“Eric took great care of Blue during daycare! I got tons of photos and text updates throughout the day to keep me updated and make sure I knew how Blue was doing! The dogs are never alone and he always pays close attention to them and adjusts to suit every dogs specific needs.”

“We absolutely LOVED our time with Cheryl. She was so attentive to all of Millie’s needs and truly went above and beyond. She’s experienced, kind, reliable, and even spent time training Millie! We would definitely recommend her services and will be booking again.”

“My pup, Gemma, loves Ling and is always happy to go to daycare. She is always happy and tired when I pick her up. <3 Thanks for dependable daycare for my girl.”

“Lauren provides outstanding care for my dog, Phoebe, during daycare. I love receiving regular updates and photos, which gives me great peace of mind while I'm at work. When I pick Phoebe up, she’s always happy and relaxed, and now she gets excited when we arrive for drop-off. I rely on Lauren’s daycare services weekly and will definitely be booking Phoebe for overnight boarding when I go away. Highly recommend – 5 stars!”

About: I've had dogs and cats my whole life. Pet care comes natural to me and I have loads of personal experience with regular vet visits, giving medication, and keeping pets safe, happy and well cared for. I have two friendly and sweet cats that are friendly to dogs but generally avoid them. They spend most of their time on my balcony watching birds or up high hanging out on one of their cat trees. I love cats and dogs equally I never felt like a one or the other person. I make sure to play with each of them daily and give them individual attention so they know they’re loved and cared for. I raised a Mini Goldendoodle named Matcha with my roommate from a puppy to an adult lovingly. We attended puppy classes at paws 4 training, like most people in the Freemont / Wallingford area. Sadly she moved out recently. I’m looking to share my experience and care with some new doggos. I am in the habit of daily park trips with my dog, to woodland park or for long walks around greenlake. I like to do potty walks every 3-4 hours. I’m happy to do so more often whenever needed. I prefer to sit one dog at a time or two if they are from the same owner so we can make the most of our time together. As a lifetime cat owner I am happy to trim nails if requested, comb daily, spoil, and play with them lots. Vet visits if requested. I’m very close to Northwest vets in on stone way and the greenlake animal hospital. I’ve got all the necessary cat and dog supplies, gates if needed, a large soft crate if needed, a smaller metal crate, leashes, fancy jackets, a couple fun things for holiday photos. :) I’m happy to do a meet and greet to see if we are a good fit at my apartment or at the park. I’m happy to do house sitting as well, sometimes I’ll get bored and clean I always leave a place as clean but more likely cleaner than I found. Right now, I have a very flexible schedule. I generally work from home and Rover is a full time gig for me. I always try to only watch one dog at a time however if there is a day or two overlap I will check with both owners before accepting. I have an unfenced yard /shared dog area and lovely kind neighbors who also have pets. I take my dogs to woodland park to the grass to play fetch, the dog park or we go on long walks around the neighborhood. There’s a nice trail on the next block for doggies who need privacy when pooping. We like to take leisurely sniff walks or potty walks around Wallingford and Fremont (wallymont). I can’t help but take pictures regularly so I will keep you up to date. I have a spacious apartment for rainy days we can play ball down the long hallways or tug in the wide living room. Pets are allowed on furniture and beds. And everything is cleaned regularly including doggie beds and blankets. If you want to provide that for them for their comfort that is always welcome.

“Zachary was so great with our dog Stevie and was really accommodating to our abnormal work schedule. He was willing to come pick her up and drop her off so that I didn’t need to worry about pickup and drop off before and after a 12 hr shift. It gave me such peace of mind to know she was cared for during the day.”

“Megan, Alex, and Maple were so good to CC! Maple had great puppy energy and CC came home wiped out from a fun play session. I booked pretty last minute and was happy they were able to watch her for me. Would love to have her go back!”

“Katie was great!! Eddie needs gentle introduction to new people and dogs and Katie handled everything perfectly. And Sophie is a well socialized dog buddy for E. Recommend!”

“Really appreciate Anastasia helping to dog sit Luna these past two days! As with our last stay, Luna had a great time. She had her exercise and her lounge/nap time on the balcony. She even got to go on a berry picking adventure! We should definitely book again!”

“Scott has been a great sitter for Millie! He is reliable and punctual, always meeting me downstairs at the arranged time for an efficient pick-up/drop-off. Millie loves going to daycare in the morning and comes home happy and well taken care of!”

“Kianah did daycare for Mondo 3 days in a row and she was fabulous! She took him on adventures to the beach, let him explore her apartment, and gave lots of cuddles between her and her younger brother. He was so excited to see her each morning at drop off which is always such a great sign. She was easy to communicate with for drop off and pick up and was accommodating when I had to make changes. Would definitely use her again.”

“My pup Cyrus loves his days with Kristin! She is an attentive sitter and her dogs are well behaved. Cyrus enjoys playing with Ned, and Kristin gives him lots of love and affection.”

About: Hi there! I’m a proud father of two and two lovable rescue dogs – both German Shepherd mixes, one of whom has taught me a lot about patience, training, and handling reactivity challenges. Whether your pup is a playful bundle of energy or a bit more cautious, I’ll make sure they’re safe, happy, and well cared for. With years of experience caring for dogs (and other animals from snakes to bees and everything in beween) of all shapes, sizes, and quirks, I bring both reliability and a love for animals to every walk, play session, or cozy stay. Your furry friend will get plenty of attention, exercise, and love – just like I’d want for my own dogs! Let’s make tails wag together! 🐶🐕 As a proud dog dad of two rescue pups, pet care is already a natural part of my daily life. From morning walks and feeding routines to playtime and quiet moments, caring for animals is something I prioritize and truly enjoy. My experience includes handling a reactive dog, which has taught me patience, structure, and the importance of consistency. Whether it’s fitting in evening check-ins, daily walks, or weekend adventures, I’m flexible and happy to tailor my schedule to meet your pet’s needs. I treat every pet as I do my own – with attention, care, and plenty of love.” Whether in my home or yours or walking your pup in the neighborhood or park, I provide a safe, calm, and loving environment for your pets. At my home, I follow a structured routine with plenty of walks, playtime, and downtime to ensure pets feel secure and comfortable. Since I have two German Shepherd rescues (including one with reactivity challenges - don't worry, she's great with other dogs. It's people she struggles with), I’m experienced in managing different personalities, energy levels, and sensitivities. Safety, supervision, and comfort are my top priorities. In your home, I respect your pet’s routine and environment. I’ll follow feeding schedules, provide fresh water, clean up after them, and make sure they get plenty of love, exercise, and attention. Whether that means a peaceful walk, playtime in the yard, or cozy companionship indoors, I adapt to your pet’s needs. I’m also happy to send regular updates so you know your furry friend is in great hands!
About: I’ve grown up with a lab and have had my own dog now for 2 years. I live in an apartment but it is 700 square feet and on street level so we have easy access to being outside. I am especially good with shy dogs, as my dog was a shelter dog that took a lot of time coming out of her shell. I work part time so have lots of time to hang with your pup! I have a 2 year old dog of my own, and we love going to dog parks, on hikes, or just for some sniffy walks. We would love your dog to join us! Dogs are allowed on furniture but can be crated if that is the preference. They will be outside at least 3x a day, and will have a total minimum exercise of 90 min!
About: I love dogs and am a very active person. I’m located in Fremont right next to the Burke Gilman trail and am going on walks and runs all the time. I have tons of dog walking experience and would love to take your dog on a walk! I work from home full time and have a very flexible schedule. My afternoons are spent coaching high school athletics but I love to get my daily walk in before then! I treat each and every dog as if they were my own. I will show them the love and care that they would normally get at home.
“Julie is an amazing doggie sitter! Our dog loved going to day care at her place for the evening, while we went out to celebrate a friend's birthday. We got pictures and updates throughout his stay with her, they went on a walk, and when we came back we found him super relaxed and happy; us coming back for him was not a big deal for him, he had THAT good a time. Her home is really lovely too. Julie was also really understanding with our changing schedule the day of the stay, and kindly looked after Victor a bit later than originally agreed upon so that we could wait for my friend's birthday cake to arrive :) A truly fantastic experience!”

“Jasmine was super accommodating and gave our pup lots of loving and exercise throughout the day. My family would definitely ask her to help us again in the future. We would also recommend her for sure.”

“My dog gets nervous and a little barky at new people, Tobais was incredibly accommodating to her needs and quirks! When I picked her up she was happy and tuckered out, I got plenty of pictures of her having fun on her walks and updates on how she was doing!”

Wallingford dog parents share their Rover experiences
Amazing care. Super responsive. This is my first rover experience and I was a little nervous trusting our puppy with strangers for the first time - Michelle went above and beyond - proactively sharing updates on our dog Hazel throughout the day. 10/10 - would recommend.

My dog and I are new clients of Quinnie. Quinnie has been wonderful, kind and caring. She is thorough in getting care information and learning about my dog. She does a wonderful job communicating, even asking me how much communication I need and want. My dog is very comfortable and seems to enjoy her time with Quinnie! She has taken great care of my dog with 1 overnight and several daycare stays. We are so glad to have found Quinnie! Would recommend!

Kianah did daycare for Mondo 3 days in a row and she was fabulous! She took him on adventures to the beach, let him explore her apartment, and gave lots of cuddles between her and her younger brother. He was so excited to see her each morning at drop off which is always such a great sign. She was easy to communicate with for drop off and pick up and was accommodating when I had to make changes. Would definitely use her again.

An amazing experience with Komal. Finley is usually very slow to warm up to people and so I was hesitant to even think about getting a sitter. On the very first day of daycare, Finley was already giving her hugs, laying on the sofa and in bed with her. Komal has such a welcoming spirit and soul and think Finley knew that very well and was immediately comfortable with letting his guard down and turning into the sweetest baby. By day 2 he was running to greet her to spend his day with her. From park walks, to the beach and helping him socialize, she has brought out the best in Finley. If I could give Komal 10 stars I would. She has been very amazing, patient and loving. We will definitely be booking again 😁

Megan was amazing with our young boxer puppy. She communicated clearly, kept us up to date throughout the day, and gave Lola the same loving care we would at home. Her dog, Maple, was an adorable and gentle companion, and it was so nice knowing Lola had a buddy to play with. We highly recommend Megan especially for anyone using Rover for the first time. We had a wonderful experience!

Antonio watched my dog with not even a 12 hour notice. He was kind and patient with my young pup and demonstrated skills consistent with a quality caretaker for my dog. He provided updates and pictures throughout the day and got my dog some much needed exercise. I am grateful he was able to help me in a time of need. His dog Rubie is a sweetheart too and was patient with my 1.5 year old pup.
