“Jessica housesit for us for a week and provided us daily updates and lots of photos of our pets. We have a dog and two cats. She seemed to connect well with our pets, and we felt like she gave them lots of attention and play while we were away. She was responsive and communicative. She left the house clean. Thank you very much, Jessica!”

“Margaret watched my nervous dog Taffy for a week, and Taffy warmed up to her quickly. Margaret was responsive, respectful and reliable. I would not hesitate to recommend Margaret for house sitting.”

“Tori, we can’t say thank you enough for how you loved on our animals and cared for our home! To come home to having chores done that you weren’t asked to do was such a huge help after a long weekend away. Our dogs weren’t overly hyper when we got back, which told us that when you were with them you made sure they were well loved, entertained and exercised. Anyone who hires you to care for their pet is lucky to have you in their home. If we need a dog sitter in the future you will be the first person we contact. Thank you endlessly.”

“Kathleen did a great job with house sitting for our dog. She was communicative and sent us a lot of updates that made us feel good about our dog while we were traveling”

“Meagan was fantastic! She shared daily updates about our senior cat, Pinot, along with pictures and videos. She also took excellent care of our house while we were away.”

“Junbo took wonderful care of my dog Emery, while I was away. She was incredibly responsible and reliable, and it gave so much peace of mind knowing Emery was in such good hands. Junbo regularly sent photos and videos, which I really appreciated - It was so nice to see Emery happy and well cared for. She was also very flexible and accommodating with our schedule, which made everything much easier. Communication was smooth the entire time, and everything went perfectly. I'm very grateful for the care she gave Emery and would absolutely trust her again in the future. Highly recommend!”

About: Hi, I’m Angie (they/she)! I’m a dog parent and PhD student with 4+ years of walking and caring for my own reactive dog, and 17 years of petsitting dogs, cats, small mammals, and lizards. My goal in pet care of any kind is making sure your pets feel as safe, loved, and happy as possible while you’re away. I’m very comfortable working with reactivity in dogs and will ask all dog owners what their dog’s limits and preferences are regarding common triggers during walks. I also have experience with senior dog and cat care and medication administration. I’m a PhD student with a flexible work schedule during the school year and full daytime availability during the summer. This allows me to accommodate most care requests. The safety and comfort of your pets is my most important priority. I commit to following the “leave no trace” rule when visiting in client’s homes.

“Sarah was PERFECT! Our dog can be very shy with new people and she moved at her pace and made her feel comfortable. Within a few hours they were best friends! She sent lots of pictures and communicated throughout the weekend. Additionally, Sarah went above and beyond to leave the apartment clean. You would have never known she was even there! We would absolutely book Sarah again and can’t thank her enough!”

“Mandy was the most amazing pup and cat sitter! She was so professional and was the best to have while on our long two week trip. Our pets were just as happy when we got home as we had left them and the house was in perfect shape. We will definitely be recommending and using her again!”

“Highly recommend Noah for housesitting. He took such great care of my pup and was very attentive to his needs. Sent lots of pictures and updates, which I love. And he left the apartment nice and clean when I came home!! Will definitely be booking with him again.”

“Our dogs love Lisa. We had her care for our two dogs and our home for 7 days and nights and when we returned they were happy and healthy. Our home was well cared for too. Lisa brings with her a calm presence and the dogs appreciate her care and her walks. Thanks Lisa! Chris & Cathy, Wallingford”

“Adrian is honestly the best sitter I could hope for after multiple stays with our crew! The kitties and Waffle are always so well cared for (even when they get into mischief sometimes) and I can tell that Adrian cares for them almost as much as we do. Adrian is super communicative, kind and always sends lots of great pics - which comes in super handy when I’m away and missing the pets! Highly highly recommend to anyone and everyone!”

“Quinn is an excellent house-sitter! They were very communicative and took terrific care of our 13-year-old dog (who is reactive to other animals) and two chickens. Our house was also well cared for over the long holiday weekend. I highly recommend Quinn for any of your petcare needs! Will definitely book again.”

I also have had and taken care of multiple rescue animals with triggers and can learn how to recognize and adapt to make them feel safe.
“Jade continues to be amazing! Smalls loves her and she takes such great care of him! I came home and I think he misses her already haha! Thank you Jade for being an amazing sitter!”

“Jolene was a dream come true. She went above and beyond. She took care of our little one as if it were her own dog. She kept us updated with lots of pictures. She was responsible and meticulous about every detail. We're already signed up to use her again! Highly, highly recommend.”

Emery was amazing. She took such good care of my pups and even my aloof cat was charmed by her and snuggled with her at night. Emery was great at ensuring my senior dog got her medication and dealt wonderfully with my willful and wild youngest dog. Highly recommended if you need a sitter!

Angel took great care of our 2 dogs & 2 birds while we were in Katmai, AK! It was so reassuring to me, as we have a 13 yo Newfy who is declining. Our dogs love him and even my “cage-protective” birds allowed Angel to sing to them and hold them! My birds do NOT usually let anybody hold them. Angel communicated with us throughout our trip often. We returned home to happy and healthy dogs! Without reservation, I highly recommend Angel’s dogsitting services- he is excellent! Nancy
I can’t say enough good things about Natalia! She’s been my go-to cat sitter for the last year and I’m so happy to have found her. My cats are pretty picky with who they’ll sit with but they both love her! Natalia is communicate, trustworthy, and flexible. This latest trip I took, I arrived home 6 hours later than expected and Natalia was more than willing to stop by and feed/check in on the cats before I arrived. She’s the best!

Emma was amazing and took great care of my 60Ibs pittie mix (with some dog reactivity considerations, meds, and enrichment needs) for two weeks! Great to coordinate in advance with, very communicative and on time. While I was away, Emma offered updates and was responsive when I checked in. I came home to a healthy and happy pup and my home in good condition! Also mindful of building / security rules of my building. Emma went above and beyond staying later with my dog over Fourth of July evening. I had peace of mind while Emma was here. Kiska misses Emma already…

Hillary was wonderful! Leaving my dog in a strangers hands last minute is always nerve racking…but Hillary showed kindness, intuitiveness, and an ease that made me feel confident leaving my space and Nova in good hands. When I returned the space was clean, Nova was calm and happy, and Hillary asked great questions / was commutative throughout the stay. So grateful and would absolutely book again!

Ronita was an absolute gem! My pup is usually very slow to warm up to new people, so I was amazed at how quickly he connected with her. Her bubbly, joyful personality immediately won him over. She truly speaks dog language and seems to have an intuitive understanding of what dogs need to feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Because my little guy is recovering from a back injury, I was anxious to leave him in someone else's care. Ronita put my mind completely at ease. She was so attentive and conscientious—carefully following his medication schedule, making sure he didn't jump on furniture, and gave him the exercise/walks he needed to strengthen his back/legs without over-stressing him. It was obvious that she genuinely cared about his well-being and treated him as if he were her own. I came home to a happy, well-cared-for pup and to my house as clean as I had left it. She was also a responsive communicator, sending daily pictures/videos. I feel incredibly grateful to have found Ronita and would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is loving, responsible, and truly exceptional with dogs.
We booked Ava to house sit and watch our rescue, Vesper, for a few days. She was super communicative when I had questions, prompt, and flexible. She left the house clean, and even ran the dishes and took out the trash tho we didn’t expect her to! Thanks so much for watching Vesper on such short notice.
