“My senior cats loved Yimi. She is gentle and sweet, so they felt very comfortable with her. She is a good communicator and sent lots of photos. we will definitely be using her again!!”

“Valerie was awesome and kept me updated with cute pictures and thorough updates on how my cat was doing. Very trustworthy and diligent, I’ll book again when I need cat care!”

About: Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I’ve spent years around pups of every size, breed, and personality. I’m comfortable with dogs who are reactive or who love to pull on the leash, and I stay calm, patient, and confident on walks. I’ve cared for friends’ and family members’ dogs for many years, whether that means staying with them while their people travel or stopping by for walks, meals, and some extra love. I know how hard it can be to leave your pup when you’re away, and my goal is to put your mind at ease so you can actually enjoy your time without worrying about how they’re doing. I’m always happy to send photos, videos, or updates whenever you want them. I’m reliable, attentive, and I’ll always put your dog first. I want your pup to feel safe, happy, and genuinely cared for every moment they’re with me. I work fully remote, which means I’m able to hang out with your pup all day and night while you’re away. I’m around for playtime, cuddles, walks, and anything else they need throughout the day. I’m also super flexible with potty breaks and feeding times, so your dog can stay on their normal routine and feel as comfortable as possible. My goal is to make their days feel familiar and happy while giving you total peace of mind. Since I’ll be caring for your pets in your home, I always follow your preferences and routines to keep things feeling familiar and safe for your pup. I’m respectful of whatever rules you have in place, whether that means keeping them off the furniture, crating during certain times, or sticking to specific boundaries. I’m comfortable hanging out with your dog in the living room while I work on my laptop, giving them company and a calm presence throughout the day. If your pup prefers more space or quiet time, I’m just as happy to give them that too. I’m flexible and attentive to what each dog needs, and I do my best to maintain the environment and routine that helps them feel secure and at home. My goal is to make sure your dog feels safe, relaxed, and understood while you’re away, and to make the experience smooth and stress‑free for everyone.
“I could write a thousand words about how great Karen is. We have a very shy special needs kitty and we were very nervous about leaving both of our kitties alone for almost a whole week. Karen is attentive, compassionate, and understanding of the special needs. She took such great care of our boys and went out of her way to earn the trust of our shy baby. Karen is the best of the best!”

About: I’ve been a mom to small dogs most my adult life. I currently have a chill 7 lb shih tzu mix that would love company on our two daily walks. I work part-time and am never away for more than 4 hours. (Often my college age son is home when I’m out) I’ve taken care of very young pups as well as older dogs requiring medications and special diets. I’m responsible and loving, doing my best to keep pups content while their people are away. I’m communicative and responsive and provide daily pupdates. I work two to three days a week for no more than 4 hours, so I’m home a lot. I have a 6 year-old shih tzu mix that I walk twice a day so I have a good routine established. My college age son lives with me and is super helpful and responsible. Generally if I’m out, he’s home to give extra potty breaks and belly rubs. My back yard is quite big and securely fenced-lots of room for sniffing! My house is cozy and comfortable-I’m happy to have pups on my lap on the couch and in my bed for the night.
“DaAnna was great with my 2 cats! She was super flexible and responsive with a last minute booking request, and took excellent care of my girls. Great photos and updates as well. Highly recommend.”

“This was our first Rover experience and it was great. Jasmine was able to come over to give Mochi her pill, meet the cats and go over things before we left. Loved the pictures we got while we were away. It was nice to know someone was coming in every day just to make sure they were looked after and not causing too much trouble.”

“Sarah is consistently amazing, she will treat your pets with as much tender care as her own treasured pets, and go above and beyond! My cats are noticeably content when I come home after Sarah has given them her unconditional love! Sarah is the best, my kitties ask for her by name ;-)”

“Chris is amazing and we highly recommend her. She came by for a meet and greet, along with multiple drop-ins over 4 days. She’s reliable and wonderfully communicative towards us. More importantly, she took great care with our cats and was able to keep our most anxious one at ease. We would love for Chris to cat sit for us again!”

“Tim has been fantastic with Sofie! He’s great at communicating and sending updates during his drop‑ins. The photos he sends of her looking calm and happy show how much she enjoys spending time with him.”

“I've always had a great experience with Maura. She is punctual and takes care of my cats really well. Both my cats are very comfortable around her (even my introverted and scared cat). I love that she sends a detailed message about the cats along with pictures after every check in.”

“FANTASTIC! My man Chunk loved hanging out with Jennifer, they were so attentive and did exactly what my pup needed. It was a huge peace of mind knowing Chunk was getting such a great care.”

“Francheska was proacative to set up a meet and greet. She was punctual on the day of service and took lots of photos while caring for my pet. I would recommend her in the future and will reach out next time I need help!”

About: I have a vast experience background working with animals in animal shelters, and animal control, as well as working as a zoo keeper and in wildlife conservation. I’ve always had pets at home, taking care of cats, dogs, reptiles, birds, rodents, and many more. I am very compassionate and treat every animal with the same love and care.💚 I am currently working a full time job (9-5, M-F) but I have flexible schedule. I can provide care mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, and I’m happy to accommodate last minute bookings and consistent care needs when I’m available. My background working with rescues has refined my skills in caring for scared and anxious animals, so I focus on a calm, reassuring approach that helps them feel safe. Your pet’s wellbeing and happiness are always my top priorities, and I follow their routines closely to ensure they feel comfortable and cared for. I create an environment where pets can relax and trust me fully, while keeping you updated with photos and messages so you know your pet feels at home, even when you’re away.
“Emer is always so flexible with our ever changing schedule which is much appreciated. Usually I am a nervous wreck when I have to leave my pup at home but the days when Emer will be there I know he is in great hands and will have a lovely visit with his new friend.”

“Yucong was wonderful with my pigeons and tortoises during my trip, even befriending my blind pigeon. One of my tortoises had a procedure prior to my trip and Yucong sent me updates on Hugo's eating habits and pics of his food bowl when his appetite changed. He also asked questions when the directions I provided weren't clear. My animal's space and my living room were so immaculate when I got home, I was delightfully surprised! I really appreciated his willingness to and diligence in looking after my little friends, especially since tortoises and pigeons are a bit atypical.”
“Lisa did a great job with my elderly boys (2 cats)! Communicated quickly and thoroughly and was flexible when my trip ended up going longer than expected and we needed to add on a drop-in. Took care of them exactly as directed. They were happy and healthy when I returned! Will definitely be booking again.”
About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover based in Seattle. I work a hybrid schedule and enjoy spending time at home, allowing me to provide attentive care and companionship during your dog’s stay. We’re fortunate to have several parks and green spaces nearby that are great for walks, exercise, and enrichment. I offer a calm, clean, smoke-free home and only host one dog (or one family of dogs) at a time. My partner and I have no children or resident pets, providing a quiet environment and plenty of individualized attention. I’m happy to follow your pet’s routine, including feeding schedules, medications, and exercise needs. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is being well cared for. Meet-and-greets are encouraged before a first stay to make sure it’s a great fit for everyone. I work a hybrid schedule and spend a good amount of time at home, especially on weekends when I offer boarding. Pet care fits naturally into my routine, and I enjoy incorporating walks, playtime, feeding, and companionship throughout the day. This allows me to provide attentive, individualized care and maintain a consistent routine for each pet. I provide a calm, clean home with no resident pets. We have air purifiers running and filtered water available at all times. I can administer oral medications and encourage meet-and-greets before first-time bookings.
“Talia is one of those rare people who really understands dogs and their psychology. We have a very challenging dog with some aggression issues and Talia has been great building rapport with her. She is really good at reading her and knowing how to act to keep everything calm and safe. She's also super punctual which we really appreciate. Thanks so much Talia!”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - South Park
Talia was our first Rover catsitter, and we had a great experience with her––we'll absolutely book her again. She came over for a meet-and-greet before the trip and was friendly, professional and engaged with our cat. During the trip, she sent us sweet photos and spent time socializing with our cat who can be a bit "bitey." Talia even called for our cat when she was outside, and waited for our cat to come back to get some pets and treats.

Lisa was amazing! She took such wonderful care of Luna while we were away. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing Luna had someone kind and attentive checking in on her. Luna was happy, relaxed, and clearly enjoyed having the company. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and would absolutely book with Lisa again. Highly recommend!

They're both so great. You can tell they're animal people through and through, and I felt like they really cared about my cat. In addition to being great at the logistics (the communication, tasks, scheduling, and handling things that came up), the updates were thorough, the pictures were plentiful, and I simply feel like my grumpy cat was happier for having them as sitters.

Dani is great! We had a wonderful experience with Dan. He was incredibly flexible with scheduling, quick to respond to messages, and consistently send great pictures. Most importantly, it was clear that he genuinely cared about our cat’s well-being and comfort. We would not hesitate to book with him again and highly recommend!

Sarah is incredible! She was communicative and asked thoughtful questions from our first meeting. She maintained communication during the visit and sent tons of wonderful photos of our fur babies. We are so grateful that they were so well loved and cared for while we were away. We look forward to having her sit for us again in the future!

Brooke did an amazing job with Stormie. I'm grateful that she was able to come through for us a few days before my trip with last minute changes on our sitting arrangements. She communicated timely and clearly and Stormie loved her company. I highly recommend and welcome the opportunity to work with Brooke again!
