He was timely and caring, and went above and beyond the requested care tasks to ensure that the kitties were comfortable during my absence. For example, he scooped an additional litterbox without being asked. He also sent regular photos and updates of the cats, asking thoughtful questions about their behaviors, reassuring me without overwhelming me with information while traveling. He spent time playing and getting to know the cats in addition to feeding them, and they seemed very comfortable around him. I’ll ask him first every time I’m away from my cats!”
