About: I’ve been fostering and caring for cats since I was in first grade, giving me lifelong hands on experience with animals. I also worked at a doggy daycare for 3 and a half years, where I developed a strong understanding of animal behavior, group dynamics, and body language. I had a dog of my own, previously worked at a veterinary clinic, and currently work part-time as a veterinary assistant at an animal shelter. I am currently working part-time so I will have plenty of time to spend time and give lots of love to your puppies! I’m available during the weekday after 1 o’clock and then anytime on the weekends I offer dog walking and daytime care, with plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship throughout the day. In a client’s home, I’ll keep their pet’s routine as consistent as possible, follow their normal feeding and walking schedule, and give them plenty of patience and reassurance so they feel safe and comfortable in their familiar environment. I live in a first floor apartment with easy outdoor access for regular walks and potty breaks. I don’t currently have any pets, so I can provide a calm, pet free environment for dogs to stay. I’m also happy to accommodate crates or anything else that helps a puppy or dog feel secure.

About: I have a passion for any and all animals, with particular experience and expertise in dog care. I have walked and cared for a number of friend's and neighbor's dogs over the years, volunteered with newly rescued greyhounds at Greyhound Pets Inc, and worked professionally walking and playing with dogs at 3 different boarding and daycare centers. I also received a certificate in Applied Animal Behavior from the University of Washington in 2023. I am happy to walk your dog of any size, any breed, and any age, in any weather! I am currently in graduate school, pursuing a master's degree, while working one day a week, which leaves me with quite open availability Fridays through Tuesdays. Unfortunately I am unable to care for other's pets in my own home due to landlord restrictions, but I would be open to pet-sitting in your home to give your dog the most comfortable experience! The only constraint is that I have my own dog, a 10 lb chihuahua mix named Acorn, so I cannot leave her alone for extended periods of time while I'm away pet-sitting (she is friendly, but does communicate clear boundaries if large/rambunctious dogs try to crowd or squish her).

About: I’ve loved caring for pets since I was a teen, starting with pet sitting for family and friends before receiving referrals. To me, fur babies are the sweetest, bestest friends we could ever ask for. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality and making their time with me happy, engaging, and comfortable. I’m especially passionate about enrichment, companionship, and patient care. I have experience with anxious rescue doggos who need extra reassurance, and I understand the importance of giving them time and space to build trust. My partner and I also have three cats of our own, so providing a safe, enriching environment is part of our everyday life. My goal is to make every pet feel loved, understood, and genuinely cared for—not simply looked after. I’m a psychology student completing my degree remotely, so I have the flexibility to plan my days around pet care. I’m able to incorporate pet care into my daily routine and adjust my availability to meet each pet’s needs. I enjoy spending quality time with pets throughout the day, including walks, playtime, enrichment, and companionship. I’m very comfortable with house sitting and caring for pets in their own home. I understand how important it is to keep pets comfortable by following their usual routines, providing consistent care, and giving them plenty of attention and companionship. I treat every client’s home with the same care and respect I would want for my own. I’m also happy to help with light household tasks such as collecting mail, watering plants, and keeping the home tidy while you’re away. My goal is to give both pets and their families peace of mind while they’re apart.
