Dana was such an amazing partner helping our friends and neighbors with the search party while keeping our other cat calm and secure. Everything turned out fine, and Dana took such great care of the boys and our house, sending regular updates showing how cozy they were with her. “Sana was clean, communicative, sent plenty of photos, and my dog seems to be in fine health and happiness overall. She was clear about any issues that came up or gaps she in the schedule ahead of time and we were able to find workarounds together. When my trip ended up being a day shorter than planned, she was willing to refund the extra. I am very grateful and would happily book again! The only cons were my dog’s harness was taken off without asking and then chewed up, so it is now unusable, but I understand this was done out of habit and Sana didn’t know my dog was likely to chew it up. My dog also seems to be a bit more skiddish and anxious on walks than normal, though this is likely more closely tied to me leaving than how she was treated on walks.”

“Aly was AMAZING! It was my first time using Rover as my friend who usually stays with them was unavailable at the last min. She came over to meet the dogs and they immediately took to her, even my grumpy chihuahua! She sent updates every day and pictures which gave me piece of mind. In addition, since the majority of our trip was in the woods of Maine with ZERO phone signal she communicated with my mother in law when she had a quick question to ask. Came back to a clean house and happy dogs. Since Aly stayed at our house during our outing, so the dogs even went straight to the spare room this morning looking for her! “Kyle was absolutely wonderful! He took great care of my shy pup and had the magic touch so that my pup warmed up quickly to him. Even though I was out of the country, Kyle was very communicative, including sending pics of my little guy, which helped put my mind at ease since this was the first time I had been away from him for so long. Kyle is also kind and courteous and I will most definitely request Kyle to stay in my home and watch my dog again whenever I may have another trip.”
