She always respects his need for space and navigates his ever-changing personality with a sense of humor. Sumaya is trust-worthy, thoughtful, and great at clear, timely, & kind communication. This is a gem, folks — especially for those of us who place great value on our pets and consider their care like one would for a beloved family member, because they are!
