Elle knows my dog well but there is a new cat in the house, and the two of them don’t get along very well - but that didn’t stop Elle from making sure both of them had all they needed and more! The cat took to her right away and was cuddling on the couch with Elle within a day. I was so grateful to be able to go away knowing they were both in good hands with her. She made sure they each had their special dietary needs met, and also cleaned my home so nicely before leaving :)”

She stayed overnight for 4 nights and sent me great updates each day. She was also very kind and did some tidying up before we arrived home from our trip. She was very flexible and was happy to stay a bit longer if I had any major travel delays. Both Bentley and Blueberry loved her and it was very reassuring to know that my animals had someone there to both take good care of them and keep them company!”

Ellie bonded with Jeanine from our meet n greet and was a "day sitter" for three days because our puppy wasn't ready to be left alone for a full day, while I was traveling for work/husband going to office. Jeanine sent regular updates throughout the day with cute videos and pictures of their play time, walks and lap time. She followed our requested instructions, and my husband said that Ellie was genuinely excited every day that Jeanine showed up. We'll definitely book her again!”

“Danielle is amazing! First, I have to start out by saying that another Rover sitter cancelled at the last minute, actually just didn’t show up. I was obviously frantic and reached out to Danielle explaining the situation and asking if she could stay with Louie on virtually no notice. I was desperate. She was so kind and replied almost immediately and told me exactly when she got off work and how quickly she could get to him, as he had already been alone for awhile. After she got off work, she went straight to my house, sent a picture and assured me Louie was fine. She continued to have great communication, checking on things she wasn’t sure of, because of the short notice/no meet and greet. In short, she was great, going the extra mile, and then some. I would definitely recommend her. She sent great pics and videos.”
