“Luci is such a dog lover! She attuned to our 9 month Havanese right away and was knowledgeable about dog behavior and safety, having been a dog parent herself for many years. We are so grateful to have found her when we needed care in a pinch and look forward to using her again.”

“Leo had a wonderful day hanging out with Megan’s pooch and going on a nice walk. Megan is extremely easy to work with, checks in, and is very good with Leo. Leo will definitely put them on his list of places He wants to go.”

About: I grew up taking care of a Lab and German Shepards, but now I have an 8-lb dachshund-poodle mix. The little guy is the proud owner of two humans who work from home and wait on him (and your dog) hand and foot. He grew up around a large dog and is friendly with all sizes! I work from home, so I’m able to adapt to the needs of the pets in my care. With my own dog, I walk him first thing when I wake up and every few hours throughout the day. I have an apartment with a fenced in patio, but for the bathroom and walks, I take pets outside. I live in a walkable area with green spaces. I do not take dogs to dog parks or let them off leash.
“Ronaldo had a blast with Alessandra! Best Rover sitter ever 🥰. She took him on walks around town and let him play with her dog. He fit right in at her home. Thanks for taking such good care of him.”

“Took my young pup to David’s for her first puppy day care. I was worried she may have separation anxiety but lo and behold she was fine and seemed happy at David’s. David took her out for a walk 4 times and played with her a lot. She came home tired, which was nice. :)”

“Hands down the best sitter I’ve found in this city. Erica is super communicative and friendly. She has a lot of experience with dogs and she understands their behaviors well. My dog picked up on her warm energy and I could tell she had a great time. Can’t recommend Erica enough!”

“Wonderful! Took great care of my dog and gave updates according to my requested schedule. Was also very understanding of some last minute scheduling changes that came up. Would absolutely book again!”

“Kianah did daycare for Mondo 3 days in a row and she was fabulous! She took him on adventures to the beach, let him explore her apartment, and gave lots of cuddles between her and her younger brother. He was so excited to see her each morning at drop off which is always such a great sign. She was easy to communicate with for drop off and pick up and was accommodating when I had to make changes. Would definitely use her again.”

“Jill & Jacob are lovely. They were so flexible and accepted a request to watch my precious pup Luke at a short notice. They sent me updates throughout Luke’s stay and it seemed like Luke made himself comfortable right away. Luke was happy and healthy when I picked him up. What more can a pet parent ask for? :) Thanks Jill & Jacob!”

“Jade was great with my pup! She sent pictures and updates throughout the day. She hosted daycare for my puppy two days in a row and upon drop off on the second day, my pup was excitedly wagging his tail in greeting. My dog thoroughly enjoyed playing with her two dogs, demonstrated by how he got home and promptly napped!”

“Ponyo is a phenomenal person, has a great place/home for your dog. We’re came from California for our son’s wedding, and she accommodated our golden retriever like he was a family member. A+. Would recommend her in a moment. 10/10”

“Teresa was awesome, very friendly and great commentator. She was very flexible with her time in order to make our first visit work. Tycho settled in great. Looking forward to his next visit.”

“Catherine was a wonderful caretaker for my little one for daycare. I loved getting updates about their walks, and she sent me beautiful photos of him - which I had to download because the photos were so nice! She was communicative, warm, and thoughtful - I appreciate her confidence about caring for my pup. Loved knowing my pup was in great, caring, loving arms during his stay! Would highly recommend and will rebook with Catherine!”

“Xuan was so great with our dog Benji and I can’t thank her enough for accommodating our last minute scheduling request! I really appreciated that she asked questions ahead of time and day of to understand Benji’s needs. Can’t say enough good things and will definitely be booking her again!”

“I can always count on Danielle to take excellent care of my dog, Goldie. Every time Goldie stays with her, she comes back happy, well-exercised, and clearly loved. Goldie gets excited the moment she sees her, which speaks volumes about the bond they’ve built.”

About: I’ve been a lifelong animal lover and have shared my life with pets since I was two years old. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, ferrets, and mice — so I’m comfortable with a wide variety of needs. I’m a currently a cat mom - who, by the way, is an absolute lover and will try to befriend anything with a pulse that enters my apartment). My pervious child was a dog who lived to be 15 and required a fair amount of senior care, including oral medications and regular injections for arthritis. I am a work from home girlie so my schedule is very flexible. I am, for the most part, able to accommodate your time constraints. I live in an apartment building with safe walking areas nearby and a cozy, pet-friendly space inside. While I don’t have a yard, there is a dog park close by and will make sure pets get plenty of outside time and walks. When I’ve used Rover myself, I was always reassured with receiving picture updates — so I make it a point to do the same for pet parents. My goal is to make your pets feel comfortable, cared for, and loved, while giving you peace of mind.
“Debra is very sweet and I am happy that she and Audrey are now friends. I enjoyed that she kept me up to date with pics of Audrey :) thank you Debra! See you again soon!”

“Alejandra is a wonderful sitter. She handled Jake’s separation anxiety well and initial behavior around other dogs and soon enough he was comfortable with her and giving her licks. We enjoyed the many cute photos and videos of Jake at home and on their walks. Highly recommend Alejandra for the excellent care and would definitely rebook with her in the future. Thank you!!”

“Michelle has been amazing with my very active dog Oreo. I had him in her daycare for two days and my pup is just so happy to see her. She truly goes above and beyond and you know it is coming from a place of love for animals. She sent pics regularly, checks on allergies before giving him treats. Reports on walks, pee poop etc. Will definitely use Michelle again for my dog’s care in the future.”

Amazing care. Super responsive. This is my first rover experience and I was a little nervous trusting our puppy with strangers for the first time - Michelle went above and beyond - proactively sharing updates on our dog Hazel throughout the day. 10/10 - would recommend.

My dog and I are new clients of Quinnie. Quinnie has been wonderful, kind and caring. She is thorough in getting care information and learning about my dog. She does a wonderful job communicating, even asking me how much communication I need and want. My dog is very comfortable and seems to enjoy her time with Quinnie! She has taken great care of my dog with 1 overnight and several daycare stays. We are so glad to have found Quinnie! Would recommend!

An amazing experience with Komal. Finley is usually very slow to warm up to people and so I was hesitant to even think about getting a sitter. On the very first day of daycare, Finley was already giving her hugs, laying on the sofa and in bed with her. Komal has such a welcoming spirit and soul and think Finley knew that very well and was immediately comfortable with letting his guard down and turning into the sweetest baby. By day 2 he was running to greet her to spend his day with her. From park walks, to the beach and helping him socialize, she has brought out the best in Finley. If I could give Komal 10 stars I would. She has been very amazing, patient and loving. We will definitely be booking again 😁

Megan was amazing with our young boxer puppy. She communicated clearly, kept us up to date throughout the day, and gave Lola the same loving care we would at home. Her dog, Maple, was an adorable and gentle companion, and it was so nice knowing Lola had a buddy to play with. We highly recommend Megan especially for anyone using Rover for the first time. We had a wonderful experience!
