About: I’m a dog mom of two. I’ve raised them both from puppies and we walk three times a day. I’ve been a reliable dog sitter for friends and family for years. I work a very flexible job in SLU where I can shift my hours around both consistent and more spontaneous dog needs. I’m also available for morning walks Monday, Wednesday, Friday and evening walks Monday-Friday. Weekends are flexible. If you prefer just a drop in for your dog, I’m happy to come in, let them out, give breakfast or dinner, and play in house.

About: I’ve pet sat for my friends on multiple occasions and even had a dog of my own (technically my boyfriend’s) for 2 years - before he took a job and moved to Hawaii. Now, I’m without my sweet, living, gentle Penny & I have so much love & care to give to other furry pets! I work 4 ten hour days Mon through Thu, so I will have my weekends open to check on, stay with or walk your beloved furry. I talk to my furry friends and I approach them in a calm and safe, not anxious, manner. I would say I’m pretty in-tune to a pets needs & dogs & cats seem to love me! But I check to make sure they’re fed, they drank water, they’re walked, sometimes they may need stimulation - so some engaging play. I can be firm if need be.

About: I've grown up taking care of family, friends, and neighbor's dogs of all sizes, responsible for walking, feeding, cleaning, and the general wellbeing of the dog. I also have experience with less-trained dogs, recently being responsible for rescuing, feeding, cleaning, and housing a stray dog. I am currently a student at the University of Washington and a rugby player, but I have a good amount of free time on weekdays and weekends to spend with your dogs! I am available all day Friday and Sunday, with varying availability on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday (please reach out for specific details!). My home is currently unavailable to host your pets, but I am careful to play with the pets in appropriate environments (situational based on home and yard space, surrounding area, owner comfort), and feed, walk, and clean them, along with any other responsibilities I am tasked with. About: I’ve had dogs of my own since I was 21, sometimes up to 3 at a time of various ages and types. I’ve used positive reinforcement training techniques on my own dogs but understand everyone chooses a training style best for them and their pets and I’m happy to maintain that for you and your pet. I have a soft spot for senior dogs and smaller dogs, though all are dogs are great in my books. I often dog sit for friends and my mother and enjoy being with dogs in general. My current dog is a large senior so I’m very comfortable with that population of dogs, including medication and speciality diet, mobility issues and assistance, vision and hearing issues and canine cognitive decline. I also do really well with shy dogs. I work fully remote from home and only leave my dog at home alone (under the watchful eye of Furbo) for up to 4 hours at a time. My day always starts with an long potty outing or walk (anywhere between 7-8AM) and my dog and I talk walks or potty outing every 3-4 hours throughout the day. We always take a long walk somewhere in the day and we have outings (ex. Hanging out at Fremont Brewing or Gas Works) at least a couple times a week. Meals happens 2x a day, morning and evening. I live in apartment but we take lots of walks throughout the day. My dog Walt has a crate in my apartment where he hangs out with I work but I don’t leave him in there when I leave the apartment. My dog sleeps in my bedroom on his bed, but is allowed on the couch/furniture. I had a patio that we hang out on, where I keep a elevated cooling dog bed.

When booking, feel free to note I your dog has any special care, or if they have any limits to how long to be left in the house. On some days I might be gone for 1-2 hours, some not at all, and some special events might be 3-6 hours. I will however tailor this to the preference of you as a dog owner and your dogs need. We have a fenced-in yard and have a great neighborhood with safe sidewalks to walk your pets. We also have a house with limited stairs, should that be a concern. I’m also happy to get your high energy dog running/fetching as we have parks nearby.
