Any pet owner knows that how their pets react to someone is a hugely important indicator. When my dog Rosie saw Erin show up for the second housesitting stay, Rosie was ecstatic. She was so happy, running about, picking up toys to show them, and truly yelping with glee. What made it even better was seeing how genuinely excited Erin was to see Rosie again too, they truly love pets in a deep and meaningful way. I truly have too much positive to say about Erin to fit here and in my prior review. “Dana was so good with my kitties! Pistachio is a shy, nervous cat and doesn't usually get comfortable around people easily - and she was so comfortable around Dana that she got on her lap on the second day of sitting! She also was very communicative and sent me photos as I had requested. When I got home, it was clear that both the kitties and my apartment had been well cared for. 10/10 would book again!”

“I am so grateful for Elise's patience and understanding given the particular challenges Pedrito has. My dog can be very reactive and territorial and has a hard time with new people. We arranged to meet before she I went away and it was clear her demeanor (so calm, and patient and kind) is a perfect match for my little nugget. I very much recommend Elise for dog sitting. She was prepared and asked about any medications, or special needs Pedrito may have. Luckily he does not, but it's clear she was on top of his schedule and made sure he got his carrots and greenies like normal when I'm here. Having a reactive dog can be tough, and I do my best to set him up for success. Thanks Elise for bearing with all the detailed instructions and the one time he growled at you for daring to enter the apartment! He was so happy when I returned and I'm so glad we found Elise on here!”

Cameron went above and beyond when cat sitting for me. He watched over my two cats while I was away for two weeks. He visited the cats twice daily and sent me frequent updates and photos. The house was just as clean as I left it when I returned. One of my cats was refusing to take his pills, so Cameron went out of his way to suggest alternative pill pockets which my cat ended up liking. I’d be happy to hire Cameron again
The best sitter on Rover. Sam was wonderful with my boy, and she sent me several videos and pictures throughout the day to make sure I knew he was doing well. She also made sure he got his medication on time. I was truly able to step away and feel relaxed knowing he was so well taken care of.
Meira is a true dog person. My dog adores her, trusts her, and is enthusiastic to be with her -- which is really what you want when you have to leave your furry family member with a sitter! Meira has a ton of dog experience, asks great questions about my preferences (and our dog's), and treats your pooch as a family member. Your pet will be loved and snuggled and stimulated and in very good hands.
We are so grateful to Jasmine for taking care of our two senior cats, who usually suffer from travel anxiety. She was a fantastic communicator and an excellent houseguest. Best of all, she took such great care of our cats that we came home to two happy, healthy, and relaxed pets.
Austin did an amazing job with my pets. To the point where when I went to bed after getting back, my pug went looking for him before coming to bed as well. The pets were happy, healthy, and seemed to be very well loved during our absence. I'll be looking to use him again any time we need someone to help with the animals, and I'd wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for the same.
This was our second stay, and it was just as wonderful as the first. She took amazing care of my senior dog, was incredibly patient and communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable. She also left my home clean and tidy. We’d absolutely book again!
From first to last, I had a great experience with Meadow! Within a few hours of requesting her, she was at my house, getting to know my indoor-outdoor cat and finding out what the job entailed. It was a tricky situation, as I've also been feeding a stray cat, who likes to come inside and spray, but Meadow was completely unbothered by this. She asked questions, took notes, and came across as the pro she is. During the trip, Meadow gave me frequent updates about both cats, with photos, and I could tell they were receiving the highest quality of care. My kids and I were at a large family reunion. There was a ton going on, and it was so nice to be able to chill and just enjoy it! When I got back, the house was in great shape and so were the two cats. I'm really grateful and would absolutely hire her again.
