“Our usual dog walker was unexpectedly unavailable over the weekends while we were out of town, and it was such a relief that Ana was able to step in. She was great with our English Mastiff, Overton, and we came back to a happy dog. Even though Overton is very sweet, not everyone is comfortable walking a 230lb Mastiff, so we are very grateful to Ana!”

About: I love animals of all kinds, and grew up with a variety! Cats, dogs, hamsters, fish, snakes, tarantulas, salamanders and lizards. Animals bring me a lot of joy, and I love helping people in the community with pet sitting. I’ve been pet sitting since I was a teenager and have experience taking care of all kinds of pets. I love walking, playing, hiking and just spending time with animals. I know how important they are to you, and will love and care for them as I do my own. As a teacher, my pet care during the school year is limited to the weekends, after school and during breaks. During the summer from the end of June to end of August, I am open anytime during the week and weekends for daily walks, feeding, drop-ins and longer house sits. I take house safety very seriously and know how important it is for pets to feel safe and comfortable in their home. I will follow your care instructions and make sure I understand all of you and your pets needs.
“Rebecca was absolutely wonderful with our 4-month-old German Shepherd puppy! She is incredibly caring and detail-oriented, which gave us total peace of mind. It was clear our pup loved her by the end of the stay. We couldn't have asked for a better sitter and will definitely be booking her again!”

“We had an unexpected emergency come up with our primary sitter and had to cancel their visits. This was quite a scary situation for us since our pet is diabetic and needs routine injections. Adriana made herself available with very short notice and we were able to avoid any missed insulin injections. We are truly grateful that she was quick to respond to our emergency, and was willing to spend multiple prior visits learning how to take care of Zorro's insulin injections and blood glucose readings. We truly feel she saved Zorro from a serious health emergency. We also love Adriana's warmth when meeting with Zorro and we think this went a long way with helping him feel relaxed while we were away. Thank you Adriana!”

“Sara took wonderful care of our cats with drop-in visits! Always punctual and reliable, with photo updates every time that put my mind at ease. Our cats clearly liked her. Trustworthy and great with pets, highly recommend and will book again!”

About: I am active, healthy, positive and loving. I love dogs and cats. I cannot imagine a life without them. I have had dogs and cats all of my life in every place where I have lived: Alaska, Eastern Washington and Seattle. I have cared for pets at all stages of their lives, from puppies and kittens to older, senior dogs and cats. My own beloved yellow lab, Izzy, died at age 14 and I cared for her to the end of her wonderful, long life. I am currently caring for a diabetic cat who gets insult with his meals, twice each day. I started seriously pet setting after I retired from 40 years of teaching I I provide quality care based on knowledge and experience so that owners know their pets and home are safe and lovingly cared for in their absence. Please see my reviews which attest to the good care I provide to my clients, animal and human! For dogs, and cats I provide care at your home. I am a writer and. retired so my schedule is flexible depending on you and your pet's needs. I prefer to stay in your home with you cat because they are happier in their own territory. I can also care for your dog in hig/her home or bring your dog to my condo. We have a large fenced property with safe trails and are located next door to a Bittrlake park. I will walk with your dog, play fetch, snuggle and give lots of ear and tummy rubs. I know that your pet will be most comfortable in their safe, familiar environment. Even though I helped start Magnuson Off Leash area, I prefer not to take dogs to the dog park where they can meet with aggressive dogs.

About: Hello, I’m Danielle but I mostly go by Daisy! I am a compassionate animal lover. My entire life I’ve spent time with a variety of animals including cats, dogs and bunnies and even horses and chickens! I walk a lot and I’m familiar with many of the amazing parks and dog parks Seattle has to offer. But I also love to play couch potato and snuggle. I’m comfortable caring for animals of all ages. I have a 6 year old German shepherd mix and he’s my world! I would love to meet and care for your dogs or other pets. I work my main job usually 3 or 4 days a week. I work a variety of shifts, sometimes 8am to 4:30pm, sometimes 3pm- 11:30pm. For this reason, I fit best with pets that can handle flexible schedules. I’m not a good fit at this time for a strict schedule. Thank you for reading. In your home I am very careful when opening the door. I will never let your pets outside unsupervised. I am careful to not leave things out such as food that they can get in to.
“Cecilia is very reliable and prompt. She took care of our 2 dogs and sent pictures every time she’s done with taking care of the dogs. I will contact her again if we go on vacation.”

“We had to leave town for the holidays and was glad we found Nora who lived near by! My cat is 16 years old so leaving her was nerve wrecking, but Nora took such good care of her. Kiki’s litter, food and water was taken care of. Her ointment treatment was done and Nora gave her so much love! I would definitely recommend Nora to anyone who needs a pet sitter.”
“Liza is amazing! She’s taken care of my cat Phoebe a few times while I’ve been out of town. Phoebe loves her, and I know Phoebe is in great hands. Liza also picked up some packages for me that were delivered when I was gone, which was very helpful. I will definitely book Liza again.”

About: Hi pet parents! 🙂I have been working in the animal welfare industry for 6 years, where I manage a Foster Program. Prior to my current role, I worked in wildlife rehabilitation, did pet sitting from time to time, worked at a dog daycare, and worked in a veterinary clinic. I have experience with a variety of medical care, kitten and puppy care, pet first aid, and managing pet emergencies. I’ve also managed several cases of lost foster pets and returned the pets to safety. I have a lot of patience for pets experiencing stress, and enjoy utilizing my skill set to try to comfort them. Additionally, I have experience working with dogs and cats with behavioral challenges, and am happy to welcome those pets into my care on a case-by-case basis. I do not, however, utilize aversive tools for behavior modification and I’m not comfortable using them on client’s pets. This includes prong collars, shock/bark collars, choke collars, squirt bottles, and any other training tool that modifies behavior based off of punishment. I’ll be happy to share more about what I prefer using if you’re interested! For boarding, I can only accept dogs that have lived successfully with cats, as I have two cats of my own in the home. Cats do not need to have experience with other cats but it certainly helps. I work full-time in Bellevue 5 days a week from 8:30am-5:30pm. I can offer drop-in visits that are close to my work in Factoria or that are close to where I live in Lakeridge (Renton). I have a lot of applicable experience and training that allows me to take excellent care of your pets! Additionally, I have a natural safety mindset geared at protecting both my human and my pet clients. I’ve managed countless medical emergencies, lost pets, and safely broken up conflict in between pets as a part of my profession. I’m a very responsible and detail-oriented person overall.
“Our two kitties seemed very happy to have Jenifer take care of them for 5 days. She sent photos of them playing, and left our house cleaner than we did! Hand-washed cat food dishes, took out the litter box trash, etc. She even won over our older grumpy cat =)”
“Yuxian was very good and took good care of my cat! She paid attention to all my instructions, gave daily pictures and updates. Would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a rover!”

About: As a life long animal lover turned veterinary assistant, I'm ready to apply my passion to helping others. I spent my childhood and teenage years pet sitting and volunteering at animal shelters, and have since joined the veterinary industry to take my love and care a step further. I have a soft spot for the shy guys (mom to an ex sled dog who was never properly socialized) and dogs with reactivity (also mom to a reactive small dog) and would love the opportunity to get to know yours. I’m comfortable giving medications, have experience with seniors and puppies, and if you have an animal who needs special accommodations, please feel free to reach out and let me know exactly what they need! I look forward to getting to know you and your pet ☺️ My schedule varies week to week, but my calendar will always be up to date so you know ahead of time when I'm available for you and your pets! Keeping your pets safe and calm is my top priority. As I have two anxious (and one reactive) dogs, I've spent years tailoring their care to keep them calm in all situations. Keeping space in public spaces, thinking three steps ahead, being aware of surroundings, and using tools, like slow movement and quiet voices, to de-escalate stressful situation are baseline when in my care.

Sara has been very responsive during the entire pet sitting for my cat Yuanbao. She is very kind and patient sitter who loves animals. And she listens carefully to all my special needs for Yuanbao, and she shows up on time for every visit and made sure my bay cat eat and drink and play with him. Would recommend her to all people who look for pet sitter in the future.

Olivia was a great dog sitter. She was attentive, showed up on time, and very communicative with us. One of dogs wasn’t feeling very good and she made sure to give him extra attention, even got him to have his pills which is a challenge in itself. I highly recommend her services!

Jessica has helped us take care of our kitten Lucy multiple times, and we are very lucky to work with her. Great communication, frequent and detailed updates, and so good with our kitten. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and kind sitter!

My sweet Emerson was so excited today, on his 7th birthday, to have his new friend, Lauren, take him for a fun invigorating walk! I certainly can see why Lauren is so highly regarded by others who have hired her on Rover.com! She rates a 10+++ in my opinion as a highly trustworthy, personable, capable, knowledgeable dog sitter!
