“Elle took such great care of our two dogs, cat, and house! She came through with last-minute pet-sitting and we feel so lucky to have found Elle! She sent regular updates with photos and videos, kept our pets safe and happy, and left our house in immaculate condition (probably cleaner than when she arrived). She cared for our dog who has separation anxiety and took extra steps to ensure he was happy. She also played with our active cat to keep him happy.”

“Melissa took wonderful care of my dogs and home. She was easy to communicate with, sent sweet photos of the dogs, brought them treats & I even came home to a lovely thank you card. She really went the extra mile and I’d be happy to have her care for Hank & Dottie again in the future. Thank you, Melissa!”

“Jason was fantastic! He did a great job sitting my three month old, VERY high energy Dobie puppy. He was understanding and very responsive, and handled all logistics with ease. Will definitely book with Jason again in the future.”

“Kristy is amazing and we are so lBlessed to have her watch Kaya and Big. Genuine, caring and authentic care for our doggies this weekend. We were able to enjoy the event knowing that the doggies are in great care and hands with Kristy.”

“Yasmin was great with our 8 month old puppy while we went out of town and was super communicative throughout! Would definitely recommend her to anyone!”

“Sara is a wonderful Dog Sitter! I highly recommend her services. I returned from a week away to a house that was cleaner than when I left and a happy and content dog. She was very attentive to my sensitive dog’s needs. She also took the time to go to the store for dog food since I miscalculated how much to leave. She is a true professional when it comes to dog & house sitting. I hope to use her again for future vacations.”

“Myranda is a terrific dog sitter. She stayed in our home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to have her back. Her communication is excellent, and we returned home to a happy dog and a clean house.”

“Everything went fine, Wenlin kept the pups happy and comfortable in their own home. We had a scare where a raisin muffin wented missing. Wenlin immediately contacted my emergency numbers and had to do extra duty to take both dogs to ER and then monitor the culprit. Appreciated the communication and photos.”
“Rae did such a great job taking care of Elvis! She was very responsive, took lots of photos and followed all the directions. She even took care of house items like checking our mail, removed the bedding and wiped down the surfaces before heading out. Highly recommend her if she’s available for you!”

“Kym took care of our senior pug for the last 2 weeks while we were on a bucket list trip abroad. Not only was she communicative throughout the entire trip and sent pictures, she kept us updated on his routine and how he did with walking eating and taking his meds daily. Kym kept our house tidy and was always fast to respond when I reached out. I felt very comfortable knowing that our pup was getting the best care while we were so far from home. Thank you for everything, Kym. We look forward to having you care for Hank again in the future!”

“Meagan did a wonderful job house sitting for Teddy. We came home to a tidy house and a happy dog. She was very attentive to him, provided thorough updates, and was very mindful of his needs as an elderly pup.”

“We had never used a pet sitting service before and were understandably nervous about entrusting our dogs and home to someone new. From the very start, Grace exceeded all expectations and completely put our minds at ease. She was absolutely amazing—our dogs were so happy and well cared for, as evidenced by the frequent pictures she sent us throughout her stay. It was clear that she truly cared about their well-being and made an effort to keep them comfortable and content while we were away. Not only did she take exceptional care of our pets, but our house was spotless when we returned. It looked as though no one had even been here! Her attention to detail and respect for our home were just as impressive as the care she gave our dogs. We cannot recommend Grace enough and would absolutely trust her again in the future. If you’re on the fence about using a pet sitter, she is the one to call. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!”

“Stanley took great care of our dog, Lola. She’s older and blind and requires extra care, but he (and Thanh) followed all of our instructions and kept her happy while we were away. Couldn’t ask for better sitters!”

“Lindsey was so great and patient with our anxious girl. We rested easier knowing someone was looking after her, and appreciated the communication and pics while we were gone.”

“Danielle was great--very responsible and reliable, sent regular pictures of our dog which I loved, and was always quick to respond. She was our first house/dog sitter on Rover, and because of our experience with Danielle I would definitely use Rover again.”

Kona is awesome! She has repeatedly demonstrated her understanding of what large, active breeds need, their behaviors and how to interact with them. She is reliable, a great communicator and is just generally very friendly. She's earned my full trust to housesit and take care of my GSD mix.

Lindsey asked great questions ahead of the weekend dog sit and was very thorough and punctual. Her observations even saved our little trip, when she spotted the travel CPAP by the door when we were only 5 minutes away. Since her partner was available for part of the dog sit, Buck was treated to a bonus human, his favorite thing! Especially when he gets the middle spot on the couch. Lindsey was responsible for a 4 feeding schedule with special kibble and a pill feeding regime for a 12yo tripod with moderate elbow arthritis. I am happy to leave a positive review and offer recommendations for Lindsey as a sitter to others.

Caitlin has watched our 3 large dogs twice now. Each time she has been willing to stop by for a quick visit to reintroduce herself to them and review their care instructions. We know watching after our dogs is a full time job- Caitlin is responsive and attentive throughout the stay. We would love to have her come back for our next trip!

Rachael was such a fabulous pick for us as first time Rover users! We felt comfortable leaving our geriatric chihuahua and younger, rambunctious brother so we could relax across the country. Pix super reassuring, house was immaculate when we returned, and just the right amount of communication.

Jennifer was truly a blessing while I was away. Leaving both my dog and my cat for that long isn’t easy, but she gave me complete peace of mind from start to finish. She made sure to send thoughtful updates and pictures, which made such a difference and reassured me that they were in great hands. When I got home, both of them seemed so happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. It’s obvious she gave them real attention and love 🥰 On top of that, I came back to an immaculate house. Everything was spotless and exactly as I left it (if not better). I genuinely can’t recommend Jennifer enough. She’s kind, responsible, communicative, and truly cares. I feel so lucky to have found her.

Amanda was just fantastic! She took care of my dog (Coton de Tuléar), cat (Balinese) and plants for a weekend, and did everything I asked so beautifully. My pets warmed up with her very quickly, which shows her kind and loving personality. Also, I was very impressed to see how clean the house was. I will definitely ask her again.

Carley was a great find for us! She house sat with our two cats and large dog for 10 days. Carley's communications and response time were excellent. The animals were so happy when we retuned and the house was just as we left it. The photos and videos Carley shared told the tale of a peaceful and playful home. We had a complication with our travel and had to ask her to stay longer. Lucky for us she had availably. Traveling outside the country and leaving our animals behind can be a bit stressful but our experience with Carley housesitting eased our worries. We had the best experience having Charley house sit and care for our pets.
