About: I started working with animals in high school, accruing hundreds of volunteer hours at my local animal shelter, where I honed in on my passion for pet care. As I transitioned to university life, I started walking dogs on the weekends, and really enjoy getting to hang out and provide for other people's pets. I have open availability through most of the week, and for late-evening drop ins over the weekends. This allows me a lot of time and flexibility to devote to caring for your pets. Communication is key, and I strive to ensure all preferences are met during my visit/walk with your pet! Please note that my sweet lemon beagle, Harper, occasionally accompanies for overnight stays with other friendly pets. She is 3 years old, house trained, crate trained and extremely friendly with other pets, children and other people. Pet care is a central part of my daily routine. I have a 25-pound beagle named Harper, so my days naturally revolve around regular walks, playtime, feeding, enrichment, and making sure she gets plenty of attention and exercise. I'm attentive to routines and understand how important consistency is for helping pets feel comfortable and secure. Beyond caring for my own dog, I have experience house sitting and caring for pets in their own homes, following each owner's instructions closely to maintain their normal schedule. Whether that's walks, meals, medications, playtime, or simply providing companionship, I enjoy making sure pets are happy, relaxed, and well cared for while their families are away.
