“Tracy is amazing! She is so attentive and caring. I felt so relived while I was away knowing my pup was in good hands. My girl had a blast with her. I 10/10 recommend!”

“My first experience using Rover could not have gone any better thanks to Ali and her Family. My pups had a great time and I felt like they were in good hands. Ali kept me well updated throughout the booking and they clearly made my dogs feel at home. Would highly recommend! 🌟 🐾”

“Ellie was a fantastic host to our husky Pepper. She is extremely attentive and made sure that Pepper got enough daily exercise and also plenty of snuggles during their downtime. We love that Pepper gets along so well with Ellie’s sweet dog Bear. Overall our dog had a great time and would absolutely book with Ellie in the future. Highly recommend!”

“Finding sitters who truly care about your dog is tough, but Kelly and Karen exceeded all expectations. Tony is usually a bit anxious, but Kelly makes him feel better. Their communication was excellent, and gave me update(pic/vidoes)about Tony during i was on my vacation. Thank you both for taking such wonderful care of my boy…”

“Although my 6-year-old miniature dachshund, Piper, has stayed with friends/family before, this was my first time using a professional service like Rover and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Maria was exceptionally responsive and flexible with timing. She sent plenty of photos/videos/updates during our short weekend trip that truly set our minds at ease. Piper has cerebellar hypoplasia (the wobbly disease) and has trouble with fine motor skills. Maria had no issue altering her care to suit Piper's limitations. She even took Piper out to a cafe in a stroller for enrichment since she physically can't walk far on her own! Considering my partner has experience petsitting for over two decades and I worry (perhaps too much) about the care my dog will receive while I'm away, we were both impressed with Maria and would gladly hire her again to take care of Piper.”

“My pup Nina was so well cared for and I received daily updates! She seemed right at home and Lorena took care of her as if she was her own, which is always the greatest feeling! I will absolutely leave Nina in their care again and would recommend to anyone else as well.”

“Don truly cares for dogs and is flexible and easy to work with. He watched our senior schnauzer for a week and was very attentive to the needs of an older dog. He has had several of his own and obviously loves the companionship. Thanks Don!”

“Sheena did so well with my two kiddos! Sterling can be a bit of a handful--he has anxiety and special needs (and is a bit of a grumpy old man). I can tell that she followed the most important directions I gave her based on his condition when I picked them up, I am very grateful. 🙂”

“Nathan was excellent and exceptionally good with our senior dogs, a St Bernard and a EC Golden Retriever. The boys were treated well and kept safe. Communication with Nathan was excellent. He would send us pictures of the boys. And we knew that they were having fun. Thanks Nathan.”
“Sophia had great communication during the whole process and was very flexible when I needed to change my pick up and drop off times last minute. Milo will for sure be back to stay with her and her pup.”

“Christine is so great with Kaia! Kaia immediately loved her even though it usually takes a longer time to warm up. Christine was also very communicative and sent lots of updates which made us feel so safe leaving Kaia with her. Will definitely book with her again in the future!”

“Cecilia and Cam were amazing and took such great care of our pup and helped ease the nerves of how Koda was doing with their daily updates. Koda loved his stay, his new friends and all the outdoor adventures!”

“Anna was beyond caring for our brand new rescue pup - who arrived right before our vacation and a bit earlier than we had expected. We were at ease knowing that our little Nori was well loved and taken care of. We received many pictures of happy puppy playtimes, cuddles, and many daily walks. ❤️ I would absolutely hire Anna again!”

“Michael was an amazing sitter for my dog and communicator for me!! We had a last minute schedule change and were traveling to Seattle unexpectedly. Michael was so helpful and accommodating to make this work with less notice than usual! He was prompt and communicative sending me pictures of Sox updates along the way. His dog Ellie was very chill and seemed to get along with Sox great. I definitely would (and will!) work with Michael again!”

“Chelsie is one of the best Rovers I've ever relied on! Extremely communicative, provides numerous updates (and pictures), and I felt totally at ease knowing that Mushu was in her hands. Would absolutely recommend her services!”

“Another awesome stay! It is so comforting to know that your furry family member (in our case, our dog) is in good hands and is going to be well cared for - and have a fun time. We highly recommend”

“Jessica is amazing! She sent TONS of high quality photos of our dog every day. We can tell she took great care of him and he had an awesome time. We would definitely recommend her and plan on boarding our dog with her again!”

“Joyce is awesome and very caring! She took care of our kitty for 5 days and we couldn’t be happier with her service. She sent in loads of photos and a detailed message after every visit. Our cat also loved her and we could enjoy our vacation with peace of mind that Joyce would take care on him. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cat sitter! :)”

About: I've taken care of cats since I was a teenager. I absolutely love cats and admire their sense of independence and affection. It brings me joy when I'm able to earn their trust and love. I have cared for cats of all ages, as well as multiple cat households. There's never been a cat I haven't liked, and I will give care and affection to your cat as much as I show mine own. Thank you for considering!
“Ana stepped in on short notice and did a great job tending to our cats. She was responsive and sent great photos. We would be happy to have her watch our cats again!”

“Rebecca was absolutely wonderful with our 4-month-old German Shepherd puppy! She is incredibly caring and detail-oriented, which gave us total peace of mind. It was clear our pup loved her by the end of the stay. We couldn't have asked for a better sitter and will definitely be booking her again!”

About: As a life long animal lover turned veterinary assistant, I'm ready to apply my passion to helping others. I spent my childhood and teenage years pet sitting and volunteering at animal shelters, and have since joined the veterinary industry to take my love and care a step further. I have a soft spot for the shy guys (mom to an ex sled dog who was never properly socialized) and dogs with reactivity (also mom to a reactive small dog) and would love the opportunity to get to know yours. I’m comfortable giving medications, have experience with seniors and puppies, and if you have an animal who needs special accommodations, please feel free to reach out and let me know exactly what they need! I look forward to getting to know you and your pet ☺️ My schedule varies week to week, but my calendar will always be up to date so you know ahead of time when I'm available for you and your pets! Keeping your pets safe and calm is my top priority. As I have two anxious (and one reactive) dogs, I've spent years tailoring their care to keep them calm in all situations. Keeping space in public spaces, thinking three steps ahead, being aware of surroundings, and using tools, like slow movement and quiet voices, to de-escalate stressful situation are baseline when in my care.

“Minerva did an amazing job taking care of Luna! She was very responsive and provided such fun and detailed updates and photos during her check-ins. Luna seemed very happy and received lots of attention and cuddles from Minerva.”

“Paige did an excellent job of taking care of my cat Charlie while I was away for a week. She was very understanding when Charlie's feeding needed to be adjusted for her dietary issues. She also cleaned up when Charlie made a mess.”

“Deseriee was very sweet with our two cats and took a wonderful care of them, made sure that they were happy while we were away for a long time. She promptly reported to us anything that was concerning about them and provided an extra support when we couldn’t return on the planned date. We highly recommend Deseriee’s services!!”

“Liza is amazing! She’s taken care of my cat Phoebe a few times while I’ve been out of town. Phoebe loves her, and I know Phoebe is in great hands. Liza also picked up some packages for me that were delivered when I was gone, which was very helpful. I will definitely book Liza again.”

“Sara is amazing with my "most evil of all evil kittens" queen of the house. I don't know how she does it, but the cat who hates everyone and everything has made friends with Sara and goes so far as to let Sara touch her. This means a lot. Sara is great to work with, trustworthy, and a genuinely nice person wherein you can tell that she enjoys the time she spends with your pets. Travelling for work is far less stressful knowing I can rely on her to drop in and check on the house and needs of the Queen. Highly recommend.”

“Lorren did a fantastic job taking care of our four cats for a week. She was super easy going and rode out the ice storm just fine, adjusting her plans to prioritize being with our kitties. She also handled our older cat’s medication needs and accidents no problem, and sent us nice updates and photos every day. Would definitely hire again!”

“Tuilly and Anthony were great! Took wonderful care of our two elderly kitties and sent us lots of lovely photos of them. Tuilly was super thorough and made sure she had all the information necessary to take care of the cats during the meet and greet; I knew our cats would be in good hands!”

“Van was super communicative and very easy to work with. The cats took to her quickly, and she did a great job of keeping to their habitual feeding and treat schedule. She also kept us well-supplied with pics and updates, which is always comforting when away from home. Returned to happy cats and everything in order. Would happily book Van again in the future.”

About: My house/pet sitting, dog walking and 'assisting' experience has been a big part of my life. I have always worked in assisting busy, successful people with their everyday tasks, 'to-do' lists inclusive of house/pet sitting/pet care with the mind set to go above and beyond their expectations. My work ethic has consistently earned me my employers trust, faith and assurance that... 'I got this!'. Earning people's confidence has been the key for my employers to have the time and focus on their other important priorities, I'm here to do the same for you. Whether your dog needs care for an extended period of time, a couple of days, or half an hour, I'm here to give it my all. Dogs and their owners love that I'm calm and confident. My "take charge" philosophy ensures that you can feel comfortable while on vacation and your dog will be comfortable in my care. I make sure to get to know both my human and canine clients before a stay so I am best equipped to handle the stay based on their personality and needs. Safety is very important to me, and I keep a sharp eye out for hazards. I'm very passionate about dogs and providing them with stellar care. I'd love to set up a meet and greet to get to know you and your furry family member!

“Rebecca is an all star. Her communication was perfect; she was competent and reliable; and I felt completely at ease knowing that my cats were in such good hands. I highly recommend Rebecca!!!”

“Danielle is quite the cat whisperer! Our two cats clearly adored her. She was wonderful with them and quite literally saved one of them in a tricky situation. We're very grateful for her and will work with her again.”

“Melissa was polite, super prompt, and very professional. Communication was swift and clear. We were in a unique situation and needed a sitter on short notice for our puppy who had just had surgery the day before. Melissa has clearly had experience with a wide range of dog situations and we would love to use her again.”

“Absolutely fantastic daycare for my little pup Bella! She had so much fun and Caitlin was excellent in both planning and keeping me updated on how she was doing throughout the day! Would definitely recommend especially if you have a younger dog who needs a playmate during a long day at work 🐶”

“Julianne made an effort to help Wren feel comfortable and accommodate her with her toys and treats. It didn't take long before I got a photo with her curled up on the couch with Julianne.”

“We’ve been hesitant to use rover and drop off our 5 month old puppy with a relative stranger, but Stephen put us at ease right away! He is kind, communicative and responds instantly. His dog and the few other pups he has on any given day are playful and sweet. We will be asking Stephen to watch our dog when the need arises. Thanks!!!”

About: For many years, I have cherished taking care of our family, friend's and neighbor's pets as well as our own. You can trust that your pet will be in good hands! I am an elementary school teacher with the summer off and during the school year I am home by 4:30p. My evenings are very flexible I have a fenced yard and two dogs of my own. I can crate your dog if necessary but when I care for other's pets they become part of our family.
“We booked Felix on short notice for evening daycare, and he was very thoughtful in assessing whether our dog would be a good fit for his setup. We really appreciated the detailed updates and feedback throughout the stay. Felix has a strong understanding of dog behavior and group dynamics, which gave us peace of mind, and our somewhat nervous dog seemed to fit right in with his pack. Thanks Felix!”

“Our first Rover sitter and we are absolutely blown away! Our dog suffers from separation anxiety so we are always unsure how a daycare will work out, but Carmen was so enthusiastic and loving with Wilbur that he seemed to not care that we were away from him all day! She sent lots of great pictures and did a great job of providing updates. It was a great experience and we can't wait to have Wilbur stay with Carmen again!”

“Chau was an awesome dog sitter! She took us super last min, and made sure my pup got great care. Got photos and updates through the visit which I appreciated.”

“Sofia has been wonderful with my shy guy dog with separation anxiety. Her adorable dog, Dona, has such great calming energy and seems to be a great friend and mentor for my dog. Sofia is great with updates and communication, and is a natural dog person. I’m so grateful to have found her!”

“Caitie is a great communicator and was super flexible when it came to adjusting timing. She clearly knows her dog, and understands how to handle introductions. She is someone I fully trust with my giant Great Pyr! He came home from his playdate tired, happy and with zero anxiety.”

“Dad was an amazing doggy daycare host for my 1 year old Golden Retriever. We recieved frequent updates with photos of her at the park and sleeping at his home on the couch. We would definitely make another request in the future. Thank you!”

About: I love animals of all kinds, and grew up with a variety! Cats, dogs, hamsters, fish, snakes, tarantulas, salamanders and lizards. Animals bring me a lot of joy, and I love helping people in the community with pet sitting. I’ve been pet sitting since I was a teenager and have experience taking care of all kinds of pets. I love walking, playing, hiking and just spending time with animals. I know how important they are to you, and will love and care for them as I do my own. As a teacher, my pet care during the school year is limited to the weekends, after school and during breaks. During the summer from the end of June to end of August, I am open anytime during the week and weekends for daily walks, feeding, drop-ins and longer house sits. I take house safety very seriously and know how important it is for pets to feel safe and comfortable in their home. I will follow your care instructions and make sure I understand all of you and your pets needs.

About: I live in Broadview and can walk, visit, or homesit any dog in the area. My family and I have had dogs and cats for as long as I can remember so I have well over 20yrs experience. Also, being an empath I feel like I can relate to and better understand animals and they realize this and naturally enjoy my presence. But don't take my word for it, set up an appointment today so that I can show you! Also I am willing to jog with your dog as well if you want them to get some exercise. I work part-time and am available pretty much whenever you need someone to walk or watch your dog. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I do not bring dogs to my house as it is not my house and I only rent a bedroom. But I can come to your residence and watch your dog.
“Tanja was available on super short notice while my mom was in the hospital. She made everything super simple and was soooo understanding & great with my little blind baby. Recommend HIGHLY!”

“As someone who typically works from home, I was incredibly anxious about having to leave my 2-year-old, 85-pound pup, Colin, for the first time while I was away. Finding Edith completely changed everything and gave me total peace of mind. From the very beginning, she was a true professional. She came over for a complimentary meet-and-greet to get to know Colin before our schedule started, and she asked all the right questions to make sure she understood his routine and quirks. Colin is a giant ball of pure energy, but Edith was absolutely amazing with his size and pace. She was so attentive that during a walk, she even noticed when Colin got super excited and immediately recognized that they were passing his best friend’s house! Edith was incredibly reliable, always on time, and great about sending updates when she was on her way. She left the house exactly as she found it, always making sure Colin’s water bowl was topped off and rewarding him with a treat after his walks. Having a walker like Edith made a stressful week feel completely effortless. She is the absolute best, and I hope to use her again and again and again. If you need someone trustworthy, attentive, and great with high-energy dogs, hire Edith!”

“John helped us with walking our Dachshund, Cody, daily for the past week. He was amazing—I will definitely work with him in the future and recommend him 100%. He was willing to come do a meet and greet and was so good with Cody. He is very attentive to Cody’s needs. He also sends detailed updates after each walk that I really appreciate. And took lots of cute pictures of Cody for us! Very reliable and above and beyond care.”

“We were out of town when Melissa (whom we had only just met) came by to walk our pup—and our smoke detectors were all beeping in the house. Melissa not only put batteries in them but gave our pup extra time and TLC when he was understandably a bit freaked out… She communicated about the problem immediately and stuck with us till the problem was fixed (multiple detectors and lots of chaos!) She is wonderful with dogs and is currently my hero!”

I can be up early for a morning stroll, lunch break or the post dinner romp! I'm your person to give you a much needed break! I will keep an eye on your dog making sure that they do not eat any mysterious things off the floor. Every dog is unique and has their own quirks, knowing that I will do my best to make sure that they stay happy through out their walk.
“Kendra walks my two older dogs four days a week, every week. Genuinely cares about my dogs which is fairly clear in the messages about their behavior and any issues I should be aware of. Takes note of the changes in their activity level, bathroom, and overall behavior, which are all good to note for their general well being. She’s cares about them to know what their normal is, which means a lot.”

About: I’m a huge animal lover and have been taking care of them my whole life. I grew up around farm animals, with 3 big dogs and now have two cats of my own, who I treat as my children! My ultimate dream in life is to live on a farm with lots of land and adopt all the animals who need a home! I just moved to North Seattle and am new to Rover, but I have many years of pet care experience and was a regular sitter of several dogs and cats where I used to live. One of my clients even had two spotted geckos who I helped take care of while they were gone! They ate live crickets which were interesting to handle and fun to watch when they devoured them! I work six days a week, but they are shorter shifts, only about 25 minutes from home. I am able to provide walks and lots of love throughout the day before I leave for work, and after! We also have a backyard with a deck and an area for them to potty. We like to hang outside a lot in the summer and have some toys that they can play with. I am also happy to administer medications if need be. My cats are older and get meds every other day! Sometimes there is just one dog at the house and sometimes there are five all at once and it’s pretty great! Your animals will be well taken care of because I will also treat them as my own. I am also happy to stay at your house if need be! I also work as a gymnastics coach but mostly during the early evening and night time, typically about 3:30-9:00 most days, I’m off on Sundays. I have the mornings and early afternoons to do what I want. We have a fenced in yard and 3 cats in the house. There are gates to each set of stairs to block them off if needed. We also have space for a crate in the house.
About: I've had dogs for my entire life - big, medium, and small, and usually more than one at a time, and I love them! I also used to groom dogs professionally, so I know how to take care of them and keep them happy even when they're stressed. I worked with and trained with horses for over a decade too, which means I'm comfortable working with dogs of just about every size. I also have some experience training dogs and some training in emergency first aid for animals. I work a full time job but I have my own vehicle and a flexible schedule so I have a lot of availability. I can run with your dog, take them to a park, whatever you or they need.

“Rachel was so great with our dog Charlie. Communicative and sent lots of pictures each day which made me feel so much less anxiety about leaving him knowing that he was getting such great care :)”
