There will be at least a few glamour shots. Amenities available at no charge with owner consent: bed, fluffy couch cover, toys, all washed between guests, and Charlee Bear treats :) Pet care fits naturally into my routine; I work from home on flexible hours and can adjust my schedule to fit your pet’s needs. I’m especially available for morning, and midday walks or check-ins during the week and weekends. Since I don’t currently have pets of my own, I love having dedicated time to focus on yours. Whether you need a consistent weekly schedule or occasional help, I’m happy to work with you to find the right fit. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize keeping their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. I always follow your instructions closely; whether it's feeding schedules, medication, or favorite walking routes and make sure your pet feels safe, calm, and cared for while you're away. I’m attentive to body language and behavior, and I give pets plenty of space and comfort when they need it. I’ll also keep you updated with regular checkins and photos so you always know how your fur baby is doing. If walking, I always use secure leashes, avoid risky situations, and tailor the pace and route to your dog’s energy and needs. Your pet’s safety and happiness come first, every time.

I know that every pet is different, and I’ll always take the time to understand and follow your pet’s routine to keep them safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. About: Hi, I'm KJ! My friends and family will tell you I am a certified Dog Mom 4 Life. I have lived in Seattle for 3 years now, and my favorite thing to do is walk my dog, Odie. We wander all around the city and to every park we can find. He is a 2-year-old rescue chiweenie who loves to spend time with other dogs. I've learned a lot about dog behavior and training from the dogs I've rescued. I've had a labradoodle, a Brussels Griffon mix, some shih tzus, a terrier mix, and now my chiweenie. I have experience with dogs of all ages (I have a special place in my heart for lil' senior pups). I've worked with reactive dogs who struggle to walk on a leash, which has taught me a lot of patience and improved my training skills. I know what it is like to need a helping hand, especially with fur babies. I would love to work with a variety of clients. Whether you need a consistent mid-day walker so you don't have to worry about long work days, or someone to check in on your fur baby when unexpected burdens arise, I am your gal! I'm more than happy to schedule day-of drop-ins, but I am currently taking public transit to get around, so please keep that in mind. I would love to schedule some consistent clients to provide a good mid-day walk to give your pup a break. Hopefully Odie can join us! Odie and I live in a studio apartment inside a building, so even if he bolts out the door, he can't get very far. I also keep up a baby gate to provide an extra barrier between him and the door. I have cameras to monitor the dogs if I do have to leave for a bit. They typically have free range of the studio area during the day. I keep the bathroom door closed, and I've "baby-proofed" the entire room for my small dogs. I feel comfortable crating or fencing in dogs if necessary.

About: I have been a dog mom for 15 years and a cat mom for 3. I have lived in homes with pups my whole life and have cared for dogs from miniature schnauzers to pit bulls. Happy to invite your pets into my home if they are cat friendly. I am available for checking in on your dog from your home throughout the week and can offer potty breaks 2-4 times a day, depending on your dog’s needs. I am available for dog sitting from your residence as well. I am confident with all dog breeds and love big dogs and little dogs alike. I am very active and know great walking routes all around the city.

I'm a freelance software engineer with control over my schedule and a very predictable routine. I can accommodate walks almost any time during the day with a little notice. I live in an apartment in SLU with a very high energy beagle. I know how to keep him stimulated and and well exercised. We know all the parks and neighborhoods nearby and where to get a drink of water on a hot day.

About: I’ve had dogs for 30+ years… Most recently two french bulldogs and a vizsla! I raised them all from puppies to old age. I’m experienced at all the stages and issues that loving and caring for animal requires. I’m semi retired and have a lot of time and energy to care for your pets. I recently lost my french bulldog Pierre to old age and cancer… I have a lot of love to give to your pet and can’t wait to meet them. I work from home a few hours a week… I’m active and love to walk along the waterfront. I do not have a yard… I live in a small apt above the pike place market.
