“Katie was put through the ringer when my elderly pup got sick on her very first day caring for him while I was out of the country, and she handled the situation so gracefully, provided him with loving care, and kept me informed on how he was doing multiple times per day. I am so grateful that she was the one taking care of him. By the time I got home, he was feeling better and was back to his old self, which goes to show that Katie did an excellent job in what was certainly an unexpected and stressful situation. I would trust her to care for him again any time, and only hope that my old boy doesn't spontaneously barf next time. 🙈 Thank you, Katie! You're a trooper!”

“Timothy did an amazing job watching gizmo. I got plenty of updates and gizmo seemed very happy and healthy when I returned home. Also left my apartment clean and tidy as well.”

Our dog can get anxious when we are away and refuse to eat or drink, but with Ricco, he is relaxed, happy, and stays healthy. We have hired Ricco multiple times and will continue to. She is also an excellent communicator before, during, and after the booking, not to mention a wonderful photographer too!”
