About: My experience with dogs: -Pet First Aid certified -obedience training -puppies -energetic breeds -grooming/bathing -giving medication -reactive dogs I live in a pet-friendly house with a fenced yard and near Greenlake and I have have hosted many dogs prior. I would rather hang out with animals than just about anything else. I am patient and consistent and will give my full attention to your pet when they are under my care. About: I grew up in a house where pets were considered family, and that value still holds true to this day. I love dogs and cats of all kinds, and loving on animals is something that brings me joy. As a current cat dad of two who has used pet sitting services before, I know how nerve wracking the experience can be. With me you can rest assured that your pets will be well cared for and loved on as if they were my own! I currently work part-time and have decent flexibility throughout the week. I tend to have the most flexibility on Wednesdays, Fridays, or weekday afternoons after 2:30pm. Caring for animals has been part of my life since I can remember. I approach caring for pets with a deep sense of responsibility and attention to detail, and find a lot of joy in loving on pets of any kind. I recognize that some pets have specific needs and will always do my best to provide individualized care.

About: Growing up with both cats and dogs and currently living with our dog Kylo and cat Kala, I have a genuine love for taking care of pets. Love getting out on walks, and with Kylo being a husky, I am definitely used to some leash pulling! We also love a good game of tug-of-war. Working from home, I can be super attentive to your pup’s needs. We have a fenced in yard that they can have access to at anytime throughout the day. While I am not a trainer by any means, I worked with a trainer when we first rescued Kylo that gave me a lot of confidence to work well dogs and understand their behavior more. My first experience dog sitting was for a husky of a family member. We would go on walks, and she loved trying to chase the deer in the neighborhood. Subsequently, the neighbors asked if I would come sit for their Rhodesian Ridgeback, who was just a large ball of energy! I can provide play time and will also ensure that your dog will be comfortable during their stay. I work full time from home but am done with work around 2pm. Working from a computer makes it easy to keep an eye on your dog, be able to take breaks to play and potty, and follow up with lots of good afternoon time. I have a fenced in yard, and Kylo is very friendly and would love to play with your dog. Our cat is kept separate from the dogs.

About: I’ve always had a dog in my family, and I took care of my own dog for 15 yrs until he passed away last year. I can’t have dogs at my apartment and I love walking. It’s just better with a friend; your pup :) I understand dog behavior from years of taking care of them for friends and family, and I always adhere to the rules of food intake, special medical needs, and general care. I have a disability, but it does not stop me from getting out and going for a nice long walk. I’d love to take a dog along on my adventures. I also have plenty of time to check in on them daily. I treat the animals I care for with respect and common sense. If they are reactive and can’t be around other dogs, I have experience there. If they are aged and need extra help, I’ve done that too. I treat the house I visit with care and respect as well.

No Escapes: I take my time getting in and out- body blocking to ensure sneaky or fast pets cannot slip past me. All-Clear Checks: During drop-ins and house sitting, I scan floors for loose items, dropped food, or chewing hazards before letting pets roam free. Communication and Pet Papparazzo: You will receive photo or video updates during every single walk and drop-in visit so you know your pet is happy. I was a Boy Scout- Leave no Trace: I carefully follow all instructions for locking doors, setting alarms, retrieving mail, and keeping your home secure while you are away. I treat your home with total respect by cleaning up any messes immediately, and treating all furniture and belongings with respect.

About: I have taken care of dogs for 10+ years including medium and smaller dogs. I have always loved all animals and have recently been able to take care of a cat, so broadening my horizons. I’m a student teacher that is available before 7:30 and during my planning period and lunch as well as after school. I am done at 4 everyday and have my evenings and weekends free! I make sure the dog’s bathroom needs are taken care of, as well as giving them treats and feeding them. I play with them a lot and fun is very important to me! When I walk them, I am sure to follow all safety rules to ensure their protection. Safety and fun are my priority!

About: I have been surrounded by animals my entire life and truly love caring for pets of all kinds! I grew up in a home with multiple pets at a time, including dogs, cats, and small animals, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my everyday life. In recent years, I have gained even more hands on experience through house sitting and caring for both dogs and cats while their owners are away.
