About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. From docile Labs to energetic Boxers to retired Grey Hounds. I’ve personally owned a Border Aussie. I got her as a puppy, taught her to herd my chickens and trained her on verbal, visual and whistle commands. I am comfortable with all life stages and even with medical needs (had to rehab my herding dog through a TPLO surgery). I have no issues administering medication orally or subcutaneously. I work full time from home, my schedule is a little flexible. I typically don’t have mid day meetings which is where I’m looking to fill my lunch with a furry friend. I am off usually around 4/4:30 so my afternoons can be filled with furry friends as well! As pet parents we are all going to have different ways of managing our pets. I’m not here to rewrite rules, break routines or bend the rules because “the parents are gone”. I want your pet healthy and happy. I will treat them as my own. I will treat your home as my home.

About: As a former dog daycare employee in the Queen Anne/Magnolia area and a current volunteer at the Seattle Animal Shelter, I have plenty of experience with these loving animals, sometimes watching up to a few dozen of them at a time. I have lots of experience in pet sitting/walking friends and family dogs! I'm currently available most days, morning to evening. I’m a volunteer at the Seattle Animal Shelter and the Regional Animal Shelter (King County) but only a few hours a week. I will make sure to keep this updated frequently. About: I rescued my dog Nina in 2017 after pet-sitting professionally through Rover for two years. I have experience with basic care, such as walking, feeding, medication administration, enforcing training and keeping dogs active. I am an attorney, currently self-employed and working from home, so I am available for all your pet's needs! Typically, I walk my dog in the morning and evening, with a potty-break or two scheduled in between walks. On occasion, we'll do a midday adventure at Greenlake or Discovery Park. About: Most sitters are dog people who also take cats. I'm the other way around. My first cat was Peelu, named for the yellow spots he had, and I've been around cats ever since. Four years of sitting has taught me that every cat runs on its own system, and my job is to figure out yours quickly and then stay out of its way. Some cats want you to leave the room before they'll touch their food. Some need about ten minutes of being politely ignored before they'll come out from under the bed. Some will tell you very clearly that the water bowl is six inches from where it should be. I pay attention to that stuff. I'm comfortable with medication schedules, litter boxes, and shy cats who hide for the entire first visit. You'll get photo updates every time, including the ones where your cat looks deeply unimpressed with me. I do drop-ins and house-sitting around North Capitol Hill, so I'm usually a short walk away. I work from home with a flexible schedule, so I can do drop-ins in the morning, midday, and evening without rushing. Weekday middays are wide open, which is usually the hardest slot for owners to fill. I'm also around most weekends. For housesitting, I'm out of the apartment part of the day but home most evenings and overnight, so your cat gets company at the hours that matter most to them. I keep my Rover calendar current and I'll tell you upfront if I can't make a schedule work, rather than saying yes and figuring it out later. I only care for cats in their own home, which is where cats do best. A new environment stresses most of them out more than a few hours alone does, so I come to them. Drop-ins: I follow whatever routine you already have rather than inventing my own. Fresh food and water, litter scooped every visit, medications on schedule, and play or lap time depending on what your cat is actually in the mood for. I check doors and windows before I leave every single time, and I keep an eye on the things that tell you a cat is off: appetite, litter box output, hiding more than usual, any limping or discharge. If something seems wrong, you hear from me right away rather than at the end of the week. Housesitting: Same routine, plus I'm there overnight. I'll bring in mail and packages, alternate a few lights, and generally keep the place looking lived in. I treat your home like a place I'm a guest in, not a place I'm staying at. No guests, and I leave it the way I found it. Before the first booking I'll ask for your vet's info, an emergency contact, where the carrier is, and anything specific I should know: escape artists, cats who bolt for the door, food aggression between housemates, or a cat who needs to be left alone more than most.

About: I've pet sat for friends and family members for years. Just show and tell me how to care for your extended family members and I assure you I can and will do it. I love getting to know the individual personalities of pets and bonding with them. Being a cat owner myself, I understand the trust it takes to allow someone new into your life and home to care for your pet when you're away. I like to take my time getting to know a pet and their owner(s) so we can establish a solid bond. I am currently working part time so I have lots of free time to offer towards caring for your pet(s) and whatever else you may require from extra help. Currently I can drop in for visits twice a day to provide feedings, water, play time, and or dog walk twice a day. Cats too! Each pet owner is different so I really go off of instructions from the pet owner for how to best care for their pets while they’re away.

About: I’ve been taking care of various pets for different families and friends since I was a kid. I enjoy going on long walks, i’m very punctual, flexible and easy going. I’m not working at the moment so I have a ton of availability throughout the week and weekend, day and night. About: Ive had dogs since I was a little. I have experience caring for both small and big dogs and have walked and pet sitted for neighbors and friends many times. I used to be a temp foster for the Cantu Foundation and watch foster dogs when their full-time Foster is away on vacation. I have lots of experience walking,playing,feeding and giving medications for heartworm and liver care supplements. I have experience in owning large reactive breeds, specifically those rescued and have an unknown background. Ive had lots of practice looking around corners for potential triggers, crossing streets to avoid passing others and being patient to the pups needs as not to stress them out. I am currently off thursdays and saturdays. Tuesdays and fridays i am free after 4pm. The other days of the week fluctuate so please reach out with any questions! I am able to follow your pups routine and make sure they are safe during walks. I keep everything in my home secure and keep any plants or small items out of reach so that the pups cannot get ahold of them. I ensure they are well fed and always have plenty of water all day. My dog stays in her crate when im gone and she loves all dogs!
