“Mary is incredible! Our dog is nervous about new people and Mary immediately put him at ease and got him moving on fun, vigorous walks. She provides great updates and photos so we can see how he is doing, and we know he is in great hands. She recently went above and beyond to care for him when he got sick, and let us know so we could head home to be with him and get to the vet. We are so grateful for her thoughtful and professional care of our dog, and we honestly can't say enough good things about her! Thank you, Mary!”

“Sebastian is kind, honest, reliable and communicative. He’s gone above and beyond to support my app-related questions, and he’s becoming an invaluable asset for Toby’s quality of life.”

“Eleni let me know as soon as she could take Callie and showed up right on time. I booked her very last minute since I was unexpectedly at home today. Callie came back happy and tired, which tells me it was a great walk!!”

“I booked Elizabeth to walk my dog while I was away on a work trip, and she was fantastic! She suggested a meet-and-greet beforehand, which I really appreciated. Throughout the process, she was attentive, communicative, and very friendly. I felt completely at ease leaving my dog in her care. I’d definitely book her again and recommend her!”
“Justin is reliable and communicated quickly and efficiently. He went out of his way to make sure Lili was taken care of even when he was given the wrong address on a miserable day in Seattle. I would definitely trust him with Lili again!”

“Maria was great! She showed up on time every day and sent photos and updates of my dog's walks. He looked happy, and I'm glad he got to get outside during my work day. I'll definitely be booking with her again.”

“Chandler was so awesome! She was able to accommodate last minute, and was very flexible when scheduling daily walks. She provided a ton of pictures and took such great care of my pup while I was gone. I would definitely recommend booking her for your pets needs!”

About: I have been around animals my entire life because of my big family, and have an approach to pet care that’s deeply empathetic and personal, and am willing to dedicate my time and energy to your animals personal needs. I have experience watching large dogs for extended periods of time, mediating conflict, and providing care for dogs with anxiety, diet, and behavioral issues. I have cared for senior dogs with health issues, and have owned cats personally my whole life. With that, I’ve gained a lot of experience when it comes to handling many probable feline scenarios that may arise. I am eager to gain more experience and be surrounded by animals as much as possible with my journey on rover!! I’m currently employed part time, but am looking to prioritize time spent with doggos or kitties in need of time and care! As it stands, I get my schedule weekly, but I’m very flexible. I’m free for boarding anytime past 7pm, and dog walking anytime Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. I have an apartment with a private yard that’s secluded in Wallingford, but it’s not technically fully fenced, so your fur baby will always be accompanied by me. I have an attentive approach to dog care, aiming to enrich your pets life with long walks, and accompanied time both outside and inside. I can crate your dog if needed.
“Absolutely fabulous! Was so kind and welcoming toward our typically timid doodle and would absolutely book with again. Loved all of the photos she sent us too. Terrific sitter!”

“Anessa is so friendly and easy to work with! Our dog Audrey adored her evening walks with her. Will definitely rebook the next time I have a business trip and need help with evening walks.”

About: I rescued my dog Nina in 2017 after pet-sitting professionally through Rover for two years. I have experience with basic care, such as walking, feeding, medication administration, enforcing training and keeping dogs active. I am an attorney, currently self-employed and working from home, so I am available for all your pet's needs! Typically, I walk my dog in the morning and evening, with a potty-break or two scheduled in between walks. On occasion, we'll do a midday adventure at Greenlake or Discovery Park. My senior dog gets lots of long walks, healthy treats, scritches/pets/cuddles and play-time - I guarantee the same fun and loving treatment for your fur baby!

About: I’ve always had at least one dog and cat of all sizes and love working with animals. I am available to house sit, walk, and more! I have experience working with farm animals like horses, sheep, and cattle in addition to 2 years of volunteering at a dog and cat shelter. One year of experience as a veterinarian pharmacy technician. Please let me know if you are interested! I am always available to visit test it out! Currently house/pet sitting for work while adjusting to recently moving back to Seattle. Available 24/7 with occasional visits back home to restock/check-in. Not able to take pets in but can house sit. I do not accept pets into my home but am always available to house sit! I take all precautions to ensure the pet’s safety at home, on walks, and in cars. I am very adjustable and can meet your needs for safety concerns.
“Emily is great at communicating and takes my pup, Luna, on great walks! They cover some ground together — which is much appreciated. Luna is very shy but is slowly warming up due to Emily’s kindness, determination, and reliability to show up. Thanks for taking care of Luna!”

“Julie was a fantastic dog walker for Jemma while we were out of town. This was our second time hiring her and no surprise, she was just as great. She's reliable, communicative, and clearly cares for Jemma. Her updates and photos gave us peace of mind, and it’s clear that Jemma loved her walks with Julie. Highly recommend!”

“Aristide has been walking my dog, Sadie, since November 2024, and we couldn’t be happier. Sadie is naturally shy and takes time to warm up to people, but Aristide’s patience and kindness won her over completely. Now, not only does Sadie adore him, but even my cat is thrilled whenever Aristide comes by! I especially love the photos Aristide sends during their walks—they show how much fun Sadie is having and always put my mind at ease. Aristide is reliable, professional, and even great with accommodating last-minute walks. We’re so grateful to have found him and would 100% recommend his services to anyone!”

“Quinnie has been fantastic! Our Akita is very picky but bonded with Quinnie immediately. And Quinnie has been responsive, punctual, professional, and super-easy to work with. Highly recommended!”

About: I've been a dog lover my whole life and have years of hands-on experience caring for dogs. I walked dogs with Wag for a few years, handling all breeds, sizes, and energy levels. I also have my own dog, Kiki, and previously had a senior dog named Alfie. Whether your dog needs a walk or a drop-in visit while you're away, I'll treat them like my own. I'm reliable, communicative, and I'll send updates and photos so you know your dog is happy and well cared for. Pet care is my main focus right now, so my schedule is flexible. I have my own dog, Kiki, at home and build my days around walks and drop-ins. That means I can usually work around your routine rather than the other way around. Your pup's safety and comfort while in my care is my top priority. I'll take into consideration any details or requests you provide, and clearly communicate what I'm able to accommodate. When I'm caring for your pup, 100% of my attention goes to them! For walks, I keep your dog securely leashed, stick to safe routes, and make sure they're safely back inside before I leave. For drop-ins, I follow your instructions exactly and always double-check that doors and gates are secure.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Wallingford
Rayan was an excellent choice to take care of my boxer while I was away. He was very attentive and paid attention to every detail. He was always on time and did a great job managing my dog, who can definitely be a handful. He also handled unexpected situations that came up very well. I felt confident knowing my dog was in good hands and would definitely recommend Rayan.

Roman was very comfortable with my reactive dog and very professional. It was my first time using Rover and I felt very at ease with how he communicated and just seemed so experienced with different dogs and behaviors. Definitely would be happy to hire him again.
