About: I've been watching friends and neighbors pets casually for the past 5 years or so. This includes dogs, cats, rabbits, and fish. I have the most experience with cats--feeding them medicine, special foods, scooping liter boxes of all shapes and sizes, and dialing in on their favorite toys. I have experience caring for dogs (walks, feeding, belly rubs, poop wrangling) but if the dog is high stress or has behavioral issues it would be best to go with a more experienced dog person--want to be transparent about that, it's best for everyone. I have a flexible 9-5 work schedule and can pop in to visit pets in the Eastlake neighborhood Tuesday-Fridays. My weekends are also quite flexible to visit pets or stay overnight with pets in North Capitol Hill. I closely follow the rules and guidelines set up by the pet owners when I care for an animal. The safety and comfort of the pet is my utmost concern. I love animals and I want them to feel that they are in the care of a trustworthy person while their people are away. I am happy to communicate with pet owners and much as needed.

About: I'm a software engineer working from home looking to break up my day with some exercise. You will find me to be reliable and communicative. I love dogs. I adopted Wally from shelter 10 years ago, and he's been getting 10k steps a day ever since. I frequently care for friends' dogs, and would love to help yours get out more. I'm a freelance software engineer with control over my schedule and a very predictable routine. I can accommodate walks almost any time during the day with a little notice. I live in an apartment in SLU with a very high energy beagle. I know how to keep him stimulated and and well exercised. We know all the parks and neighborhoods nearby and where to get a drink of water on a hot day.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was young. My youngest memories include our family Labs who were sweet silly, treat-loving dogs. Almost fifteen years ago, my family adopted Clover, a Schnauzer poodle who loves to sit outside and bask in the sun. Recently, my family adopted Theo, a chocolate Lab who is a silly boy who loves playing with squeaky toys and running outside. I enjoy playing with dogs, taking them on walks, or simply relaxing by their side. Throughout my childhood, I would often cat and dog sit for my neighbors, making sure each pet gets the care and attention they deserve. I love spending time with animals, and appreciate that each pet has their own personality and boundaries. I have some training skills, and have taken care of senior pets as well. I’ve watched over more reactive dogs, but prefer interacting with dogs that are calmer and approachable. I’m currently working remotely part-time so I have flexibility in my schedule and would love to care for your furry friend. I can accommodate for most days, with some limitations Monday and Wednesday evenings. Let’s chat more about your needs and see what we can schedule. While caring for pets, I try to keep their routine consistent and follow all instructions you provide to ensure that pets stay safe and happy. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, playtime, and movement based on their needs and personality. I also keep the home tidy and clean.
