She was patient, understanding, and really worked with him to make sure he felt comfortable and well cared for. Greyson was amazing. Very communicative and clear. Sent lots of photos and clarified my girls’ needs before the sit even started; went right in with a clear idea of what they needed and cared for them. And then went above and beyond and cleaned up before the sit ended! Will definitely be contacting Greyson again next time my furry ones need watching.
Rachael is awesome! This is the third time she’s house-sat for us, and we feel so comfortable leaving our home and Lola in her care. Wi-Fi issues? She’s got it. Door lock running out of batteries? She can fix it. When things unexpectedly break, she’s always so gracious and willing to take care of whatever is needed. Most importantly, she takes wonderful care of Lola, asks questions when needed, and follows the instructions we leave. We’re so grateful to have someone we can trust with both our home and our sweet girl!
Our dog Poppy had a great time with Jacob and Brandon! They kept us in the loop on her activities and we trusted she was in good hands. She was put on medication last minute as she wasn’t feeling well and they were very flexible with providing it to her and keeping us updated on her progress.
Elizabeth continues to take such good care of our pups! She’s so easy to work with and they absolutely adore her, which means a lot with one of our pups being quite anxious and reactive. So appreciative every single time she takes care of them because we know they’re in the best hands!
Valeriia took excellent care of our two senior terriers for a week while we were on vacation. Before we left, she made sure to get to know the dogs so they would be comfortable with her. She asked great questions about the dogs and their routines. All of this helped us to feel confident that our dogs would be well cared for. During our trip, she sent photos and updates. Valeriia took great care of our dogs and our home (including my house plants, which look better than ever.) I feel so lucky to have found Valeriia. She clearly loves dogs and they love her! We will for sure be using her again. Highly recommend!
Billie was fantastic. This was our first time using Rover, and she made the whole experience so easy and reassuring. She took the time to meet us and Fran beforehand, and was incredibly accommodating when our plans changed at the last minute after Fran hurt her little leg and we needed someone to care for her at home instead. Billie took such great care of Fran, kept us updated, and was helpful and flexible throughout. Fran seemed really comfortable with her, which gave us so much peace of mind. We’d absolutely recommend Billie and would happily have her look after Fran again.
Maura was so great! We booked with her relatively last minute and then additionally extended the time we needed her to stay with our pup, she was available and excited to do so. She also kept us regularly updated with photos and let us knew how things were going. Duncan really likes her and we hope to have her stay with him again!
