“Roman is the best! I have a very high energy pup that needs lots of support & attention. Roman did an amazing job caring for my pup. Great communication and very responsive.”

“Carly was amazing! Very flexible as I had to schedule the visits last minute. Excellent communication and she took lots of photos of my two boys! My one cat is very skittish and tends to hide around new people but he came out for her and let her give him pets! They clearly liked and trusted her. Very grateful to know they were taken such good care of while I was away. Will definitely use her again in the future!”

“Olena was absolutely wonderful! This was my dog Charlie’s first time staying home alone, and she completely put my mind at ease. She was prompt, reliable, and incredibly responsive throughout every visit. I loved receiving photos and updates, which helped me feel connected and reassured while I was away. Olena made sure Charlie got his walks, plenty of attention, and lots of love during her check-ins. It was clear that she genuinely cared about his well-being and comfort. Knowing he was in such capable and caring hands made all the difference. I would absolutely book with Olena again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, communicative, and compassionate pet sitter. Thank you, Olena, for taking such great care of Charlie! 💕”

“Angela went the extra mile and was so diligent with everything! My cat absolutely loved her, happy I found a pet sitter that cares so much! Will definitely be rebooking for future travel :)”

“Maria went above and beyond for my 2 rabbits. I didn't have to worry about them while I was away because Maria followed all of my care instructions and sent updates and photos every day. Thank you!”
“Natalia is a wonderful sitter! She was very thorough, communicative, and captured many cute photos of our kitty. Denali was comfortable with her from the start. She helped make us feel comfortable while out of town, and we would absolutely book her again!”

About: I’ve taken care of my beloved family dog, a Miniature Schnauzer, since her adoption when I was 11 years old. Over the years I’ve done petsitting for dogs of small-large sizes, and ages 1 year-14 years, for families close to mine or with a more distant connection. I pride myself in my close attention to your pet’s health and safety: strict diet adherence (sorry doggos, I know you would prefer all the human food!), responsible leashing on walks, restraint in the car, and plenty of love and play. Most recently I cared for a very sweet medium-large Australian Shepherd who loves frisbee fetch and his squeaky toy :) My motivation for seeking pet care roles comes from my love for spending time with dogs and cats, and (let’s be honest) I’m a college student who could use a little more cash and a little more critter cuddles. I am most available on weekends, starting Fridays in the early afternoon and ending Monday early mornings. As a college student, I do have other gaps throughout the week and on breaks that I would be happy to discuss. I care deeply about safety in everything I do, and especially with your fuzzy family member. I also work in a research lab, so I am no stranger to following procedures- however complicated your pet’s routines are, I will stick to them! If your pet likes to visit parks a little bit away from your home, I’m happy to take them on short drives. I have a valid driver’s license and have never gotten a ticket, and I will only allow drives if your pet has a soft carrier, harness seat belt, or other restraints. I believe keeping pets entertained helps them stay out of dangerous mischief, so it’s a good thing scritches and play are some of my favorite things to do too :)
“First time booking with Rachael and she was amazing! Even my shy cat came out to say hi and get pets from her! Definitely will rebook next time I’m out of town! Thanks again! Bubbles and Buttercup say thanks too lol”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was young. My youngest memories include our family Labs who were sweet silly, treat-loving dogs. Almost fifteen years ago, my family adopted Clover, a Schnauzer poodle who loves to sit outside and bask in the sun. Recently, my family adopted Theo, a chocolate Lab who is a silly boy who loves playing with squeaky toys and running outside. I enjoy playing with dogs, taking them on walks, or simply relaxing by their side. Throughout my childhood, I would often cat and dog sit for my neighbors, making sure each pet gets the care and attention they deserve. I love spending time with animals, and appreciate that each pet has their own personality and boundaries. I have some training skills, and have taken care of senior pets as well. I’ve watched over more reactive dogs, but prefer interacting with dogs that are calmer and approachable. I’m currently working remotely part-time so I have flexibility in my schedule and would love to care for your furry friend. I can accommodate for most days, with some limitations Monday and Wednesday evenings. Let’s chat more about your needs and see what we can schedule. While caring for pets, I try to keep their routine consistent and follow all instructions you provide to ensure that pets stay safe and happy. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, playtime, and movement based on their needs and personality. I also keep the home tidy and clean. Communication is important to me, so I’m happy to send updates on how things are going. My ultimate goal is to make sure both the pet and owner feel comfortable and confident in my care.

October 2026-September 2027 Seattle area. I already have 2 confirmed housesits and am currently interviewing for more. One of the benefits of the area that I live is that we are surrounded by nature so there are many animals here. Sometimes when I open my front door in the morning there are deer in front of my gate waiting to see what will happen at breakfast time. Travel/Work/experience: 1993-1994 Worked for a historical museum in Ukraine. Was responsible for finding and conducting video interviews with Ukrainian Holocaust survivors. Specifically we were looking for survivors of Einsatzgruppen events. 1994-1995 High school History/English teacher in Bratislava, Slovakia. 1995-1997 Teacher and then manager of a private language school in Moscow, Russia. 1997-1998 Manager of a bar/restaurant, Koh Samet, Thailand. I ran a beachfront bar with 15 bungalows and a small restaurant. Was responsible for all operations, payroll, staffing etc. 50-100 customers daily. 1998-1999 History/English instructor for City University of Seattle. 1999-2002 Worked as a deckhand in Alaska on Salmon and Crab boats. Yes, exactly as in the Deadliest Catch but 7 years before the show started. Was on my boat each year for between 8-10 months. 2002-present. Owner of a private Language School. I have slowly grown my school into one of the largest language schools in Slovakia. I currently have a staff of over 50 teachers teaching English, German, French, Russian, Spanish, Italian as well as Slovak for the many foreign managers living and working in multinational companies. My school cooperates with most of the large multinational companies in the area. I also cooperate quite closely with the local and state police departments as well as the mayor and city council all of whom are my students. While I will be house-sitting for you I will be managing my private Language School online. I will always have time to take care of the homes that I sit for as well as the pets regular routine. I always try my best to maintain the same pet schedule. 1st of all I LOVE ANIMALS! Our home in Slovakia is located up on the hill in the woods overlooking the lake. We have a large orchard and our nearest neighbor is about 300 m from us. We currently have 7 cats in various phases of either living, hanging out, or adding us to their busy social/feeding routine. During the Summer I take care of 2 friends' homes so I take care of their dogs, cats, fish, and even a very old turtle. as well. I travel to the U.S. regularly to visit friends/family each and this website is a perfect fit for my lifestyle as I manage my school remotely. To be quite honest, for all of the travelling I have done over the past 30 years, I have not travelled nor experienced the U.S. much which is another reason I have joined this website. I thought it would be a great way to see the U.S. as well as spend time with lots of great pets! I could take you anywhere you wanted on the Budapest metro blindfolded but have never been to Washington D.C. for example. Please feel free to contact me so we can speak in person about your pets, home and your requirements.
“Noah was amazing with our two pups while we were away on vacation. He gave us confidence in his care from the moment we introduced him to the dogs. Will be using him for all of our trips!”

About: I learned how to care for dogs when I found my soul pup as a 19 year old college sophomore. I researched high and low, consulted with any and every dog expert I could get ahold of, and have since tried every single day to give my baby the best life he deserves. That’s the level of passion and care I bring to pet sitting. I truly understand how important our pets are, from setting routines with them to managing their healthcare, to training and (they might say most importantly) playtime. 😉 When it comes to dog walking, sitting, training, or just a midday check in & fetch, I’d love to help you live your life comfortably knowing your pet is in the best hands. I currently work part-time as a barista and part-time as a remote social media assistant so my schedule is incredibly flexible. This gives me ample time to support you and your pet’s schedule, providing care when you need it! I live in a 2 bedroom apartment in a very walkable neighborhood with multiple parks nearby. My dog is incredibly friendly (we used to live with two other dogs) and he loves to have play dates or sleepovers with fellow furry friends. If your pup ever needs a friend, he’s here :) If you’d like in-home care for your pet, I’m happy to do so as well! In these cases, my partner takes care of our dog at our home and does not need to come along.
“Amy was absolutely amazing watching my cat! I really appreciated that she stopped by before my trip to meet him - it’s obvious that she loves animals, he was comfortable around her right away! She provided great updates and adorable pictures while I was gone, I felt so relaxed knowing that she was taking care of him. She even left an adorable Polaroid picture of my cat! I’ll absolutely book with Amy anytime I travel - thank you!”

“Teddy let me know when he arrived, sent photos, and spent time playing with my dogs after their dinner. Dogs were happy and the house was perfect when I got home. Highly recommend!”

“Riley was super reliable and communicative, and took great care of my cat for a couple of weeks while I was out of town! She provided clear and detailed updates after each visit, including a bunch of pictures. I definitely recommend her!”

“We can not thank Elizabeth enough. Last minute we needed someone to look over our 3 year old frenchie while we went on a trip back home, and with in a couple hours of putting in a request with Elizabeth she responded saying she would do it! While we were gone we received updates and pictures regarding how Vader was doing! If you have any hesitations I hope this helps because Elizabeth is amazing! Thank you again so much!”

About: I grew up with a cat and labrador retriever in the house and took responsibility for their care. I have two cats that I love very much :) I have experience in a veterinary clinic as a veterinary assistant and have been around a wide range of animals. I have experience with daily care, cleaning, playing, walking, and keeping an eye on anything amiss. I’m currently working part-time, so I have availability majority of the time. My cats are independent so I am able to house sit as well as leave for extended periods of time to care for other animals. I am an active person and am outside very often. I can easily take your dog on walks, as I live near a lot of walking trails. I have a car which provides me reliable transportation. I care most about animals well-being and safety and will communicate as often as possible.

Annie was amazing! She took meticulous care of my two cats (went above and beyond and fixed their broken water fountain while I was out, kept the cats' mess as tidy as possible), sent me AMAZING pictures, and was a great communicator. I felt absolutely worry-free as she took care of my cats, and I would absolutely recommend her!!

Carter is the best! He truly went above and beyond in every way. He was incredibly thoughtful, attentive, and made sure our cats received excellent care, attention, and love. We felt completely at ease knowing they were in such good hands, and we would absolutely book with him again.

Sherlock was in great hands while I was away. I really appreciated the updates and photos, and it was obvious he was well cared for and comfortable. It’s such a relief to know I can travel without worrying about him. I would happily book again and highly recommend this sitter!

Morgan was absolutely fantastic. One of our cats is a bit slow to open up, and she gave her plenty of time to warm up at her own pace. Within just a couple days, both our cats were asking her for attention and coming out for playtime. We came home to very happy cats and a very clean apartment. I asked if she could water some plants and pick up some packages as well. All our packages were brought in safely and all plants were flourishing when we returned. I’d highly recommend Morgan if you need a responsible cat and house sitter who is amazing at communication.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Amethyst! She took amazing care of my cat, Steve, and treated him like he was her own. She was kind, reliable, and gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. I came home to a happy kitty and couldn’t have asked for a better sitter!

Once again, Natalia did an amazing job taking care of my cat. She’s always attentive, very communicative, and makes sure everything is taken care of while I’m away. She is incredibly sweet, dependable, and someone I trust completely. I’m so grateful to have found her.❤️
