Van was super communicative and very easy to work with. The cats took to her quickly, and she did a great job of keeping to their habitual feeding and treat schedule. She also kept us well-supplied with pics and updates, which is always comforting when away from home. Returned to happy cats and everything in order. Would happily book Van again in the future.
Highly recommend Clara as a dogsitter! We had a wonderful experience with Clara watching our dog, Poppy. Clara was reliable, communicative, and genuinely caring, and it was clear that Poppy felt comfortable and happy with her. We really appreciated the regular updates and photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. When we returned, Poppy was relaxed, and on the same schedule as when we left. We wouldn’t hesitate to book Clara again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive dogsitter. Clara took great care of our house as well (took out the garbage, brought in the mail and packages). It look cleaner than when we left.
Jake was a fantastic sitter, and a fantastic communicator. He took lots of photos and gave detailed updates. He took special attention to the interactions between the cats, and updated us on every dosage of medication. He took over and successfully completed a relatively complicated daily routine, asking lots of questions, making clarifications, and sending thorough updates. He provided plenty of enrichment for them, including playing (with their preferred toys) with them, and walking my cat after some stressful situations to help him cool off, and that other times just to provide enrichment. He took great care of my home while I was gone. I highly recommend this Jake for your pet care needs!
Caroline was great! She is super communicative and was willing to meet up last minute to take care of my sometimes reactive dog. She was good at reading Ruby’s body language and giving her space when she needed. Caroline kept me updated throughout the sitting and made me feel like Ruby was safe and cared for. Will absolutely be using her again!
