“Kristen stopped by and checked in on our cat Chanel while we were gone over the holidays. She sent us pictures, video, and notes every time she visited to show us how things were going. Kristen was easy to talk to and meet with, and seemed to genuinely enjoy visiting our cat. Our cat is very shy with new people, but Kristen had no problem with this and sent us pictures and video showing how quickly Chanel warmed up to her. Kristen did a great job, and we would definitely use her again.
