“Trustworthy, communicative, dog-person! Thankful for Lauren jumping into a last minute booking and making an effort to get to know my dog! Will book again!”

“Carly got back to me fast, and we managed to set up a meet and greet before her first drop-in with Baloo. Good communication, and she sent a quick note with some pics of him during her visit. I’ve booked her before and will do so again.”

“Ben, thanks so much for taking care of Burger. I really appreciate your patience with his anxiety and all the updates and photos — they gave me peace of mind. I’d happily recommend you to anyone looking for a caring sitter. Thank you again!””

“Maya is an absolute gem! She’s always incredibly thoughtful, attentive, and has been so wonderfully generous in accommodating some late requests. We feel so grateful and lucky every time Maya has been able to take care of our girl when we are away”

“I couldn’t have asked for a better Rover! She stopped by mid-day while I was skiing and took such great care of my dogs and cat. The dogs loved her, and my normally reclusive cat even came out for belly rubs — which never happens. Great communication, lots of photos, and I came home to happy pets and no accidents. Highly recommend! I will be using her again, for sure!!”

“Emily did such a great job caring for our cats and dachshund! We really appreciated the photos and updates after each visit. I feel very confident in her abilities and would definitely re-book.”

“Danielle was incredibly thorough with her daily care and updates. Danielle was timely and maintained great communication. Highly recommended, your pets will be in capable and compassionate hands. As an unexpected bonus all the pet areas were clean and tidy upon our return.”

About: I have had my own leash reactive dog for 4 years, because of him I have completed many reactivity trainings in order to manage our walks. What this means for your pet is that I am extra vigilant on walks and will not force exposure to unknown dogs on our walks. My own dog is also medically complex so I am experience with administering medications and tracking symptoms if necessary. I am currently working part-time as a Nanny in the afternoons and am looking to fill my mornings with pet care including dog walking and/or checking in on your cat while you are away! I am a very attentive pet sitter, I have my own animals at home so I know how important our pets are to us. I will care for your animal as if they were my own!
About: If it has legs, I’ve probably walked it! From huskies, to thoroughbreds, to bearded dragons. The bulk of my experience is with dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. I’ve cared for puppies, seniors, and provided palliative care. I’ve been a sitter for cats and dogs, and I also have experience caring for small and exotic animals. If your pet needs some special attention or is shy, we can meet prior to get to know each other better. If you have training you’re working on, loop me in so I can help be consistent. I like being an open communicator with pet parents to ensure everyone has the best experience and that I am offering the best care possible. Currently, the only limiting factors to my schedule are recurring ~1-2 hr blocks in the mornings and afternoons daily for my delightful neighbor pup with a set priority schedule, and my own heeler mix puppy that road-hauls me around the county. Making sure that the pet trusts me and is comfortable and safe at all times is paramount to me. If this means taking extra time to get to know each other or learn about special needs, all the better. I have an open communication policy, and I consider everything off-limits in a home if access isn’t explicitly discussed. The less evidence that I was ever there (aside from a happy pet and cleaned messes) the better.
“Rebecca was absolutely wonderful with our 4-month-old German Shepherd puppy! She is incredibly caring and detail-oriented, which gave us total peace of mind. It was clear our pup loved her by the end of the stay. We couldn't have asked for a better sitter and will definitely be booking her again!”

“Meagan took great care of our two cats Honu and Bear during our week away. She was very thoughtful in our meet and greet, and was very communicative during our trip. We really appreciated her frequent updates and pictures! Definitely recommend and would book again.”

About: Hi, I’m Ariel! 🙋🏻♀️ I’ve been a dedicated dog lover and sitter for 15+ years. My current sidekick is Pika, a gentle Dachshund who loves making new friends. Having cared for a wide range of dogs—from high-energy puppies to seniors needing extra TLC—I pride myself on providing a safe, inclusive, and loving environment. I’m especially mindful of spine health and low-impact play, making my home a paradise for Doxies, but my heart (and my couch!) has plenty of room for every breed. I currently work from home full-time. As long as I know in advance, my schedule can be quite flexible. Daycare drop off and pickup hours are between 8 am and 8 pm. I live in a house and have a large fenced yard to play with your pup. My neighborhood is also great for dog walks. There are lots of opportunities for fun around here! Pika loves playing with new friends too. We have a toy box with bones, balls, toys for the doggies to take their pick or play tug of war. Pika is an integral part of our family, and I would love to give the same love to yours! Feel free to reach out to me at anytime for pictures/updates. I always worry when leaving my little one so I will do everything I can so you won’t have to 🙂!
“Minerva did an excellent job watching my pup Maple during two drop in visits. She was communicative, sent cute pics, and was available last minute. Thanks!”

North College Park pet parents share their Rover experiences
Summer was great! She was able to accommodate my last minute request to check in on my cat Noodle. She took great care of him at each visit and followed care instructions perfectly. She was friendly and easy to work with and sent lots of pix. I was happy to know Noodle was in good hands while I was away.

Briana did a wonderful job watching my two cats. She provided detailed notes every day, and photos to put my mind at ease. She administered my cat’s asthma medication with ease (something I struggle to do sometimes!). Both my cats were happy and content with her - I highly recommend her services!

Jenica really cares about animals! She is prompt in responding and goes above and beyond in making sure we feel good about her taking care of our babies. We have a senior pet who is blind and toothless and takes seizure meds. She’s kind of a hot mess. And Jenica took care of her with ease and confidence. I literally didn’t think about Lizzie or worry about her at all once Jenica was booked. She got the meds taken care of and gave her potty breaks. She also spent some time loving on our social butterfly cat who is always seeking attention from visitors. Will be hiring her again! Can’t recommend her enough.

Cecilia has been wonderful with Simba. She’s reliable, communicative, and very patient with his puppy energy. We really appreciate the care she gives him, the updates during her visits and her willingness to follow our instructions. As first-time paw parents, it really helps us feel comfortable leaving him in her care.

We are so happy to have found Rebecca! She is kind, thoughtful, and always sends a nice little update about her visit with our guy. It has genuinely added peace back to our lives knowing that she’ll be able to swing by when we are not home. Upon our first meeting, she asked great questions and our dog took to her right away. If you’re looking for a reliable sitter, I’d recommend reaching out to Rebecca!

Meagan took great care of our two cats Honu and Bear during our week away. She was very thoughtful in our meet and greet, and was very communicative during our trip. We really appreciated her frequent updates and pictures! Definitely recommend and would book again.

Spencer is wonderful! I can tell he cares for my dog and he even goes the extra mile. For example a couple times my stinker got into the snack cabinet and pulled out all the snacks. Spencer took the time to put them all back. He is flexible and responsive. I am definitely a repeat customer and would recommend him to anyone.

Melissa took amazing care of our 3 cats while we were away for a few days. We were so grateful for the extra time Melissa spent for the meet and greet with our cats (we didnt know what to expect but theres apparently a lot to go over with 3 quirky cats!); it went longer than my husband and I had anticipated, but Melissa was super friendly and didnt seem hurried at all. our fur-babies tend to get nervous around strangers, but she was very patient and calm around them, and they seemed to get comfortable with her pretty quickly. Her communication was great, and we really appreciated the pics she sent. We hope she's available next time we go out of town!

Olivia is a great cat sitter! They are very dependable, organized, and a good communicator. I really appreciate that they send photos and keep me updated daily while I’m away, and I can tell they really care about bonding with my cat and making him feel safe and happy. Highly recommend booking with Olivia!

We've booked Samantha a few times, the communication is great— we get regular updates and photos throughout each visit, which makes being away so much more relaxing. But what really gets us is how much our cat actually loves her. Anyone who has cats knows they don't warm up to just anyone, so that says everything. We'll keep coming back!
