About: I’ve had dogs for 30+ years… Most recently two french bulldogs and a vizsla! I raised them all from puppies to old age. I’m experienced at all the stages and issues that loving and caring for animal requires. I’m semi retired and have a lot of time and energy to care for your pets. I recently lost my french bulldog Pierre to old age and cancer… I have a lot of love to give to your pet and can’t wait to meet them. This was the first time I've ever used a dog sitting app and was kind of nervous and after a communicated that to Anyssa she was amazing at coaching any reservations I had about the whole thing and let me know that my Prince would be in good hands. I was only going to a concert and was only supposed to be gone an hour or two but the concert went on longer than I thought it would and she was completely understanding about the whole situation and made sure to send me many photos to make sure that I knew my prince was doing great. And with my prince being a husky he was quite vocal and she was very interesting about that and made an exception of her rule watching only crate train dogs seeing as my prince is not crate trained. About: Hi, I'm KJ! My friends and family will tell you I am a certified Dog Mom 4 Life. I have lived in Seattle for 3 years now, and my favorite thing to do is walk my dog, Odie. We wander all around the city and to every park we can find. He is a 2-year-old rescue chiweenie who loves to spend time with other dogs. I've learned a lot about dog behavior and training from the dogs I've rescued. I've had a labradoodle, a Brussels Griffon mix, some shih tzus, a terrier mix, and now my chiweenie. I have experience with dogs of all ages (I have a special place in my heart for lil' senior pups). I've worked with reactive dogs who struggle to walk on a leash, which has taught me a lot of patience and improved my training skills. I know what it is like to need a helping hand, especially with fur babies. I would love to work with a variety of clients. Whether you need a consistent mid-day walker so you don't have to worry about long work days, or someone to check in on your fur baby when unexpected burdens arise, I am your gal! I keep the bathroom door closed, and I've "baby-proofed" the entire room for my small dogs. I feel comfortable crating or fencing in dogs if necessary.

I absolutely love spending time with my own dog and seeing him happy, and I want to be able to provide a safe and happy environment for your pet when you are unable to be there! About: I’ve always lived with pets. My family always had small dogs (westies!), and in early adulthood with roommates I lived with a medium sized dog and multiple cats. Now it’s just me and my orange tabby cat (and I hope to have a dog again someday!). Outside of my home, I’ve watched my friends’ and families’ pets for years. I think pets are truly a part of the family and will treat your pets with love and care. Personally, I worry about my pet when she’s home alone, and I want to ease those worries for other pet parents! I work completely remotely with a fairly flexible schedule. I can almost always check on your pet morning, lunch/mid-day, and evenings. With enough notice, I can make other times during the day work as well. I don’t offer services to have your pets stay at my home. I have a small apartment, so it wouldn’t be ideal for the animals’ comfort.

About: I have a soft spot for senior animals especially cats and dogs, but have experience with all ages and care needs. Also familiar with rabbit care and bird sitting. I work a four day work week so I’m typically available for long weekends starting Fridays. And am happy to stay with pets or board during the week, typically I work from home Tuesdays and Thursdays For boarding it would be easier to house cats and small dogs in my studio. I live very close to kinnear park which has trails and a dog park, so exercise should not be an issue, mostly just space. If you have a larger dog I’m happy to keep them company in your home and am willing to walk for generally up to 30min occasionally longer.

About: Dogs, cats, and countless other hobby farm animals have been in my life since before I can remember. I have had upwards of 10 years raising, training, and taking care of dogs. “Samantha was absolutely wonderful taking care of Teddy. Teddy had lots of fun playing with Samantha, meeting her friends and taking very long walks with her! Samantha was so patient with Teddy when he was first nervous. She sent me consistent updates on Teddy & each time, it looked like he was having a blast. In fact, after she took care of Teddy, Teddy & I ran into her on a walk and he was soooo excited to see her again. Definitely recommend Samantha - she was kind, responsive, and made Teddy feel right at home in her place.”

I received several pictures and videos each day and she was very communicative throughout his stay. “Davis was fantastic with our dog, a 75 lb mixed breed. She is very anxious when we leave her with a sitter. She’s also sometimes stand offish with men she doesn’t know, but she liked Davis immediately when we met him in a meet and greet before our trip. Davis’ calm, confident way with dogs put us at ease, and we felt comfortable leaving our pup with him for a full week. A few days before our trip, our dog got a dog bite that got infected, so we had to leave her with new medications and care instructions. Davis handled everything with no stress, made sure she got her medication, and took great care of her while she healed. We came home to a happy, healthy dog and would absolutely hire Davis again and recommend to others.”
