“This is the second time we’ve had Jessica watch our cat and dog. This is the first time she stayed the night. Jessica is super attentive to our fur babies and left the house cleaner than she found it! Overall, another great experience!”

“Thomas is awesome! He came over to meet our dogs before booking to make sure it was a good fit. He is communicative, friendly, great with the dogs, and gave great updates while we were gone. Our dogs love him and we hope to have him back!”

“Caleb loooked after our 7-month old Golden Retriver puppy and pet rabbit for 4 days and did a fantastic job! He spent tons of quality time with the animals (lots of walks and time playing outside for the puppy, and pets for the bunny) the house was spotless when we returned home. We would recommend Caleb and will certainly look to book him again when we have a need for a house sitter!”

“Karen communicates well, always leaves my place clean, and keeps my dog Reese happy while I'm away! She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure he is cared for.”

“Mandy took great care of my cats while I was gone and was very kind and helpful throughout the process :) sent lots of pictures and updates and I felt very comfortable and grateful to have my cats looked after by a professional and caring caretaker!”

“Kathleen really is the best! I’d give her 6/5 stars if I could. She was not only timely with the girls’ schedule, she sent us updates everyday along with pictures of them. We could tell how much she cared for the girls and we can’t thank her enough. Our cat was dealing with some vomiting issues, but Kathleen was on top of keeping us updated and making sure she was doing ok. We can’t recommend her enough!”

“Margaret’s got great energy, my dog chills out quickly even with his separation anxiety and goes back to being one with the couch (his usual home behavior). Will absolutely book again!”

“Adrien’s care of Linus (both physical and emotional) and thoughtful updates were just wonderful. The biggest sign to me of a top-notch dog sitter is how my dog is when I am back and walking him again on leash as he can be a frustrated greeter and reactive on leash, and my dog had improved! Already booking Adrian again.”

“The Rovers I depended on pre Covid moved away and I got used to just being at home with Madison. Aileen is amazing with Madison. Madison knows her as “her people” now and Madison’s mom was able to get away for a day of being around people without any worries. The fact that Madison didn’t scream. Or care really that I left made me have a better day. Thank you!”

About: I have extensive experience caring for senior pups and administering medications. I’ve cared for all types of dogs, from nine to ninety pounds! I love pets and I’d love the opportunity to care for your four legged friend!. I currently work part-time and I’m off school for the summer! My schedule is very flexible and easy to work around. I have no conflicts which can’t be worked around! I’d prefer to care for your pet in your own home, as I have a pup of my own and she can be a little persnickety!
“Allison is amazing, a true gem! She was very communicative while house sitting and watching our pups, and genuinely cared about their health and wellbeing. I can't recommend her enough!”

“Jason was absolutely fabulous with our old man MoMo. He was super communicative and my dog was a happy old man when I returned. The house was spotless. Would definitely hire Jason again, especially with an older dog who I am always nervous about leaving.”
“I really enjoyed having Brittany care for Junebug! She brought great energy, authenticity, thoughtfulness as well as groundedness to caring for June. I had a lot of instructions and she was great about following them. I also really appreciated that she was so communicative while I was on vacation -- which I don't experience a lot with other Rover sitters; communication is something that I highly value when I'm an anxious parent leaving my my baby behind -- especially with someone I don't know at first so she put me at ease and I felt safe and secure leaving my dog Junebug behind. I would definitely use her again as a sitter!”
“Raquel was amazing and very friendly, the dogs really warmed up to her quickly. Quick in responding and and highly communicative. Would recommend her and would book again.”

“Kristy was phenomenal!! My dog, Mochi, was clearly very well taken care of, along with my house. Kristy provided multiple updates throughout the day, was very thorough in her questions about care, and was always responsive. Mochi can be quite reactive to other dogs and Kristy did a great job managing this and letting him have fun on walks. It was truly so nice to have peace of mind during my time away - including over 4th of July! Will be booking again for sure and would highly recommend : )”

Bryant pet parents share their Rover experiences
What a treat to know our pets were well loved and taken care of while away, then happy to have us home and right back into our normal routine with ease. Charlotte was wonderful watching our dog and cat while we were on vacation, sharing cute pictures and making sure they were comfortable and cuddled, plus other household things as needed like packages.

Egor watched our two young aussies in our home for 7 days as they have never been away from my retired husband. He patiently worked them through their anxiety at their own pace, eventually getting them back into their regular routines. He sent honest updates each day, letting us know the challenges and wins. He followed our instructions and left the house looking clean and tidy. I would definitely have Egor watch our pups again in the future. Thank you for taking on the challenge of winning-over these two opinionated pups!
Ryan took the absolute best care of our 15-year-old dog, Bevs, for 6 days while we were in Cancun! This was our first time using Rover and our first time leaving Bevs with someone we didn’t know personally, so we were definitely a bit anxious. However, after meeting Ryan, we could instantly tell that he was reliable and showed genuine care for animals. 5 days before our trip, Bevs ate something bad and was dealing with stomach issues. We had to make some last-minute changes to her meal plan and care routine, and Ryan did a phenomenal job following her entire regimen, which can definitely be extra work with a senior dog. He sent daily updates that reassured us she was improving each day and being very well cared for. Ryan also took great care of our home and even washed the towels and sheets he used before we returned, which was incredibly thoughtful. We truly could not recommend Ryan enough!

Clara is superb as a pet sitter! She stayed with our 2 cats and dog, and I have never seen them calmer and happier while we've been away. She managed their different eating schedules without a concern, and gave our dog multiple walks every day. In all our communications, she was extremely clear and scheduling was seamless. Her updates to us were both charming and detailed, while the house was cleaner than when we left. And she makes it seem effortless. We are so grateful for her professionalism and warmth.

Laura was awesome. She was very reliable and took care of my dogs well. We have an elderly Pug that has accidents and needs some extra help, so I know she did lots of laundry for the week she was here. I've never left my dogs with anyone other than family for that long and was nervous to do so, but there was no need. Laura also left the house clean, took out the trash, started the dishwasher...We are very happy and she'll be the first we contact next time we need a sitter. Not having to worry while away is priceless.
