She skillfully administered her insulin, was flexible in handling a surprise repairman visit and kept us frequently updated on how Lucky was doing. I could see right away that she had a lot of experience dealing with and caring for animals just by the questions she asked during our meet and greet and her responses to my dogs specific temperaments. She was always super positive and cheerful whenever we communicated and was super professional even in stressful situations (like when our AC broke?). She also took a lot of photos each day and kept me updated on how things were going- which I really appreciated! We will definitely be using Isabella’s services again in the future!”
