitely be rebooking with her for future stays!

Darlayna was really terrific. Clearly knowledgeable about dogs and also clearly loves dogs. Sammie had a great time! He played with the other dogs, met a new favorite friend, and came home exhausted. Huge thank you to Darlayna and her partner for the care and attention for our sweet boy Sammie.

Jasmine took time to do a meet and greet before we did our day of daycare. Jasmine showed calm and approachable demeanor to our dogs. Our Chihuahua had never been cared for by a sitter before and she even won him over. We love that she only takes dogs from the same home at one time for our little stress case.
