A little about me: Hi, I’m Elena! I’m passionate about providing the best possible care for your pets. With over nine years of experience, I bring the knowledge and skills to ensure your fur babies are happy, healthy, and safe. I graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a B.S. in Biology/Ecology in June 2025, and now work on Rover full-time, alongside some volunteering with conservation and wildlife organizations. I am committed to the conservation and welfare of animals, hoping to spend my life working closely with wildlife to restore and protect ecosystems. My Experience: I have always had a deep love for animals, which led me to seek out career opportunities where I can interact with them. I began taking care of animals when I was young, and over time have gained extensive experience working with a wide variety of pets, including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, and fish. I have a professional background as a groomer at Petco, where I gained valuable grooming skills and received positive feedback for my dedication and professionalism. Specialized Skills: Grooming: Proficient in bathing, trimming hair, and clipping nails for various breeds. Senior and Sick Pet Care: Experienced in administering medication and providing special care for elderly and sick pets. Diverse Pet Care: Competent in handling different types of pets, ensuring each one gets personalized attention and care. A Day in the Life: When I’m with your pets, you can expect a day filled with fun, care, and attention. For dog walking, I follow a personalized routine that allows for monitored sniffing, playtime, and running to ensure their safety. I know every dog has a unique personality, so I always want to take the time to listen to your preferences and concerns about what they need!

I prioritize the safety, comfort, and happiness of your pets while house-sitting and walking dogs. I’m conveniently located for local pet care in the Queen Anne area and have a car to travel to clients' homes. I maintain a secure environment, follow your specific care instructions, and keep your pets' routines to minimize stress. During walks, I ensure safety by avoiding high-traffic areas and make it exciting by walking through new neighborhoods and trails. Your pets will receive personalized attention, affection, and professional care, ensuring their well-being while you're away.

Elena was great as always!
Elena was a great dog/house sitter! She left our home tidy and clean after staying with our Dog Nico over the weekend. But more importantly, she took great care of our fur baby! We got lots of pictures, great communication and she even came over to feed him after her stay because our flight was delayed. Would highly recommend Elena!
Elena helped us in a last minute request to take care of our puppy. She asked great questions, provided helpful updates, and kept our puppy safe! We would love to work with her again!

Schedule
Rover is my full-time job, so I have plenty of flexibility and can offer consistent, reliable care throughout the week. That said, I do keep a steady roster of regular clients, especially for morning and afternoon walks, so those windows can fill up. I'd recommend reaching out a bit in advance to lock in those times, but I'm always happy to work with you to find a schedule that fits, and I regularly have openings for evenings, weekends, and last-minute requests.
