About: Hi! I’m a part-time grad student living in Capitol Hill, and I have been surrounded by animals all of my life. I am also a volunteer in training at the Seattle Humane. I currently own two rescue dogs, one is a senior and one is a young adult with severe anxiety and reactivity issues who I have raised since he was a puppy. Needless to say, I have firsthand experience caring for dogs who require medication and need special care when it comes to walking in a busy city around other dogs! If you own a cat, I have also taken care of friend’s, coworker’s, and other cats through Rover! As long as they’re trained, I’ll be there to walk, feed, play with them, and pet them. Clear instructions are important for both me and you to ensure your pet’s in the best shape possible while you’re gone. I will also personally guarantee that I will send you cute pictures of your pet while you are away!! I am looking for work on the side, so I am fully available at the moment. I keep my calendar updated daily with any changes. My part-time grad school classes also do not begin until mid-September, and those are only at night. I live in a gated apartment with my dogs who prefer not living with other animals. Therefore, all my services are for outside of my house - I will housesit at your home, and provide walks in your area.

About: I've been watching friends and neighbors pets casually for the past 5 years or so. This includes dogs, cats, rabbits, and fish. I have the most experience with cats--feeding them medicine, special foods, scooping liter boxes of all shapes and sizes, and dialing in on their favorite toys. I have experience caring for dogs (walks, feeding, belly rubs, poop wrangling) but if the dog is high stress or has behavioral issues it would be best to go with a more experienced dog person--want to be transparent about that, it's best for everyone. I have a flexible 9-5 work schedule and can pop in to visit pets in the Eastlake neighborhood Tuesday-Fridays. My weekends are also quite flexible to visit pets or stay overnight with pets in North Capitol Hill. I closely follow the rules and guidelines set up by the pet owners when I care for an animal. The safety and comfort of the pet is my utmost concern. I love animals and I want them to feel that they are in the care of a trustworthy person while their people are away. I am happy to communicate with pet owners and much as needed.

My schedule allows pet sitting before 7:30 AM and after 6:00 PM on weekdays, with open availability on weekends for extra attention, playtime and care. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to follow their usual routine to keep pets comfortable and stress-free. I respect the home, provide regular updates, and make sure everything is clean and secure when I leave. About: I learned how to care for dogs when I found my soul pup as a 19 year old college sophomore. I researched high and low, consulted with any and every dog expert I could get ahold of, and have since tried every single day to give my baby the best life he deserves. That’s the level of passion and care I bring to pet sitting. I truly understand how important our pets are, from setting routines with them to managing their healthcare, to training and (they might say most importantly) playtime. 😉 When it comes to dog walking, sitting, training, or just a midday check in & fetch, I’d love to help you live your life comfortably knowing your pet is in the best hands. I currently work part-time as a barista and part-time as a remote social media assistant so my schedule is incredibly flexible. This gives me ample time to support you and your pet’s schedule, providing care when you need it! I live in a 2 bedroom apartment in a very walkable neighborhood with multiple parks nearby. My dog is incredibly friendly (we used to live with two other dogs) and he loves to have play dates or sleepovers with fellow furry friends. If your pup ever needs a friend, he’s here :) If you’d like in-home care for your pet, I’m happy to do so as well! In these cases, my partner takes care of our dog at our home and does not need to come along.
